I like the quality if the home. Regular updates about construction.

First off, our experience with Greg our construction manger was excellent, 5 stars, have nothing but nice things to say about him. The bones of Beezer homes are excellent quality. However, as it got closer to closing, with supply chain issues, we had to pick a different flooring. The trim carpenters choose to install the baseboards and we wound up with quarter round against the baseboards, definitely not great. The biggest disappointment however has nothing to do with construction, but the architect. Never in all the homes we have owned have I ever had to worry about looking at the garage space. The garage, even though 3 car, is too narrow and not deep enough. Conversations with our neighbors have made the same comments. It would have been so easy to add a foot or 2 to the front and to the side which would have made the home so much nicer. The finishes are what one would expect from a tract home and we had the interior repainted as soon as we closed. Offering upgrades that are reasonable would have been a plus. My wife and I recently closed on a home with Beazer in March 2022, and could not be happier with both the product and the service. The home is very well built, and we love they layout and finishes. The standout part of this process though was the service. Moe was very professional and informative throughout the purchase process, and Greg did an amazing job making sure that any concerns we had with construction were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone was very detail oriented. Would definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking into new construction!

The entire experience from beginning to end was very organized and seamless.

We purchased our home in Aug. 2021. From the start, the Beazer team was informative and helpful. Our salesperson and designer were professional and easy to talk to. As building progressed, Beazer kept us up to date with both phone calls and pictures of the progress of the house. In fact, our home was completed earlier than expected. When it came time to walk through the home prior to closing, we discovered that some of our design selections were not met. Beazer assured us that their error would be corrected by closing. To our surprise on the day of closing the fixtures in our bathroom were still incorrect. At that time Beazer did work relentlessly to correct the problem. After closing, we have had an issue with our sliding glass door and blinds. The blinds over the door were installed backwards and have still not been corrected and the flooring by the sliding glass door was installed incorrectly causing the door to rub and not close properly. We’ve contacted our service person with Beazer about the issue, and the problem has still not been addressed. We have been waiting over a week to hear back from him. Beside this issue with our door, the rest of our home is beautiful. I just think that the people handling the servicing of our home should be a bit more informative. I feel like communication and assistance was better served during the building process than after we moved into our home. ... More

Great experience building with Beazer. Greg was a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us every step of the way and was always available no matter what. It made the process very easy and made closing and move in much more enjoyable.

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. The buying experience with Beazer Homes is quite unique for me and my wife. We took over a house that fell back to the market. In other words, we did not have any interaction with Jeff when the house was being built under his supervision. There have been issues/questions since the move-in, and Jeff is nothing short of an amazing builder, not only being responsive to all my requests, but guiding us through each and every one of them. He either takes care of the businesses himself, or directs us to the right point of contact. Abe (the sales counselor) and Carlis (customer care) are brilliant to work with as well. Abe is very upfront with the purchasing process at Beazer Homes, and Carlis helps us reach out to contractors/companies accordingly. The entire process from build to move in with Beazer has really been great. Our construction manager Jeff communicated with us throughout the entire build including after move in, and has been extremely helpful with any questions we’ve had. Beazer has been very responsive to anything we’ve needed and any of warranty work done. The warranty service they provide is really good and easy to set up through the customer care center. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of construction, the products used, and the efficiency of the home. From start to finish it was an easy and fun process for the most part everything was on schedule and we were kept informed from start to finish!

Beazer unfortunately did not like my first review and sent me a notification to redo it. So I dropped it from 2 stars to 1. Plain and simple, the process was a nightmare. Beazer had a ton of mistakes throughout the process and then wanted to penalize me for it. I brought up an issue 3 months before closing and they waited till the month of closing to tell me they can’t get it fixed in time, and that I can either move back the closing date another month or accept it as is with minimal contribution. Then after closing I had a ton of issues that still are not resolved. I am still waiting for them to call me a month after submitting these issues and I haven’t been here long. From the start of the home buying process and construction of our brand new home, Abe and Jeff were very easy to work with and are top notch professionals. They made sure my wife and I were informed and happy every step of the way. Any concerns that we had, Jeff made sure to address the concern immediately, no questions asked. Great experience overall.

Amazing home buying experience

We chose this community for a reason, perfect location and most importantly a great builder. The sales team, interior design center and general contractor were great, there was always communication throughout the building process. Overall it was a very good experience.

We love our Beazer Home. This is the 3rd new construction home we have built. Beazer, by far, has been the easiest to work with, the most attentive to every detail and the best follow through. We would highly recommend checking out a Beazer Home.

Beazer was excellent in communicating with us and they built us a fantastic home. There were a few issues that were not taken care of before we moved in but they have been correcting them as we go along. I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone. They really have some beautiful styles.

It’s very pleasing to have a team of professionals who are always there when you need them. As an out of town buyer, I rely on information from time to time. I could always reach someone who would have the help I need. My builder would send me photos, the processing team would have the next step ready in advance keeping me updated. All the process was really good, the issue was the last moment of changing the closing date and they couldn’t finish my home on time but they figure out and they help me with everything and now I’m really happy with my new Home!!! Thank you Beazer Homes!!

From the beginning this team has made our new home build the easiest and a pleasure. Even now that we have moved in their support and help is still here for us.

1) Great layout of space and functionality in their home options 2) Sales, Construction and Customer Care is important to them and they want to hear the problems and fix them. 3) Value- This is the good price point for the features.

In this over fifty five community, the builder considered the most important needs for this age group. The showers with the bench, the higher commodes, nice large rooms , love all the cabinets, and adequate storage. Jarret was always available to show us the condo no matter how many times we came by. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The Gatherings is a beautiful place, I love that it is in Lake Nona. The Veterans Hospital and the community is a plus.

I bought a home with Beazer homes in Jan 2021. I got it in October. The process was smooth and straightforward. Sales agent was very helpful along with the builder during the construction process. Overall I am happy I went with Beazer homes. I am taking a star off because of some cosmetic imperfections (waiting on them to paint the outer wall) which were not addressed. I believe they will be taking care of them before the one year warranty expires. Also I would recommend another type of grass in the backyard instead of Bahia. Even the ground is not level and the place is unusable.

Everything was awesome, every step that you make with Beazer team is fabulous. And when they give you the key and you can see and fell the house finished is unbelievable. Really great experience
