I am satisfied with the house. I am still work with some house details here and there, but the Builder Supervisor, he is very helpful on our needs.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Beazer. Our home is beautifully built with great quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was excellent - from Carmen, the home sales agent, to Bob, the builder. They communicated well throughout the entire process and ensured we were happy with our new home purchase.

Beazer let me choose the lender, we may get loan shopping with 3+ lenders in the market. the quality of the home is great, this builder has excellent schedule construction process. the date they signed on the purchase contract, they will do it

Abe and Joe have been great to work with. Very pleasant and dependable. Unfortunately the customer service team has created the opposite feeling. We have had issues, some even minor, as part of the original punch list that have yet been addressed nor can we get status or update. And we have to keep reminding and explaining issues to customer service team. There have been many occasions where email or texts asking for a status or updates go unanswered and get not response. Our two customer care reps keep throwing each other under the bus and do not communicate well with each other. As a result, repairs either do not get completed or have to be submitted more than one time. ... More

The process of buying a home is not easy but from the start Jarret was a great guide through this journey. The place took some time and it is the only reason why it's not five stars. I can honestly say that Jarret kept us up to date with pictures, ready to answer any questions and being a positive light through out the process which really helped balance the delay and ease the anxiety. Also, working with Bryan through their lending company helped us understand the process of purchasing for the first time and he was patient with the many questions we had. The entire process was smooth. I like my house, but there are some things that I am still waiting for them to fix. I have a bathroom cabinet broken, my closet is still missing one side and I can’t put anything there yet, the garage door is super noisy, etc. They promise to fix it, but I closed two months ago, and I am still waiting.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike and Jeff and then also Christina from first service but the follow up person has really not done a very good job. We love our place and the quality of what they’ve built but we wish they’d go ahead and wrap up the couple things we have left. Great experience otherwise and I won’t let the lack of follow up from one person flaw my overall judgment.

The entire experience from beginning to end was very organized and seamless.

We purchased our home in Aug. 2021. From the start, the Beazer team was informative and helpful. Our salesperson and designer were professional and easy to talk to. As building progressed, Beazer kept us up to date with both phone calls and pictures of the progress of the house. In fact, our home was completed earlier than expected. When it came time to walk through the home prior to closing, we discovered that some of our design selections were not met. Beazer assured us that their error would be corrected by closing. To our surprise on the day of closing the fixtures in our bathroom were still incorrect. At that time Beazer did work relentlessly to correct the problem. After closing, we have had an issue with our sliding glass door and blinds. The blinds over the door were installed backwards and have still not been corrected and the flooring by the sliding glass door was installed incorrectly causing the door to rub and not close properly. We’ve contacted our service person with Beazer about the issue, and the problem has still not been addressed. We have been waiting over a week to hear back from him. Beside this issue with our door, the rest of our home is beautiful. I just think that the people handling the servicing of our home should be a bit more informative. I feel like communication and assistance was better served during the building process than after we moved into our home. ... More

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. All the process was really good, the issue was the last moment of changing the closing date and they couldn’t finish my home on time but they figure out and they help me with everything and now I’m really happy with my new Home!!! Thank you Beazer Homes!!

I bought a home with Beazer homes in Jan 2021. I got it in October. The process was smooth and straightforward. Sales agent was very helpful along with the builder during the construction process. Overall I am happy I went with Beazer homes. I am taking a star off because of some cosmetic imperfections (waiting on them to paint the outer wall) which were not addressed. I believe they will be taking care of them before the one year warranty expires. Also I would recommend another type of grass in the backyard instead of Bahia. Even the ground is not level and the place is unusable.

They need better toilet seats The ones that are in there are not good. It’s a 55 plus where are the grab rails. Shelves are to high in laundry. Other than that it’s okay
