I can't stress enough how well Beazer kept in communication with me throughout the entire build process. My salesman, Dave, (who was transferred to a different community) would call to see how things were going. The permitting and closing people, Barbara and Renee, were good at keeping me updated on approximately when the house was going to start construction and when closing was going to take place. My project manager, Jeff, was excellent at giving me timelines of how long each phase of the home build was going to take. If there was a delay, he would let me know. If there was a problem during the build, he let me know what was going on and when it was resolved. Even after closing, Jeff still stops by to ask how things are going when he sees me outside. My experience with the staff at Parkview at the Hills was a very pleasing one during the entire building process. Ariane at the sales office, was friendly, professional and addressed our concerns. Jeremy maintained consistent communication regarding updates, progress photos and addressed all of the questions, concerns and issues we were faced we were faced with during the entire process. In fact, they have still been helpful and communicative even after closing especially regarding my warranty issues. I highly recommend this team through the building process. My warranty issues are still being addressed with the team and I appreciate. However, I was not pleased with the experience at closing between the broker and title company and at the last minute felt very rushed and unable to review final documents and get questions answered accurately. ... I Recommended 100% really good builder

After only 2 months, we have cracks in the walls. Our insinkerator is broken. After 19 days, still no response to warranty claim. A/C vents have been falling off the ceiling, and ceiling looks water stained. The ceiling was uneven in the master bedroom, but that was finally resolved after waiting a long time. Very Disappointed!!

We found that the house has many issues, AC stopped working 4 weeks after closing date, AC tech found a towel inside of AC, water pressure low due to rocks and glue on pipes, no attic lid, laundry room is very hot and there is condensed water in AC vent. Inspectors need to pay more attention to details, customer service reps need to follow up until completion at this point attic lid and the wall opened to fix the water pipes still without paint.

Friendliness and support from Beazer and mortgage personnel were outstanding

I haven’t been able to meet my warranty contact. Fixes around the house I’ll still pending three months after I moved in. Needs to have a better turnaround time in taking care of a new homebuyers. Thank you

Beazer is an excellent builder... The quality is great! Mr. Bruce, The construction Engineer is awesome. He was in care of all details before and after our moved in.

In general terms, the house and the floorplans are beautiful. But the lack of attention to detail is sad. I received my house with a lot of missing finishes, like cabinets, floors, paint, etc, Yes, the builder is scheduling people to come and fix things, but that is not the ideal way to buy and receive a brand new house! Also, the told me that the amenities and pool would be built in March 2021, it is now May and nothing has been initiated, very disappointed. The community lacks of lighting for the night time, the mailbox is uncovered.

Purchased a new home with Beazer and asked for a few warranty issues to be taken care of, this has been going on for over a month with no response. House has settlement cracks and was told it was stucco, the inside of my garage is not stucco with those same cracks.

I would leave zero stars if it allowed me to. Its been an overall bad experience. Beazer started with a lack of communication. We never knew what was going on during the building process and it’s now clear why we did not. The company was hiding its poor workmanship. Beazer completely rushed through building and their work shows. Now that the house has been completed, we have yet been able to move in comfortably because of the problems that still remain. To name a few of the over 100 documented issues noted by us and our third party building inspector, let’s start with these. Immediately after closing we found a pipe leak in the wall/slab, mold in various places of the property, no insulation in a portion of the house, stucco cracks, creased and damaged roof shingles, upgrades we paid for that we didn’t/don’t have, and countless of other issues. Every time we attempt to have warranty contractors come to fix things, it gets worse. The contractors schedule a broad range of appointment times (example, we will be there between 11am-6pm) and sometimes fail to show. I’ve missed work many days due to this. When they do come. it’s a rushed process with bad work. I think it’s best to stay away from Beazer and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The customer service/Sales person went over and above the call of duty. The Design center made every accommodation available. The contractor was very knowledgeable and available for any questions. I wouldn’t buy from any other builder!!

Beazer Homes helped us find and create our lakefront dream home! The entire process we had an incredible team following up with us making our first time homebuyers experience exceptional!
