The builder and builder’s agent are very professional.

We would like to say that this whole process from the time we signed the contract to the day we went to closing was extremely smooth. We were informed every step of the way even when we moved in.The Builder showed us how to use all the appliances and features that Pertain to our new home.If your in the market for a new home Beazer is the way to go.

While the Beazer purchase experience was fairly standard, they truly shine during the design and construction portions. Their design team and construction teams were available to answer any and all questions within 24hr if not immediately. And they went above and beyond in terms of answering questions or directing me to the correct contacts for questions outside of their responsibilities. I was incredibly impressed with my experience with both those departments. And frankly those were the most important in the purchasing process.

My first-time home buyer experience with Beazer was made very simple, from finding a lender with the best rate through their Mortgage Choice Program to closing on the property. The customer care service is outstanding and they have been with me all the way, keeping me updated on the construction of my home, homeowner orientation, and continue to be there to address any questions or concerns that I may have even after closing.

The only advice I'd say which is my experience. Thoroughly review document from design. We are all human we all make mistakes and in my experience I overlooked something on the design session paperwork and the color of my home is not the color that we chose. The design specialist chose that color for us. And when we brought that to her attention, nobody would fix it as to the house was being painted at that moment. We was not happy but we accepted it at the end.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience purchasing my first home with Beazer. My new home sales counselor Ted played a key role in simplifying the process. He was also very patient in answering all of the many questions that I had. Ted even went the extra mile by providing weekly updates regarding the progress of the construction. I look forward to many years and memories enjoying my new home, thanks!

The salesman was great and upfront he was very helpful and stayed on top of things and informed me of any changes. He did a great job need more people like him in this business.

My wife and I were visiting Florida and my sister-in-law was looking to purchase a home. She took us to the Beazer homes. We were pleased with the sales agent Chris who gave us a thorough tour and provided details of what made Beazer different from other builders, options in designing the homes. We were excited and decided to purchase a home. We recently moved in and this far we are pleased with the home.

From our experience the builder has took a lot short cuts in the building of property, trying to keep up with the demands of getting houses done on time. I have had quite a few work orders since we moved in, to get stuff fixed that wasn't done correctly.

My experience was great until my walk through. Paint on baseboards, my stair railings still have not been stained the right color. My garage door is still not painted the right color. We’ve closed and moved in 2 months and these things are still not corrected.

The initial process of getting the home built was actually a good experience and the builders that you work with are friendly, courteous and responsive. However their subcontractors leave a lot to be desired. From using low grade materials in the home to sloppy work and the list goes on from there. We have been in the house now and are still waiting on the builder to complete the work from our punch list prior to closing. Some of the items were pointed out multiple times and the sub contractors merely just pull the tape off the issues and say it is finished. Communication after buying the home is non-existent. ... Financing Process - they said 3 banks would send me offers. Only 2 banks did. Because Beazer do not send the approved contract to the banks it delayed the time I had to review and choose a bank. When I requested more time to decide their reply was you signed the contract. Which they failed to finalized for over 10 days. But that was just the start of the issues. After choosing bank they waited until the closing was set to tell me the bank I had chosen was not going to be my bank and had to start the approval process over - of course this was approved by Beazer. The new bank increased my closing cost - the only fact that allow me to receive the original closing cost was my ability to bring in an outside bank. The actual Townhouse work was horrible. These are some of the items: Tile Floor dirty, had spacers left in grout and was uneven (still working on fixing) Paint - missed painting places - fixed but now I have white trim paint on the walls. Wood work in general it was horrible - they don't use great materials. Tub was cracked - they repaired These are not all the issues I just don't have time to recap all the items that need to be addressed. ... More

I had a terrible experience, things are still not repaired that were pointed out during the build in October and November of last year. I was never sent update or progress reports on what was happening or what to expected. When they've come to repair things they've created more damage, things actually look worse then they did before the repairs. I would never again choose to build thru Beazer home, I'm not even sure if I will ever have a new home build with the experience I had and am having with Beazer.

Stay away. Cheap everything from appliances , windows,doors. They use the worst quality in everything….the cheapest they can get by with . I would not recommend Beazer to anyone and wish I had never purchased one of their homes.

Where do we start... We purchased the home in April 2021, we were constantly bombarded with phone calls "We need your Deposit, payment, etc" and by the way, you can only work with their lenders. Once we closed, communication ended there, when we needed warranty work, no communication. Mind you we have only been here 2 months and these are the issues that have Not been taken care of, or taken care of with a lack of professionalism: before we even moved in, we noted that the landscaping was horrible, we were told "oh it's okay, it will be fine", landscaping completely dead, okay we can wait for replacement, 2 months later we still have to look at the same horrible landscaping. Next we had issues with damaged appliances and bad electrical receptacles. These were easy fixes, but still took more than 2 weeks to take care of, even after we had the replacement parts in house. The sprinkler system failed within weeks, we still have not heard anything on this issue, and now the Air Conditioning unit is out completely, again, we have only been here 2 months. We have gone 3 days now without Air Conditioning, and no updates from the builder or their contractor. The Contractor did come out to "fix" the issue but could not figure out what was wrong so he started to blame us for the issue, saying we failed to maintain the unit by not changing the filter, again we have been here 2 months. So, he continues to blame us and insists that a 2 month old half dirty filter caused complete failure of the unit. Ummm yeah, I think not. So, that is what prompted me to finally write a review so if you are considering Baezer Homes, think twice or at least knock on some doors in the neighborhood to get their opinion as well. Our experience with Beazer has been very stressful. During the building we had many issues that were both structural and cosmetic that I caught in time and had to argue to have fixed. Thank God I visited the site regularly and caught these things. During the wacky through we had tons of things that were to be fixed and 2 months later were still fighting to get those things completed. The first week there I decided to take a bath and ended up with water in my kitchen. The kick boards to my cabinets were pulled out in the kitchen and bathroom and they are still open! They cut a hole in my wall to get to the plumbing it's still there they lifted my tub to find the leak it's still not secured! We have a crooked tree that they fixed by strapping one sure now its leaning towards the house?! Stucco falling from concrete cracking, We've had 3 project managers every time they get worse. I've pleaded with them to just fix our home so we could be done with this but almost 2 months later here I wait. If you have another builder in mind I works go there were truly regretting going with Beazer. ... More
