The initial process of getting the home built was actually a good experience and the builders that you work with are friendly, courteous and responsive. However their subcontractors leave a lot to be desired. From using low grade materials in the home to sloppy work and the list goes on from there. We have been in the house now and are still waiting on the builder to complete the work from our punch list prior to closing. Amazing experience from the beginning to the end.

Everything about buying a Beazer home was great, but once in the home, as a contractor myself, I saw how cheap the quality of materials used in the construction of the homes are and the inflated prices are they do not match.

Run as fast as you can. This is not our first build in Florida, all others were great experiences. Beazer has been horrible. We closed in Jan 2021 and house still has so many issues. Beazer no longer returns our calls. We wish we never built with Beazer.

My wife and I were visiting Florida and my sister-in-law was looking to purchase a home. She took us to the Beazer homes. We were pleased with the sales agent Chris who gave us a thorough tour and provided details of what made Beazer different from other builders, options in designing the homes. We were excited and decided to purchase a home. We recently moved in and this far we are pleased with the home.

Building with Beazer in FL has been a great experience. My sales representative was knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on explaining the differences between the building lots, house locations, what to expect and has been available through the full process! My construction manager was excellent, immediately responding and addressing to any questions or concerns and took the time to walk me through all the house systems/equipment).

The overall experience with Chris (sales agent) in knowing the products and providing direction that was best suited for my situation. Going to the design and having the design specialist walk me through my design options and seeing it all coming together with Greg who help me understand the different aspects of the home during the different phases of the home be build. I would recommend Beazer home to anyone

Truthfully, I wasn't quite ready to buy. I needed a few more months to get everything together to be in a position to make the purchase. But, we loved the home. Beazer was willing to wait for us, after we made our deposit to reserve the home, and that flexibility made all of the difference for us (of course, the wait time wasn't unreasonable either). Additionally, for each walk-through and our after-closing meet-ups, there was tremendous flexibility in timing, which I needed with my job. With Beazer, there just seemed to be an ever-present desire to make it all work out!

kept us up to date while the construction was going on. Made appts with us so that we can tour the construction site. Quality turned out great. Showed us how to run appliances. Over all outstanding work.

The builder and builder’s agent are very professional.

We would like to say that this whole process from the time we signed the contract to the day we went to closing was extremely smooth. We were informed every step of the way even when we moved in.The Builder showed us how to use all the appliances and features that Pertain to our new home.If your in the market for a new home Beazer is the way to go.

While the Beazer purchase experience was fairly standard, they truly shine during the design and construction portions. Their design team and construction teams were available to answer any and all questions within 24hr if not immediately. And they went above and beyond in terms of answering questions or directing me to the correct contacts for questions outside of their responsibilities. I was incredibly impressed with my experience with both those departments. And frankly those were the most important in the purchasing process.

My first-time home buyer experience with Beazer was made very simple, from finding a lender with the best rate through their Mortgage Choice Program to closing on the property. The customer care service is outstanding and they have been with me all the way, keeping me updated on the construction of my home, homeowner orientation, and continue to be there to address any questions or concerns that I may have even after closing.

The only advice I'd say which is my experience. Thoroughly review document from design. We are all human we all make mistakes and in my experience I overlooked something on the design session paperwork and the color of my home is not the color that we chose. The design specialist chose that color for us. And when we brought that to her attention, nobody would fix it as to the house was being painted at that moment. We was not happy but we accepted it at the end.

I would full heartily recommend this place to look at. They build very fast and with amazing attention to detail. I give them a truly great/amazing rating
