Darby is awesome when we walked in we told him we were just looking and not interested in buying because we had already signed with a competitor. We expected Darby to give us the cold shoulder but instead was super nice and still gave us a personal tour of the quick move in homes they had. The team at Beazer here in Riverview where great from picking out the lot yo the design studio. Alot of options for upgrades. Then when the building began every stage of the process went very well and the building manager always addressed any issues. Now that we are in the home is well constructed and the follow up from the team for the 30 day inspection was on point. We love are new beazer home and the community is very quiet. My husband and I were first time builders and Beazer made the entire process easy! We had a great experience from signing, to closing, and beyond.

I bought a unit that had been the model for near 18 months, and the local rep has been fantastic in ensuring everything was in great shape, with systems working properly before and after I took possession. Questions answered quickly during the buying process and after, too.

Excellent sales staff

The home that we purchased was a quick move-in. This house hit all the marks and was made beautifully. It hardly had any cosmetic issues. The customer service offered by Beazer compared to other builders is much superior and they're always willing to help and answer all questions. If I ever buy another house, it would definitely be from Beazer Homes.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience purchasing my first home with Beazer. My new home sales counselor Ted played a key role in simplifying the process. He was also very patient in answering all of the many questions that I had. Ted even went the extra mile by providing weekly updates regarding the progress of the construction. The salesman was great and upfront he was very helpful and stayed on top of things and informed me of any changes. He did a great job need more people like him in this business.

My wife and I were visiting Florida and my sister-in-law was looking to purchase a home. She took us to the Beazer homes. We were pleased with the sales agent Chris who gave us a thorough tour and provided details of what made Beazer different from other builders, options in designing the homes. We were excited and decided to purchase a home. We recently moved in and this far we are pleased with the home.

Marie was so helpful and super nice. Very patient with us. Always available and happy to help. Very happy with the home and the way everything turned out. However, I have been trying since October to get a hold of our HOA. Absolutely no response from any of my e-mails nor phone calls. I sent in paper work in order to get our Lania approved and today is November 20th and I am still not sure what's the status. I have also discovered that other community members are also unhappy with our HOA. They are experiencing the same issue of no one ever returning calls or e-mails. Overall good experience ... some things could be worked on but in the end it worked out!

The house was finished sooner than first date given. They rushed some jobs and should have paid a little more attention to detail. The products are fair but should be better quality for the price. Standard interior paint is terrible and rubs off at the slightest touch. The bones of the house are good

The whole process from purchasing to closing was a pleasant experience. The design studio staff was very experienced and helpful.

Still some problems need to be attended

From our experience the builder has took a lot short cuts in the building of property, trying to keep up with the demands of getting houses done on time. I have had quite a few work orders since we moved in, to get stuff fixed that wasn't done correctly.

My experience was great until my walk through. Paint on baseboards, my stair railings still have not been stained the right color. My garage door is still not painted the right color. We’ve closed and moved in 2 months and these things are still not corrected.

The initial process of getting the home built was actually a good experience and the builders that you work with are friendly, courteous and responsive. However their subcontractors leave a lot to be desired. From using low grade materials in the home to sloppy work and the list goes on from there. We have been in the house now and are still waiting on the builder to complete the work from our punch list prior to closing. Some of the items were pointed out multiple times and the sub contractors merely just pull the tape off the issues and say it is finished. Communication after buying the home is non-existent. ... My oven door is broken as well as my dishwasher door. I was told I couldn’t have a new appliances “it would remove the warranty “ because the appliance was associated with my house .? Seriously? My closet door is still not fixed after scheduling with the contractor who never showed on the scheduled day. I keep finding large holes where grout is missing on the floors. I had to have large chips in my granite repaired . I was told my house was going to be cleaned by the best before closing. It wasn’t cleaned the morning of closing but again I was told it would be. The house was filthy, the windows were ridiculously dirty and there was paint all over the door hinges and ridiculous amounts of paint on the floors. And I would have pointed all this out to the project manager but he had already told my husband I was “picky!” Over 300,000.00 thousand dollars gives me the right to want it perfect when I move in doesn’t it? ...
