Things that needed to be corrected was very easily done when brought to Beazer Home attention. This house was built faster than I had expected. However, they allowed me to get my other home sold in a timely manner and I love my new home.

Chris and Jason are very nice to work with. Very customer centric and responsive.

Quality construction and it's great that homes come with tons of amenities, like blinds on windows, and high quality appliances, including washer & dryer. Sales, builder and service representatives provide great customer service and follow-up as well. Home warranty is reassuring. Happy to have purchased new townhouse.

There is no great place to start. Sales assured a radiant barrier was included in the home, it wasn't and I didn't discover that until the second floor was going up. I requested the build in one orientation and was told after contract it had to be built in the other direction. I cancelled an out of country family vacation to accommodate the "only" design center appointment they had; they subsequently canceled on me and couldn't reschedule so we had to make our design elections in pieces during preview dates, text messages and screen shots.. including electrical selections which I am living to regret. Things got so bad I had to escalate to corporate. The closing date was supposed to be in late April early May, it ended up being in March which was a major inconvenience. For two weeks I texted and called the builder with a list of items that needed to be cared for before closing and got no response. Less than 1 week before closing I was told by the Warranty Team my builder had been let go. I moved forward with closing with a list of items that weren't finished.. I've had the house a month and not only does the initial list still exist, the sheer number of things I've uncovered while being in the home is absurd. The cost difference between this home and the MI build I was eyeing was $20k; I'm regretting not having spent it. ... More

Completely dissatisfied with the build of the house. Beezer must use the philosophy quantity over quality. Too many issues to list with the build process and the first two months has only highlighted additional repairs required from their build process. I would not recommend this company to a friend or family member.

We love our home and feel that it was built with great craftsmanship! Our experience with Beazer was excellent from start to finish and the communication was great throughout!

Our home is beautiful and great quality! There are always going to be a few fixes and adjustments needed before moving in. We did not have any major issues to be addressed but we were PROMISED that all of the issues would be addressed, fixed, corrected and replaced before we moved in so there would not be any disruptions in us living in your brand new home. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! We've lived in our home for a month and a half and contractors are still coming into the home to fix things. NOT THING FOUND AFTER MOVING IN, but thing pointed out WAY in advance to moving in. We've had to take time off of work to let people in our homes and will need to adjust our routine while our shower is being fixed. I'm disappointed and annoyed. Beazer also has not done a very good job with having a sense of urgency to getting things fixed. ... More

My oven door is broken as well as my dishwasher door. I was told I couldn’t have a new appliances “it would remove the warranty “ because the appliance was associated with my house .? Seriously? My closet door is still not fixed after scheduling with the contractor who never showed on the scheduled day. I keep finding large holes where grout is missing on the floors. I had to have large chips in my granite repaired . I was told my house was going to be cleaned by the best before closing. It wasn’t cleaned the morning of closing but again I was told it would be. The house was filthy, the windows were ridiculously dirty and there was paint all over the door hinges and ridiculous amounts of paint on the floors. And I would have pointed all this out to the project manager but he had already told my husband I was “picky!” Over 300,000.00 thousand dollars gives me the right to want it perfect when I move in doesn’t it? ... Beautiful community, quality build and an overall great experience.

Marie was so helpful and super nice. Very patient with us. Always available and happy to help. Very happy with the home and the way everything turned out. However, I have been trying since October to get a hold of our HOA. Absolutely no response from any of my e-mails nor phone calls. I sent in paper work in order to get our Lania approved and today is November 20th and I am still not sure what's the status. I have also discovered that other community members are also unhappy with our HOA. They are experiencing the same issue of no one ever returning calls or e-mails. Had a great experience with Beazer Homes and their employees. Nicely built within a fantastic neighborhood. They have the best employees who go out of their wat to help and assist the buyers. Would defiinitely recommend!!

Beazer Homes do a great job in providing details and each home is unique. We fell in love with the area, my daughter had purchased home last year and she was super happy too. We came to help her out and we fell in love too. Picking up upgrades at the Design Center was a great experience and the person helping us out was very helpful and went out of her way to stay late until we were done. Builder name Matthew was super nice during the entire process, keeping us updates via photos - we live out of State, so that was very helpful for us to see the progress. Darby is awesome when we walked in we told him we were just looking and not interested in buying because we had already signed with a competitor. We expected Darby to give us the cold shoulder but instead was super nice and still gave us a personal tour of the quick move in homes they had. Beazer value that they bring to the table can’t be beat the finishes are so much nicer then the competition we actually decided to cancel with Lennar and go with beazer and the lenders they use compete for your business not like with Lennar. The team at Beazer here in Riverview where great from picking out the lot yo the design studio. Alot of options for upgrades. Then when the building began every stage of the process went very well and the building manager always addressed any issues. Now that we are in the home is well constructed and the follow up from the team for the 30 day inspection was on point. We love are new beazer home and the community is very quiet. Happy home owners the Kinneys

Overall good experience ... some things could be worked on but in the end it worked out!
