The Beazer family, especially Steve, made the entire experience the easiest home buying experience ever, from the first time walking through to closing. The quality construction and attention to detail are amazing, where functionality and beauty meet.

I would like to share my personal experience regarding the purchase of my new home. From the very beginning, every member of the builder's team made the entire process pleasant, professional, and efficient. Everything with Beazer homes has been great so far. They have helped us and are very communicative. The only thing we haven’t liked is that there is no privacy fence for being the first home in the neighborhood and being close to the road and they haven’t helped us with that. But other than that it’s been good and the home has been great.

We were not looking for a new community. But were intrigued with the solar panels, mixed community of 55+, single family homes and townhome style homes. I wish we knew more about the overall community. That wasn't very clear. I see townhomes going up - is that Beazer too? How do we prevent too many people in our area? It's a new community. Everyone was welcoming. Shout out to the sales team, Heidi was helpful, David is great and Denis is very helpful. We appreciate how clean the community is during construction and it's a very well-run construction community.

Overall, everything that was promised, it was delivered. Just a few details that could be seen prior to the last inspection. The guy responsible for the walk-through talked too much, instead of looking into the details with us. Baezer has been very diligent in fixing small things that we request

The entire process was great, everything was smooth and they would always check in and let you know if any deadlines. The home is great quality build compared to others as I noticed while shopping around. Customer service has also been great. Bill and Rob are always checking in and making sure the issues were fixed properly and if anything else is needed. Nothing is perfect and any imperfections or issues we have found they have been quick to get someone out to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Great experience with Beazer Homes

We had the BEST experience building and buying with Beazer. We had the best team every step of the way! Marty-Allen was a dream to work with! She always kept us so informed and up to date on how everything was going. She was so kind and made us feel so taken care of. She is the BEST. Working with Erika at the design center was so fun. She is so knowledgeable about the the product and helped us with every decision big and small. Working with her was JOY! Grant made us feel confident that the product him and his team built were going to be great quality. Any time we had a question or concern (hardly any), he always addressed it. He went above and beyond to give us a honest we LOVE. As we were getting ready to close, John Reed helped assure us that we were in good hands even after we closed on the house. He and Grant walked us through all the home features, and let us know they were a call away if we needed anything. Absolutely horrible to start with. had a small accident on the first day in house we’re looking for ice in the refrigerator. This was the new appliance provided by Beazer could not figure out it was useless and we found what they provided is a 20 2012 model in 2025 furthermore, the cooktop died in three days and they asked to call the customer care they picked up the call in three hours and they will come on December 2. This is the most terrible kind of appliance provided by the home builder.

Overall we are pleased with the purchase/build process and remain excited as we transition from a build mindset to creating a home. As the first to purchase the Brookwood plan in this development, we did feel we went trough a learning curve with the builder and provided suggestions to help improve future home buyers experiences. Grant and John-Reed are fantastic project leads and always readily available to provide guidance.

From the initial deal with Charisse, follow up emails from Antar and flawless finalization from Aaron & Chris. These are the reasons The Paddocks community is selling fast! Also the quality of the home is really really beyond expectations. I am a forever Beazer Home buyer and recommender!

The purchasing process was easier than I could have ever imagined. They have great options lined up for financing that really get you the best deal out there. The team followed up throughout the process but not in a pushy manner like some. Walk through process gives you a great piece of mind. Knowing and seeing that the team really cared about every little thing was something you don’t see anymore in this industry. I would recommend this team and neighborhood to anyone out there looking!

House is good and like the community. People in the process were nice and supportive including Cyndy, David and John.

We started the process in December 2024 and closed in April 2025. Cyndy, on the sales team was wonderful and helped us with the admin side of things. She helped with our contract, negotiating pricing, and design appointments. David, our builder was so informative and responsive to anything we needed. We were told 90 days to move in from when the foundation was poured and they kept that promise. The quality of the home is superb, their contractors pay attention to detail and do a wonderful job. We paid for 2 independent inspections and the inspector found little to no issues. Issues that were found were fixed the same day. A month after we moved in, John in the warranty department was quick to help us with a kitchen cabinet issue we had. We highly recommend Beazer for your new home. Very satisfied! We bought our dream home with Beazer but not satisfied with construction quality and customer service. We had home before with different builder and that experience was far better than Beazer.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.
