We are not fully happy with the finishing details. For instance, wooden material was not cut with precision to make the joints match accurately leaving gaps that were then not filled or painted all across the doors, cabinets and baseboards. Locks and doors hardware was loosen in a couple of instances.

I love the design of my new home. Upon moving in, I've had to submit several repair requests due to things not being completed properly before I moved in. I'm thankful for the 1-year warranty service that Beazer offers so that I can get things repaired in a timely manner.

Post close support to correct things was OUTSTANDING

Beazer was not ready to close on the date they set and my first review right after closing showed horrible marks they had earned and I still feel a certain person should be fired. After close, a Sr. Director of Purchasing, Planning and Development and the Warranty Manager for my area took over. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! They fixed everything and even were finding things that needed to be fixed that my untrained eye would not find! My home now looks better than imagined. My overall experience with Beazer Home is good. I do love my home and certain issues are expected when it comes new builds. I appreciate the attentiveness specifically with Stephanie, Scott and Dennis. They do their best to accommodate and resolve issues that have come up even with their busy schedules and dealing with vendors to come back to fix issues. Overall I’m pleased and hope that this service continues while they are onsite.

The finishing of the house is a bit suspect. I’d like to believe that Beazer would do much better than expected and I’m the only one. I’m some instances I can clearly see that quality of the finishing has been compromised. It isn’t big but maybe just cosmetic changes but give you a felling of ‘cutting corners’

Not a well finished home. The quality of the material are compromised. The garage, wooden materials are not in a good quality. During the walkthrough it was not considered at all and the representative was just telling that is how it will be.

I can't say with confidence, I'd purchase with Beazer. The building process wasn't cumbersome, but our realtor had to follow up on a few things and we got an inspection. For the final inspection, they hadn't done everything by the first or 2nd walk through. For the identify and tape process, their were weird rules. Our realtor couldn't help, it had to be so many feet away, had to be a certain size, etc. Mind you, you're spending over a half million on your investment!
