There are multiple issues with house. I have to work with multiple vendors and several followups to get the things done. Not pleasant experience for new home buyers. Can you believe i have to reach regional director to get the work done? They just worried about closing house on hight price market not the quality of house.

You can’t trust anything they say. They constantly lie! Quality is poor and no one seems to care. CEO is not accessible and probably has no clue what is happening on the ground.

Honestly the quality of this home is not great. The whole first floor flooded after we ran the dishwasher and have had a TIME with the warranty people trying to get everything fixed. This is our first home buying experience and it's been one catastrophe after another.

I paid for a lot premium only to move into a poorly graded yard that doesn’t accommodate the buyer. The grading accommodated the storm drain which is directly included in my yard. I should not have to had paid for a lot premium due to not being able to fully enclose my yard. Brad and Elisa were absolutely great and wonderful to work with. Brad went above and beyond fixing the interior drywall issues that arose. I really feel like a fool for having to be responsible for landscaping over a steep slop. I observe more than customer satisfaction-Beazer homes wants to hand-over to the home owner and wash the hands. I had a personal emergency during my buying process. Just a couple of weeks prior to closing, I had a personal emergency and had to rush to India to take care of my ailing mother. I requested Beazer builders to extend my closing date. I was buying the home in a sellers’ market so Beazer could have easily sold my home to another buyer would could pay them more. They did not do that!! They worked with me around my schedule and let me return to the US and extended my closing date by about 6 weeks. I closed on my home on the 31st of March 2021. Some things definitely could have been better. Workmanship is below what I expected. Some things were done in a rush so there were defects. Builder did offer some great incentives though. I guess you gotta take the good with the bad. Some things to work on in my opinion would be, better management, and communication. There should be more walk throughs done of the home by management so defects or broken items/issues can be addressed before the customer does their final walk through. More attention to detail would be a benefit.

Terrible communication and terrible workmanship in to many areas. Bill was the most responsive out of the entire situation but the worker subcontracted to build this house suck! As a large loss adjusters I seen house rebuilt from a fire with less errors and better presentation. Vontell did better towards the end but lacks follow up. No one knows anything and the entire process just suck. Door handles falling off door trim not completed. The 300+ House is just Aesthetically beautiful as long as you don’t look too close... good news is ... the house is beautiful and the neighborhood is ...

From my initial inquiry with the agent to the final closing, everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and responsive when I had question. The builder (David) is a great guy! Very professional and thorough. He provided a timeline and stuck to it. He was patient and explained the ins and outs of the house. Great experience!

The construction superintendent was overwhelmed with trying to complete the homes that had been sold. This resulted in lack of subcontractor supervision and lower level of finish quality than expected.

Don't close until you are 100% satisfied with the home and construction/finish quality. I will likely do some repainting once we get settled in to hide some of the "patches" in the walls and ceilings.
