I had a personal emergency during my buying process. Just a couple of weeks prior to closing, I had a personal emergency and had to rush to India to take care of my ailing mother. I requested Beazer builders to extend my closing date. I was buying the home in a sellers’ market so Beazer could have easily sold my home to another buyer would could pay them more. They did not do that!! They worked with me around my schedule and let me return to the US and extended my closing date by about 6 weeks. I closed on my home on the 31st of March 2021. Some things definitely could have been better. Workmanship is below what I expected. Some things were done in a rush so there were defects. Builder did offer some great incentives though. I guess you gotta take the good with the bad. Some things to work on in my opinion would be, better management, and communication. There should be more walk throughs done of the home by management so defects or broken items/issues can be addressed before the customer does their final walk through. More attention to detail would be a benefit.

Terrible communication and terrible workmanship in to many areas. Bill was the most responsive out of the entire situation but the worker subcontracted to build this house suck! As a large loss adjusters I seen house rebuilt from a fire with less errors and better presentation. Vontell did better towards the end but lacks follow up. No one knows anything and the entire process just suck. Door handles falling off door trim not completed. The 300+ House is just Aesthetically beautiful as long as you don’t look too close... good news is ... the house is beautiful and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. ... More

I looked forward to Antar's weekly emails good or bad. I felt like he went out of his way to get answers for me when I had them.

When you go to the design center know what you want. Your time with the designer is limited.

We have been is our house for 30 days and the quality has exceeded our expectations

It was an awesome experience.

From my initial inquiry with the agent to the final closing, everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and responsive when I had question. The builder (David) is a great guy! Very professional and thorough. He provided a timeline and stuck to it. He was patient and explained the ins and outs of the house. Great experience!

Phillip is been great response all the time, I love the house.

Person in sales office was pleasant and easy to work with, keeping us informed of the progress. Also person dealing with final check/punch list was great. Continues to be very helpful. Both had great personalities. Bill is always very pleasant and informed about his job. He is eager to help and wants to do even more than we have requested.

It didn't feel like they were just in the business to sell a home, it felt like they wanted you to be a part of their family. Even after the move they continued to make sure our needs were met.

Don't close until you are 100% satisfied with the home and construction/finish quality. I will likely do some repainting once we get settled in to hide some of the "patches" in the walls and ceilings.

Good construction and great service

My overall experience with Beazer Home is good. I do love my home and certain issues are expected when it comes new builds. I appreciate the attentiveness specifically with Stephanie, Scott and Dennis. They do their best to accommodate and resolve issues that have come up even with their busy schedules and dealing with vendors to come back to fix issues. Overall I’m pleased and hope that this service continues while they are onsite.

Comparing my purchase to some of my friends who purchased around the same time, I really feel Beazer builds a better product.

We really enjoyed the process of buying, designing, and communication with the builder. The team at Beazer has been accommodating by answering questions and following up. The quality of our new home is top notch and we love our neighborhood.

My experience was great . Bill ( the Builder ) was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond for anything requested . The team ( Sean and Terry ) were very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns that I had . This has been a great experience with purchasing my first home.

Beazer made it super simple to purchase my new home! From the initial showing to finance to builder walk through it was all super easy and I'm very pleased with the home.

We had a few minor hiccups along the way which is normal for a new build but Cyndy, Elisa, Clay and Adam were and still are excellent at resolving any issue that has arrived.
