Not a well finished home. The quality of the material are compromised. The garage, wooden materials are not in a good quality. During the walkthrough it was not considered at all and the representative was just telling that is how it will be.

Pros: Quick response to issues or repairs. Friendly treatment of customers. Convenient location. Cons: Poor finishes on the construction. Materials used don't match the price paid. Experienced leakage within one month of occupancy, and numerous areas with subpar finishing.

I can't say with confidence, I'd purchase with Beazer. The building process wasn't cumbersome, but our realtor had to follow up on a few things and we got an inspection. For the final inspection, they hadn't done everything by the first or 2nd walk through. For the identify and tape process, their were weird rules. Our realtor couldn't help, it had to be so many feet away, had to be a certain size, etc. Mind you, you're spending over a half million on your investment! Up until closing our experience was great but since moving in (4/2023) has been less than great. Appears to be a little problem with quality control. Door knobs were loose and falling off, one of the trees in the front yard has died, sod is slow to green up and has a lot of weeds, the HVAC air filter door won't stay shut, has to be taped, and the laundry room door won't latch. These are fairly small items but we expected better. Warranty response is slow, blaming COVID even though that is over.

For the most part very satisfied with my new home. The design is absolutely beautiful. The process to get my new home could have been better. It would have been nice to know exactly how much land I would end up with as backyard and side before purchase. Since you don't know where exactly they will place the house on the lot makes it difficult to know what space you will have around the home. There were also some issues inside the house that had to be corrected so early into moving in. Overall if you look at the big picture I love my new home and am happy with the purchase.

Most of the times they don’t honor the commitments. Like even if they know house construction will take an year the choose to tell that it’s December move in while booking. Also the dry wall quality check it out, I felt it’s not thick and not strong. Warranty service is very slow and mostly no one reaches back on your request.

The Representatives from Beazer and Builder where very helpful however there are many things that were not in their control to make sure quality of home is TopNotch.. in my opinion Beazer used inexperienced contracting companies who were not of topQuality

Overall happy with my purchase - but several outstanding problems .I was very frustrated by the poor communication about delays during the building process. My closing date was changed twice - once with less than 48 hours notice. I closed on my home on the 31st of March 2021. Some things definitely could have been better. Workmanship is below what I expected. Some things were done in a rush so there were defects. Builder did offer some great incentives though. I guess you gotta take the good with the bad. Some things to work on in my opinion would be, better management, and communication. There should be more walk throughs done of the home by management so defects or broken items/issues can be addressed before the customer does their final walk through. More attention to detail would be a benefit.

The construction superintendent was overwhelmed with trying to complete the homes that had been sold. This resulted in lack of subcontractor supervision and lower level of finish quality than expected.

So far the house seems to be built well, minor blemishes from paint and caulking but the structure has been good and we haven’t had any major problems. We have had an electrical outlet repaired and the warranty was extremely fast and responsive. The only complaint is the property management company Beazer chose has been a joke to work with. Landscaping is never kept up. It’s like they do the front (sometimes) and the back is never completed. Kevon is the worst at responding. This has been the experience for the entire neighborhood. The house is nice but not perfect. We have had issues with the flooring from day 1 and we are now almost three months in and still no resolution. Builder has the flooring installer look, flooring installer has a QA person look, QA person sends another QA person, who then says it's a manufacturer defect and it will take 6 weeks for a manufacturer rep to come out. We approached this home building experience in no rush and chose the largest home offered, then purchased many upgrades.
