Good construction and great service

My overall experience with Beazer Home is good. I do love my home and certain issues are expected when it comes new builds. I appreciate the attentiveness specifically with Stephanie, Scott and Dennis. They do their best to accommodate and resolve issues that have come up even with their busy schedules and dealing with vendors to come back to fix issues. Overall I’m pleased and hope that this service continues while they are onsite.

Comparing my purchase to some of my friends who purchased around the same time, I really feel Beazer builds a better product.

Overall floor plan is good along with the location

We really enjoyed the process of buying, designing, and communication with the builder. The team at Beazer has been accommodating by answering questions and following up. The quality of our new home is top notch and we love our neighborhood.

Quality construction and overall satisfying home buying experience.

My experience was great . Bill ( the Builder ) was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond for anything requested . The team ( Sean and Terry ) were very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns that I had . This has been a great experience with purchasing my first home.

Beazer made it super simple to purchase my new home! From the initial showing to finance to builder walk through it was all super easy and I'm very pleased with the home.

We had a few minor hiccups along the way which is normal for a new build but Cyndy, Elisa, Clay and Adam were and still are excellent at resolving any issue that has arrived.

From the design of the house till the end of purchase, Nicole has made job easy and answered all the questions from a first time buyer.

As a Realtor and homebuyer this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The onsite agent Kim Odom was very knowledgeable and always prompt with her responses. David the builder was very thorough and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The Beazer Team at Spring Creek Place was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone looking to build. Thanks again for the great experience!

Nicole has been very helpful and made the home buying experience very easy and joyful. I had updates every week and the house was completed on time. Overall It was outstanding.

Once taking ownership And you have to deal with the so call hoa That where problems begin So far they have been horrible

Once you close with trust no one turns up to complete walk through list nor any follow up...finishing of beazer homes is not good at all...thier manager changes and problem is faced by customer....all other pending work we are slowly doing out of our pocket....still have little trust if they finish the pending work of mine.

David Fuller was great to work with because he is very nice and he handled requests on the punch list very professionally and swiftly. He has been the best builder we have worked with in our house buying experience.

Smooth process from start to finish , constant feedback

Had a bad experience, due to many things like the Window went missing, to begin with, had to start a discussion to get it installed. The Lighting package was messed up, and we are still waiting for an answer on a light even after almost 2 months of Closing, The Painting quality, The Doors, and hardware installation, Tiles and Grout finishing do not match the Home Prices at all, and are horribly Sub-Standard quality. Care hasn't been taken to roll/level or smoothen the yard before laying sod, when you walk you see bumps all over the place, which is going to become a headache when trying to take care of the Yard going forward. Even before the house keys were handed over, trash was still littered in the yard some is still around, tiles in the bathroom weren't cleaned, windows weren't Clean. the Trim work on windows is horrible, the coffered ceiling feels like was put by a Handyman and not a Professional. Almost every doorknob came loose and I'm still tightening as we use them. Not Sure what we really paid for in terms of quality. I was a Beazer Homeowner before in North Carolina, but the Georgia team especially the team and the Builder in the Enclave at Daves Creek really set us up for Diassappoinment. Hope this Survey can address some pending issues, which no-one seems to care about anymore or to work towards closing them out. ... More

We love our new home the Beazer team was great, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our builder David and our counselor Doug was on point with everything. Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.

Good customer service offered, Warm welcome as a family, good neighbors in the environment, also worked well with the loan company towards closing! Am excited to be here.

So far the house seems to be built well, minor blemishes from paint and caulking but the structure has been good and we haven’t had any major problems. We have had an electrical outlet repaired and the warranty was extremely fast and responsive. The only complaint is the property management company Beazer chose has been a joke to work with. Landscaping is never kept up. It’s like they do the front (sometimes) and the back is never completed. Kevon is the worst at responding. This has been the experience for the entire neighborhood. Also, fees already went up!!! We haven’t even been here 6 months. would rate it 5 stars if they made changes to the HOA they selected for the property. ... More

Unless these things are acknowledged and fixed I will never recommend or buy another Beazer home
