Had a bad experience, due to many things like the Window went missing, to begin with, had to start a discussion to get it installed. The Lighting package was messed up, and we are still waiting for an answer on a light even after almost 2 months of Closing, The Painting quality, The Doors, and hardware installation, Tiles and Grout finishing do not match the Home Prices at all, and are horribly Sub-Standard quality. Care hasn't been taken to roll/level or smoothen the yard before laying sod, when you walk you see bumps all over the place, which is going to become a headache when trying to take care of the Yard going forward. Even before the house keys were handed over, trash was still littered in the yard some is still around, tiles in the bathroom weren't cleaned, windows weren't Clean. the Trim work on windows is horrible, the coffered ceiling feels like was put by a Handyman and not a Professional. Almost every doorknob came loose and I'm still tightening as we use them. Not Sure what we really paid for in terms of quality. I was a Beazer Homeowner before in North Carolina, but the Georgia team especially the team and the Builder in the Enclave at Daves Creek really set us up for Diassappoinment. Hope this Survey can address some pending issues, which no-one seems to care about anymore or to work towards closing them out. ... More

We love our new home the Beazer team was great, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our builder David and our counselor Doug was on point with everything. Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.

Good customer service offered, Warm welcome as a family, good neighbors in the environment, also worked well with the loan company towards closing! Am excited to be here.

So far the house seems to be built well, minor blemishes from paint and caulking but the structure has been good and we haven’t had any major problems. We have had an electrical outlet repaired and the warranty was extremely fast and responsive. The only complaint is the property management company Beazer chose has been a joke to work with. Landscaping is never kept up. It’s like they do the front (sometimes) and the back is never completed. Kevon is the worst at responding. This has been the experience for the entire neighborhood. Also, fees already went up!!! We haven’t even been here 6 months. would rate it 5 stars if they made changes to the HOA they selected for the property. ... More

Unless these things are acknowledged and fixed I will never recommend or buy another Beazer home

Great communication and effective time frame

Our closing date was moved twice. Make sure builder fix all the issues including minor one before closing else you will be just keep sending email reminders and there will not be any response.

We are extremely happy with our new home. No issues thus far.

The builder actually answered each and every call I made to them. They were extremely helpful

Great experience purchasing a Beazer Home. The builder, on-site office, and warranty personnel are top notch.

The finishing of the house is a bit suspect. I’d like to believe that Beazer would do much better than expected and I’m the only one. I’m some instances I can clearly see that quality of the finishing has been compromised. It isn’t big but maybe just cosmetic changes but give you a felling of ‘cutting corners’

I LOVE THAT YOU HAVE A CHOICE IN FLOOR PLANS AND YOU PICK FROM A VARIETY OF THINGS TO GO IN YOUR HOME AT THE DESIGN STUDIO. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL APART OF THE BUILDING PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.

Fixed all items as promised quickly, good quality home and all is working perfectly.

Cindy, the agent of onsite, was always in good contact, looking out for us and also very good at answering any question we had during the process. Clay, their builder, has always been super friendly and helpful as well. They both made the process enjoyable and easy.

I love my home Builder very responsive

The house is nice but not perfect. We have had issues with the flooring from day 1 and we are now almost three months in and still no resolution. Builder has the flooring installer look, flooring installer has a QA person look, QA person sends another QA person, who then says it's a manufacturer defect and it will take 6 weeks for a manufacturer rep to come out. Still waiting on that. HVAC is supposed to be efficient single unit dual zone for a 3,600 square foot house. Won't cool the house sufficiently. Have had the HVAC contractor out THREE times and they just give me some song and dance about 17-20 degree differential and it's all working. HOWEVER, when it's 78 degrees out, it won't cool the house lower than 68 degrees, no matter what we set the thermostat to. And a $300 electric bill. Not really efficient!! When it's 90+ degrees, it won't cool lower then mid 70's. Front door knob sticks and threshold wasn't adjusted correctly so it's a chore to open and close the front door. A couple of electrical outlets won't take a plug. No matter how hard you try and push the plug in, it just won't go. They are the the type that has 2 USB ports in the middle. USB charging ports work, but not the regular outlet part. Its discouraging that after buying a new house at this price point that you have to deal with issues immediately and for months on end without any resolutions. Sales process was great, the design center was wonderful, there were several hiccups during the build process, wrong layouts, materials, etc but all were resolved timely and the Beazer team was great to work with. Overall very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I bought our first home from Beazer during COVID. It was a simple and stress free process, and they were so kind and helpful! We were so impressed and so thankful. There were a couple very small things that needed to be fixed right when we moved in, and they did 90% of them immediately. Eventually, the response time and follow through dropped off, which was a bit of a bummer. But everything that needed to be done got done, and we love our home! We would recommend Beazer to anyone - good quality and good service!

As a first time homebuyer the process was smooth. The builder not only did two walk throughs but showed me how my home works and gave tips on how to maintain my new property. The home is beautiful and cost efficient.
