Great experience with first time buying new construction

We are very pleased with many factors of our Beazer home. The finished design exceeds our expectations from our original ideas. Seeing the house come to life has been an exciting time for us, and we were very pleased with the total outcome from start to finish, this neighborhood have been safe secure and enjoyable living space thanks to Beazer Homes and company.

I don't know anything about the company, but my wife and I like our 100 townhouse community. Both our salesperson and the superintendent on our home were knowledgeable and caring; pleasant and competent.

Easy process, amazing home. It was honestly the best experience. Stephen is AWESOME.

Received good sales assistance and Design studio but the builder contruction is worst in quality, Multiple issues after closing - Needs to raise multiple warrenty requests. I never recommend to my friends and family.

We approached this home building experience in no rush and chose the largest home offered, then purchased many upgrades. We were more than pleased that the onsite realtor secured the lot we wanted and the builder was good to work with overall. But, at the end of the process, a good many issues arose that seemed to primarily be motivated by Beazer's insistence on closing quickly. Our lender caused issues as well as we were trying to close during the onset of COVID-19. We have been in the house a month and like the home overall. But, for the price, there are a LOT of things that could be refined from the architectural drawings on. It would appear that the contracters are not as tightly managed as needed by Beazer so each thing seems like a three-way fight between Beazer, the contractor, and us, the homeowner. We are settling into the home well, but my opinion of the experience is very tainted by a LOT of avoidable problems and a seeming lack of concern on Beazer's (overall) part. Latest example: Beazer is clear that the landscaping is the homeowner's responsibility after closing. Little did we know, two types of grass were planted in our back yard in an attempt to stop erosion. So now, we have Bermuda that was sodded and some other quick-growing grass that was sown (I guess) that covers a large part of the yard. We have no recourse on this, yet this was not obvious at closing. There are many other examples of sheer mistakes or just plain sloppy work that should not be the case with a $600,000+ home! ... I would highly recommend this property location, associated with the best schools of Georgia from K through High school, walking distance to Joint Venture park and K school, nice constriction by Beazer with good models for a reasonable price.

From the initial stage of information to the closing, I have encountered people that did nothing but looked out for me and my best interest, They kept me informed all through the process, the contractor was totally professional and made sure all the details were included in the building process, I got a call or email from the agent, the closing team went above and beyond to make sure all the detail were met for a easy closing, I will recommend this company and all its great employees to everyone that are looking for or intend to buy a home,

Our experience with Beazer homes was good overall. At the start of the home buying process and during the home material selection process we were held up and ran into a few snags and lack of communication from Beazer's end. Beazer, however recognized these issues and did their best to try and work with us in a way that could rectify the issues.

We love our new home in Mountain Park Overlook! We love our home’s floor plan and all of the great features and the neighborhood is great... beautiful setting and still close to everything. Perfect location!

Builder David is always willing to address any issues. Agent Kathryn is wonderful!

Good building quality, great design. But very costly.

I gave it 2 stars due to the trouble we had when we first moved in. The paint is not well done. Also the drywall seams are showing through in multiple rooms, and have had them come out several times and can’t get it looking right. We will have to have this redone again here shortly.

Everything went smoothly and I love my new home!

The builder and a lot of people from Beazer lied to me when it came to things I thought would be fix didn't get fix until I had to tell them that I wont sign papers until they get fix. Very unprofessional and I will never buy a house from them again....

Responsive and propmpt

I wasn’t really pleased with my overall home experience. I’ve expressed myself in a previous review.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. During the process, the builders main point of contact was very hard to reach. At times, information communicated was not precise or clear. During the closing process we felt rushed and felt like they didn’t want to fix all the minor things in the home. When we pointed out changes needed they tried to steer us away from making those changes. We love our home but didn’t like the overall process that we went through.

The experience was over all good. The GC on site was amazing and made sure he got everything done... after move in though I did see things in the quality of craftsmanship that was less then good. Far as paint splattered left behind small things, no deal breakers but it could have definitely been a lot crisper finish.

Overall we are happy with our neighborhood selection, and home elevation and plan. There have been many building and design issues that were a complete mess. They were either missed or done poorly. We actually had a pipe that was missing, which caused a leak through our master bedroom ceiling and laundry room ceiling. The drywall and paint has still not been fixed.

Dumb and trusting on my part. Needed to close at a certain time. Do not close until everything is completed. 3 months since closing and still trying to have things finalized.
