Beazer's biggest asset is in their outstanding on-site teams. The lineup consists of the sales representatives, the project management team, and customer care representative. Mary-A worked with me to ensure that all my concerns and questions were addressed during the purchase phase. Jody and Arron were there to promptly address any post purchase inquiries about the building construction. Chris happily provided valuable new homeownership information on the condominium. I praise and give thanks to the teams for caring enough to make my overall home buying experience positive!

Wonderful, wonderful team to work with. MaryAllen was outstanding and always responsive throughout the contract, even responding on her day off. The construction team: Aaron, Jody, Noe, went out of their way to assist and remediate any issues... helping us coordinating repairs, programming our garage door, to moving our ceiling fan, and installing grab bars in the bathrooms. Did it all in a timely fashion and always with a smile.

Dealing with Stephanie and Shawn is a great a experience. They treated me like if I was family. They answered any questions and dealt with my concerns in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend working with them on any housing projects.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was accidental that I was passing by and saw the new development and stopped by to see it! From Angela who showed us the space with so much warmth and showed us again and again without any hesitation to be sure that this is what we wanted to Aaron and Jody who still are very very attentive to all our questions and they are all very kind as well! Beazer covers our new home with a 100% warranty. We had a plumbing issue, called the Beazer warranty rep and they fixed the issue rather quickly. Please with this extra warranty service!

From the walk through process until the present the various members of the Construction team have responded to various issues promptly and very professionally. Kudos to Jody, Chris, Aaron and Noe and our Project Manager. There are still a few items that need to addressed and I have every confidence that the team will take care of them as quickly as they can.

We had a great experience overall with our team here. Our agent Cyndy did her best with communication, our builder David was fantastic and hit all his marks, and so far so good in the house. The only negative we have is we were forced to use flat paint in the house which marks up way to easily. We asked if we could pay more for a better paint and it wasn’t allowed. Outside of that the house has been great so far.

Everyone with Beazer we encountered has been so helpful and provided us with quality customer service. We would recommend Beazer to anyone who is contemplating a new construction home.

Jody, who oversees construction was there every step of the way. I have built several homes over the years but I have never had such a stress free experience as I had with Beazer homes with Jody in charge. He truly has the customer’s interest at heart. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mary Allen in the sales office who kept me informed on the progress of construction and the myriad details involved in the closing process, and all the while with a smile on her face! Needless to say I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Beaver Homes has very professional sales persons working for them. In the whole buying process, they are very efficient and helpful. The maintenance group is very competent too. They did good job.

This was the best experience of all of our home buying experiences. We signed a contract to have a new home built, From the first day until the last, we were carefully navigated through what can be a very stressful and complicated process. However, Kyle and Elisa made it a positive and happy experience. They kept us updated, and they stayed on schedule. They were very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were their only clients. The first person we met was Angie the sales agent and she was amazing. It made buying easy and no pressure. Our walk through with Chris was easy and enjoyable. My wife found many small items to fix and he listed each and every one with a smile and no negativity. They fixed everything before our closing and the condo looked great. The closing went really well, and we were in and out in no time. We told one of our X-neighbors about our experienced and they visited and bought the next day. They live one floor below us.
