The purchasing process was easier than I could have ever imagined. They have great options lined up for financing that really get you the best deal out there. The team followed up throughout the process but not in a pushy manner like some. Walk through process gives you a great piece of mind. Knowing and seeing that the team really cared about every little thing was something you don’t see anymore in this industry. I would recommend this team and neighborhood to anyone out there looking!

House is good and like the community. People in the process were nice and supportive including Cyndy, David and John.

We started the process in December 2024 and closed in April 2025. Cyndy, on the sales team was wonderful and helped us with the admin side of things. She helped with our contract, negotiating pricing, and design appointments. David, our builder was so informative and responsive to anything we needed. We were told 90 days to move in from when the foundation was poured and they kept that promise. The quality of the home is superb, their contractors pay attention to detail and do a wonderful job. We paid for 2 independent inspections and the inspector found little to no issues. Issues that were found were fixed the same day. A month after we moved in, John in the warranty department was quick to help us with a kitchen cabinet issue we had. We highly recommend Beazer for your new home. Very satisfied! We bought our dream home with Beazer but not satisfied with construction quality and customer service. We had home before with different builder and that experience was far better than Beazer.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.

We bought our first house in USA with Beazer homes and their quality of construction is outstanding along with customer service. I had multiple sessions with their team and everytime they explain each and every process that a home buyer should know. Starting from sales person Antar, construction manager Jodi, Lee and warranty team Pierre were wonderful and amazing to work with them. I'm happy that we choose Beazer homes and glad I had Jodi on my back who is wonderful person to work with.

Sean, is a knowledgeable man, and he was on top of things to make sure all projects was finished and high quality. I had a very busy couple of weeks at work and Sean worked with my schedule to complete projects. When I forgot to call him back he either texted or called to give me a nudge that work needed to be complete. I am happy, pleased, and satisfied with Sean. Beazer should be pleased they have him on their team. I’m sure it’s possible he could go to any other builder, and probably be paid more; however, he chooses to stick it out with Beazer and that’s because of the quality of his work and the keen eye to the home buyer needs. I didn’t move into my home until almost a month after closing, and I have been living here for a month, it’s kind of remarkable that I still see Sean in the morning when I leave for work, and guess what I see Sean 8 hours later still monitoring the quality of work in the community. Unit is very nice, but garage has ragged sheetrock & no baseboard, not even cheap vinyl. Intercom not working to my unit, causing to miss furniture delivery.

When I looked at this property I knew I found a new home on my first look and I never looked at any other place.

Both Shawn and Pierre were very communicative and understanding about any concerns or questions we had, took the time to answer them and provided explanations. When we did final walk through, Pierre came with us and was tapping/flagging items we didn't even notice, which really highlighted to me that he was looking in our best interest rather than just getting us out quickly, which was something I appreciated.

I had a smooth Buyer Experience. My builder was conscientious and precise in the weekly progress calls. The builder agent was great to work with and accessible and prompt in her follow-up. I have had several home building and buyer experiences with other builders. I found the team at Avondale Park to be responsive during the building process and attentive with prompt followup after I moved in. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Beazer Homes. Not a well finished home. The quality of the material are compromised. The garage, wooden materials are not in a good quality. During the walkthrough it was not considered at all and the representative was just telling that is how it will be.

Everything went well from our buying experience to our move in.

The Beezer team has been attentive and helpful. Angela, Jody and Chris made us feel very cared for. We are really enjoying our new home and the location is amazing. We feel safe and secure and we're looking forward to the years to come.
