I'm delighted to share that the experience of purchasing my family's first home went rather smoothly and without issue. Stephanie our sales rep was always timely in getting back to us and answered our questions and concerns. I truly thought she had our best interests in mind throughout the process. Also, the Builders that we worked with Pierre and Shawn were knowledgeable about every nook and cranny in the house and always answered my questions. Even after we moved in Shawn took the time to knock on our door to make sure everything was going alright with our property. I've heard plenty of horror stories about working with unpleasant salesmen and women along with impatient and less-than-satisfactory builders. Not a well finished home. The quality of the material are compromised. The garage, wooden materials are not in a good quality. During the walkthrough it was not considered at all and the representative was just telling that is how it will be.

Everything went well from our buying experience to our move in.

The Sales team, Angela, was easy to work with and informative. The construction managers and the new home counselor, Chris, Jody and Aaron, always addressed any problems that arose. They are knowledgeable and eager to satisfy.

The home buying process was smooth and enjoyable, and the quality and value of the home met my expectations. Beazer didn’t cut any corners; the floorplan is thoughtfully designed, and the finishes are of great quality. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and has a welcoming feel. Stephanie and Shawn from the builder’s team were outstanding—truly a pleasure to work with.

Closing was smooth and it was great buy. We are here for last one month . No major issue found in house. Also Builder is helping us if any issue comes .

You’ll need to project manage the punch list of items before and after closing. Otherwise, it’s gets lost in the shuffle of very well meaning folks that don’t understand timelines and follow-up.

Very impressed with team and quality of work

Our experience buying a Beazer was easy. We were kept informed every step of the way, from securing a lender, to construction, to closing. Stephanie, Beazer's agent, was always helpful and available to answer questions, and Shawn, our builder was very professional. We were happy with how they helped get us into our townhouse with ease.

On a weekend, we came to The Garherings just looking for a community of friendly people that liked to do things together, we found our home right away! The managers and personnel called us by name. They were excited to tell us about all the features and really liked what they had built. Helping us put up curtains was great!

The builder with Beazer was amazing to work with he checked in with us every week to give updates, answered any questions we had and when it came down to the home visits and inspections anytime we found something no matter how small they were right on it. They truly seemed to care that they wanted our home to be perfect when we moved in. Been here 3 months and we love it!

We have finally moved into our new home as a family of seven - soon-to-be eight. The experience has been extremely positive as the team was generous and kind with both their time and energy. We have been pleased with the steps taken to go above and beyond to address our needs for the "perfect home". In love with this community already. Entire process of buying our first house was made easy by beazer. Elisa was great and she helped us a lot in pretty much all the steps of our house buying. David, Adam and Bryan were helpful too. They were sweet and quick enough to comeback and fix our issues.

Pros: Quick response to issues or repairs. Friendly treatment of customers. Convenient location. Cons: Poor finishes on the construction. Materials used don't match the price paid. Experienced leakage within one month of occupancy, and numerous areas with subpar finishing.

It was one of the best experience
