I can't say with confidence, I'd purchase with Beazer. The building process wasn't cumbersome, but our realtor had to follow up on a few things and we got an inspection. For the final inspection, they hadn't done everything by the first or 2nd walk through. For the identify and tape process, their were weird rules. Our realtor couldn't help, it had to be so many feet away, had to be a certain size, etc. Mind you, you're spending over a half million on your investment! Point all the things out including all the horrible busted through nail holes in all the drawers and some cabinets. Point it out and on the final walk through before closing you see they placed a obvious little piece of wood. So tacky and your told the drawers wouldn't be replaced...mind you, we're spending how much and it was the person's own negligence while working. On final walk through all things still aren't completed; from inspection or our walk through. Also, we got our closing date with under 30 days notice and it all continued to feel rushed. We close on 11.22.23 and we continue to have vendors in and out! Imagine having your closing rushed and still have to deal with people in and out your home! Disappointed doesn't do it justice! There are other annoying nuisances once moved in. Lastly, internet was a major issue. We couldn't get at&t because our addresses weren't registered...that was a lengthy delay. Also, our address numbers are used 2 other times in the subdivision and we're constantly getting others packages. Not sure if that's a Georgia thing or what but it's a headache. Mary was very easy to work with. She helped throughout the process. Jody and Aaron fixed everything they could on the punch list. They were all helpful with making this an easy process. They are hard workers.

Elisa and David overall made it a great home buying experience! Elisa helped us by answering all our questions since day one and David made sure all our concerns are addressed before closing.

Buying a new home has never been such a wonderful kind experience as it was with Angela in your sales department. Our final walk thru was very thorough and easy as Chris was and is still amazing after our 30 days helping us. Jody and Aaron took care of all of our concerns after moving in and made our first 30 days a real breeze. Noah did a great job on some side jobs to be completed. Our experience with Beazer Homes was very good. Cyndy was very attentive and helpful. She and David provided us with updates and communicated progress as promised. The home is built very well and we are very pleased with the results.

I had a great experience working with the Beazer team. They showed me various units until I found the one that fit my needs best. I was downsizing from a large home and they made me feel great in my new community. I know I am going to really enjoy living here.

From the walk through process until the present the various members of the Construction team have responded to various issues promptly and very professionally. Kudos to Jody, Chris, Aaron and Noe and our Project Manager. There are still a few items that need to addressed and I have every confidence that the team will take care of them as quickly as they can.

We had a great experience overall with our team here. Our agent Cyndy did her best with communication, our builder David was fantastic and hit all his marks, and so far so good in the house. The only negative we have is we were forced to use flat paint in the house which marks up way to easily. We asked if we could pay more for a better paint and it wasn’t allowed. Outside of that the house has been great so far.

Everyone with Beazer we encountered has been so helpful and provided us with quality customer service. We would recommend Beazer to anyone who is contemplating a new construction home.

Jody, who oversees construction was there every step of the way. I have built several homes over the years but I have never had such a stress free experience as I had with Beazer homes with Jody in charge. He truly has the customer’s interest at heart. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mary Allen in the sales office who kept me informed on the progress of construction and the myriad details involved in the closing process, and all the while with a smile on her face! Needless to say I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the entire experience.

My experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of amazing! Shawn and Antar are very professional and responsive. All of my questions were answered, and any concerns I had along the way were addressed quickly and effectively. The entire process was extremely smooth and I love my home.

Beaver Homes has very professional sales persons working for them. In the whole buying process, they are very efficient and helpful. The maintenance group is very competent too. They did good job.

This was the best experience of all of our home buying experiences. We signed a contract to have a new home built, From the first day until the last, we were carefully navigated through what can be a very stressful and complicated process. However, Kyle and Elisa made it a positive and happy experience. They kept us updated, and they stayed on schedule. They were very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were their only clients. We appreciated their attention to detail and their interest in delivering a well-built home.

We only dealt with one sales person, so I cannot speak other than that, but she was overly assertive and more concerned about us selling our home when we needed up waiting on Beazer to actually finish the condo we were purchasing. Initially, the condo was ready in weeks time and turned out 3 months! Their promotion to use their lenders is probably not the best deal in the end, so be aware of that! Each time we visited the condo we had a contract on, we let our salesperson know of some problems we saw in the condo. None of them were addressed until our walk through when they were then put on a list to be completed for a final walk through a week and a half later. A fraction of items were actually completed. We had to close on the property as we were closing same day on our home. We were promised the list would be completed. Here we are 8 weeks later and we still have a long list. Some items on the list, sliding door glass scratched, unsightly construction debris stuck between sliding doors where you have to slam the door to lock it, a master window has a film on the inside of a pane, paint all over flooring, everything we measure is uneven, master door scrapes the carpet when closing (uneven), you have to slam front door to engage lock, return and AC vents are not flush on the wall, vanity mirrors are all scratched, storage unit door has soft close bracket on outside of door versus inside like all the others, chuncks of drywall were painted over, drywall that was repaired is still not repainted, a few areas of counter need to be caulked, pencil all over bathroom tile. Items that were completed on the list, a few cabinet drawers wouldn’t close were adjusted, chips on cabinets were touched up, corners of shoe molding touched up, grout touched up, dry wall touched up (still needs paint to complete), AC was not powerful enough for master bedroom, master closet and master bath - hopefully resolved, but Springtime will tell), fireplace tile was properly cleaned of whatever was stuck on it, Something else we have noticed, who ever designs where the electrical outlets will go, such dumb areas! For instance, on an adjacent wall to where a piece of furniture with a lamp would go, yet the outlet is on another wall. Kitchen outlets are halfway up the backsplash where the small appliances only block half of them. This is the 5th brand new home we have purchased in 28 years and by far was the worst finished product we have ever seen. I honestly don’t even recall ever having more than an item or two that needed to be completed before a closing let alone 8 weeks after closing! There appears to be no one overseeing the work being done from drywall installation through the finished product! This review would be a lot different if our condo issues would have been addressed immediately after closing versus where we are now! One manager told us our list was cosmetic, we never end asked for his visit!!! Just send the workers!!! There shouldn’t be any list at all if the work was done properly! Just finish your work, you have been PAID!!!! Lastly, I will say all the Beazer employees we have dealt with are very friendly on a personal basis (even the sales person), but that has nothing to do with what’s going here! The first person we met was Angie the sales agent and she was amazing. It made buying easy and no pressure. Our walk through with Chris was easy and enjoyable. My wife found many small items to fix and he listed each and every one with a smile and no negativity. They fixed everything before our closing and the condo looked great. The closing went really well, and we were in and out in no time. We told one of our X-neighbors about our experienced and they visited and bought the next day. They live one floor below us. Our neighbors are all so friendly as well. The units are very sound and quiet, and we were happy it was so soundproof. They pick up our trash at our door each night and that is really nice. ... More

Building your new home while living in another state is always a challenge. Elisa and Kyle made the process less stressful and seamless. I welcomed the weekly progress calls and photos. They were both very knowledgeable, reliable and professional during the entire process. Awesome job!

Introduction and subsequent showings; help and suggestions about the economic benefits of owning one of Beazer’s condos and price negotiations were all excellent. Our Realtor and Beazer’s Sales Representative, Angela, worked well together, and the incentives were adequate to influence our decision to buy. The initial and final walk-thru was very thorough, thanks to the Beaser staff that conducted it with us. After closing and moving in, there were several issues that had not been completed, and Beazer was not always prompt in resolving them. Fiber was not pulled through the building to each condominium, causing long delays in getting internet and TV service. Postal service was not initiated for weeks, with the post office accusing Beazer and Beazer representatives accusing the post office for the problems, necessitating many trips to pick up held-mail at the local post office located only a short distance away. The problem took approximately 7 or 8 weeks to resolve. The HOA Rep has become very responsive to our needs and in getting certain issues resolved. Angela and Jody were both very helpful in the buying process. They have also been very helpful after the closing.
