The first person we met was Angie the sales agent and she was amazing. It made buying easy and no pressure. Our walk through with Chris was easy and enjoyable. My wife found many small items to fix and he listed each and every one with a smile and no negativity. They fixed everything before our closing and the condo looked great. The closing went really well, and we were in and out in no time. We told one of our X-neighbors about our experienced and they visited and bought the next day. They live one floor below us. Building your new home while living in another state is always a challenge. Elisa and Kyle made the process less stressful and seamless. I welcomed the weekly progress calls and photos. They were both very knowledgeable, reliable and professional during the entire process. Awesome job!

Introduction and subsequent showings; help and suggestions about the economic benefits of owning one of Beazer’s condos and price negotiations were all excellent. Our Realtor and Beazer’s Sales Representative, Angela, worked well together, and the incentives were adequate to influence our decision to buy. The initial and final walk-thru was very thorough, thanks to the Beaser staff that conducted it with us. After closing and moving in, there were several issues that had not been completed, and Beazer was not always prompt in resolving them. Fiber was not pulled through the building to each condominium, causing long delays in getting internet and TV service. Postal service was not initiated for weeks, with the post office accusing Beazer and Beazer representatives accusing the post office for the problems, necessitating many trips to pick up held-mail at the local post office located only a short distance away. The problem took approximately 7 or 8 weeks to resolve. The HOA Rep has become very responsive to our needs and in getting certain issues resolved. We have had a great experience with our move to the Gatherings......from our first encounter with Angela to our experiences with Chris and Jody and all the other folks who worked with us. They have been quick to respond any time that we have had a question or needed assistance. We are very glad to be living here.

We worked with Angela Yarbrough. She was very responsive on all our queries. The community is very nice and quiet. So far we love our stay here. I will not hesitate to recommend this community.

This is our first home by Beazer Homes. Overall, we're very impressed and pleased with their services. Both Sales Office (Angela, Marry Ann) and builder's team (Chris, Jody) are very professional and responsive. We are also very impressed by the builder's commitment to energy efficiency standards. Our AC unit is very efficient and runs very quiet. If we have to list some areas for future improvement, it has to be the workmanship. For instance, the quality of tile installation leaves much to be desired. Also, we wish our shower had a grab-bar. Given our condo is in a 55+ community, we think every unit should have a grab-bar built-in in their showers as a standard safety feature. ... More

We've had very positive experiences with Beazer Homes in purchasing our new condo, from visiting the homes, purchasing and moving in, to after moving in. The people from Beazer Homes we met and worked with are super friendly, eager to help, working diligently to make us happy. They patiently answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. They're willing to go above and beyond to correct things for us, especially after we moved in. We are really impressed with their prompt responses in addressing our findings after we've moved in. I'm a first time home buyer & bought my home at Cedar Township. Overall it was a good experience but there were some parts that were great. I would like to highlight the positives & recognize some of the staff who were amazing - Rusty & Laney!! They both deserve a 5/5. Beazer is so lucky to have them both. There were some things that still needed to be taken care of as of closing including a chipped & scatched countertop in the master bathroom. Bill was transferred to another community & I was in limbo & became nervous that things wouldn't be fixed before I move in. Laney introduced me to Rusty who made sure the countertop was replaced & each thing was fixed before I moved in. He made it easy & stress free for me. He has been & continues to be responsive, attentive, kind & makes sure things the work gets done which I really appreciate! Laney is really friendly & empathetic - she listens to your concerns & tries to help in any way she can. The wonderful thing about both Rusty & Laney is that they are still there when issues come up even after I closed on my home - this has been invaluable to me Warranty process could be improved - I am waiting on some things to get fixed through warranty & the responsiveness hasn't been great. I also contacted the HOA contact Kevon about several things & she only partially answers emails/dismisses concerns - edges on concrete slab next to patio are crumbling a month after I moved in & I was told "that just happens with new concrete" & that she won't be replacing the slab. I've asked her if sealing the decks is something HOA will cover in 3 different emails without a response ... More

Beazer was very good throughout the buying process. As a buyer, there is a lot of paperwork. Make sure to get it all of it and stay on top of it. Document any issues and bring to beazer’s attention asap.

The house for the price they ask is poor quality to manny imperfection and lack of attention to detail is like going to McDonald’s in the express line and the you found something missing in your order, them to person in charge to deal with the warranty in various ocasión say to to me is what is it’s or what standard are to hight , cracked cement , molding broken and poorly finish, garage poorly finish , problems with electricity on some areas of the house, I feel every time a meet with the person who deal with deal with the issue's I have to to beg in order to take care of the issues of the house and according to him that’s the way the house are built on the states. Poor quality control in the contruction of the house , to manny contractors involve in the construction that is hard to supervise the job they are performing , I found in the attic a cigarette but in violation in all safety and OSHA rules that are posted in the project. We had a fantastic experience at Brookstone West during the building and purchase process of our new home. Cyndy, David, Kyle and Adam were professional and experts in their respective field. Each of them graciously answered question after question we had from the drainage of the yard to the rafters in the house. The weekly update calls were informative and exciting as we learned of the progress made each week. Great communication!! As the closing date came closer and closer, they paid attention to every detail in our home to ensure the home was ready for us on time and perfect. We appreciate the time and effort they made to ensure we had a smooth walk through, closing process and finally handing us the keys to our new home. Mary-Allen, Angi, Jody and Chris were very helpful during the purchase of our condo. Our floorplan has more storage than we will ever use. The location of this community is very convenient.

Up until closing our experience was great but since moving in (4/2023) has been less than great. Appears to be a little problem with quality control. Door knobs were loose and falling off, one of the trees in the front yard has died, sod is slow to green up and has a lot of weeds, the HVAC air filter door won't stay shut, has to be taped, and the laundry room door won't latch. These are fairly small items but we expected better. Warranty response is slow, blaming COVID even though that is over.

From the 1st day we viewed the neighborhood, Laney was attentive, polite, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Rusty called with weekly updates so we were never in the dark in the process while they finished building the house. Adam was very thorough when doing our orientation and showed us everything we needed to know about our house. From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Cyndy was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. Our builder, David was always available to answer any questions we had and would go into great detail on when things should be done. Our customer service rep, Adam, is always responsive on any issues that have arisen and they are quickly taken care of. I would recommend Beazer to anyone that asked.

Overall the entire team from sales to construction. I got weekly updates as to how my new home build was going as well as photos of progress. Very pleased with Beazer’s attention to issues that were encountered, and the transparency on any construction issues. Even after moving into my home, I was able to quickly get things reviewed and fixed in a timely manner.
