Starting with Laney in the sales office who is amazing and personable as she was there the whole way through answering questions even when on vacation! Sorry Laney! Then ending with Rusty the builder who is just a great guy and always there when you need him. This experience was great and I would encourage anyone to go with Beazer for your new home!!

Great home buying experience

Our experience through the building process was 5/5 and we closed within the planned timeframe. Tyler and Ne’Taki made sure we were up to date throughout the process and worked to resolve our concerns. Our only callout is the new Rheia HVAC systems that is currently not capable of getting ALL rooms to a comfortable heat level within tolerable variance Our home gets more than 10 degrees differences between some rooms on a heat cycle. Our understanding is that Rheia is currently working with Beazer homes to resolve the issue.

The entire team was very professional throughout my buying process. They corrected all items noted in the final walk through as well as responded promptly to minor issues I noticed after having lived in my townhome for a while. I love my new townhome! It is beautiful, quality built, and exactly what I was looking for and more within my budget. I bought the model house at Traditions. Mary Allen and Bill had helped me at their best through out the process. Chris was very responsive on warranty works. Even the VP of operation (James?) stepped in to make us happy! We are indeed happy and love our new home.

Our journey, with Beazer started in march 2022. It was very exciting throughout, booking was a very smooth process and that was our first step towards our new home. The quality of construction is really good though we had a few requests regarding the changes in backsplash, kitchen counters and bathroom tiles which were not considered which was disappointing. But in this whole journey Rusty was the guy who would give us calls regarding the construction progress and give us updates on our house and he was always available to answer our questions and he is the best person in the entire journey ...

Good stuff: Location is excellent, Laney in sales was always responsive and very helpfully, although we just started working with Chris of Customer Care seems to have a good process for managing warranty issues. Bad: 5 months late, had 4 so called builders, poor building materials, no QC, poorly managed project. Seem to have no control of sub-contractors and could never give me accurate information as to when various events would happen and did not adequately exercise quality control of their work resulting in lots of re-work. Pre-walk thru resulted in my having to escalate deficiencies ...

Though there were some hiccups along the way up to closing, the managers and sales rep worked tirelessly and tried to work though the issues. They've got a great team. And they got better upgrade options than most other builders, and they offer almost detached townhomes, so that's great.
