Great experience in buying our house!

For the most part very satisfied with my new home. The design is absolutely beautiful. The process to get my new home could have been better. It would have been nice to know exactly how much land I would end up with as backyard and side before purchase. Since you don't know where exactly they will place the house on the lot makes it difficult to know what space you will have around the home. There were also some issues inside the house that had to be corrected so early into moving in. Overall if you look at the big picture I love my new home and am happy with the purchase.

Our Beazer home offered features making it perfect for our 55+ life style. Our open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The home's ten foot high ceilings and eight foot high doors gives our one story home the appearance of being much larger. Like many seniors who have down sized from a much larger home we found our home to have sufficient cabinet and storage capacity. Being in a gated community with a pool, dog park and community center were must have features for us. Easy process little hiccup but Beazer made it right. Communication through the entire homebuilding process.

The builder was extremely helpful and always willing to answer question and solve any issues that happened.

It was an awful experience working with the Beazer Home team . The communication was not open. Initially the team was very push. They something & then deliver something else. I hate to remind Baezer Homes that they are selling homes not used car. They only person that helped us the construction manager. I would never recommend anyone for this company. It was just plainly aweful experience

Barbara and Scott gave me timely weekly updates and always worked with me to make sure I knew what was happening with my house and looked for solutions to make things right where possible.

Great choice options. Weekly updates helped and they were realistic on timeline. Builder was very responsive to minor issues.

Weekly updates were a great experience, with Barbara and David. Many of my concerns were addressed and resolved, before they became issues. I was kept informed and therefore knew what to expect.

Most of the times they don’t honor the commitments. Like even if they know house construction will take an year the choose to tell that it’s December move in while booking. Also the dry wall quality check it out, I felt it’s not thick and not strong. Warranty service is very slow and mostly no one reaches back on your request.

I love my new Beazer home in Traditions at Herrington. The purchase experience was smooth, and I feel like the Beazer team worked hard to get me closed out and moved in. I worked directly with Angela and she was great. Always did great follow-up.

I have come across different teams during my purchase and after my purchase of my Beazer home and they are only looking for good reviews but don’t deliver the quality that I heard Beazers is known for . I’m totally dissatisfied. The team is behind you saying please give us good review if not it will impact bonus and they promise they will get your things done soon . Once you give the good review they are gone and never respond and things are pending or don’t get done . It’s been 3 months that we closed the home , still exception list is not addressed. Builder was behind us for review. Once we gave they are nowhere to be seen . Very bad experience for the buyers . Same experience was during the building of the home . Lot of drywall inspection observations were ignored. I see the same with all my neighbors. Very bad experience. ... More

I have heard from others about how frustrating this process can be. I must say we didn’t experience any of this. Ne’taki and Tucker did what they said they would do every time. And that goes a long way. Ne’taki was very responsive even when she was not at work. Tucker kept us abreast of the building process every step of the way. Exceptional customer service! And we are loving our new home.

We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.

The home buying experience was great. The process was smooth and they even went above and beyond during my chaotic moving day to assist me with vendor and utility questions.

This is my first ever house and Shawn has been terrific throughout the whole home building process. He made sure that the contractors are not cutting corners and also followed up with me post sales, even though it is technically not his responsibility thereafter. There were delays in the construction due to COVID which was a bummer, but it was still finished within a reasonable time frame, especially compared to other new constructions in the area

This is a very difficult time for builders because of supply chain issues. Beazer did a great job of setting realistic timelines and coming up with options when things did not go as planned. We were pressed to close by a certain date due to an interest rate lock and selling our old home, and Beazer was able to accomplish this! Building a home is more than just business, it is very personal and involves quality of life for families. This is often not considered by large companies, but Tyler, Ne'Taki and team went above and beyond to care about our concerns and help us navigate challenges that arose in order to deliver a comfortable and beautiful home for our family. Overall our experience with Beazer was great. The house is good quality and the customer service is great! We really enjoyed working with Elisa and Tyler.

We have gone through the building process several times over the years and have experience with many different builders and vendors. Unlike others, we found Beazer to be very easy to work with! Each step of the way was explained thoroughly and made as painless as possible. The design process was really fun and we loved the selections that were available to us. Every time I had a question or concern, help was just a phone call away. The team was very quick to get back to me when I reached out, which is so unusual these days. They kept me informed each step of the way with a weekly phone call with a building progress update. When issues arose, the team was honest and clear about timelines and solutions. I felt very comfortable calling my Beazer Representative even when it was a small matter or quick question. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them. They were all so friendly and genuine! The home turned out so beautiful. It was finished so nicely with the latest interior colors and styles. We love it! Now that we are in the home, we feel secure knowing that we are not “on our own”. They gave us all the information we will need for warranty issues, emergencies or any other concern we might have.
