Beazer has a pretty strong process and produces a quality home. They did a good job throughout the entire build of keeping me in the loop and trying to make sure I was happy. This was my first building experience and Beazer did a good enough job that I’m looking forward to doing it again one day.

Very professional and thorough. He provided a timeline and stuck to it. He was patient and explained the ins and outs of the house. Great experience!

Person in sales office was pleasant and easy to work with, keeping us informed of the progress. Also person dealing with final check/punch list was great. Continues to be very helpful. Both had great personalities. Bill is always very pleasant and informed about his job. He is eager to help and wants to do even more than we have requested.

It didn't feel like they were just in the business to sell a home, it felt like they wanted you to be a part of their family. Even after the move they continued to make sure our needs were met.

My experience was great . Bill ( the Builder ) was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond for anything requested . The team ( Sean and Terry ) were very helpful and patient with any questions or concerns that I had . This has been a great experience with purchasing my first home.

We had a few minor hiccups along the way which is normal for a new build but Cyndy, Elisa, Clay and Adam were and still are excellent at resolving any issue that has arrived.

As a Realtor and homebuyer this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The onsite agent Kim Odom was very knowledgeable and always prompt with her responses. David the builder was very thorough and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The Beazer Team at Spring Creek Place was a pleasure to work with.
