I bought the model house at Traditions. Mary Allen and Bill had helped me at their best through out the process. Chris was very responsive on warranty works. Even the VP of operation (James?) stepped in to make us happy! We are indeed happy and love our new home.

Our journey, with Beazer started in march 2022. It was very exciting throughout, booking was a very smooth process and that was our first step towards our new home. The quality of construction is really good though we had a few requests regarding the changes in backsplash, kitchen counters and bathroom tiles which were not considered which was disappointing. Good stuff: Location is excellent, Laney in sales was always responsive and very helpfully, although we just started working with Chris of Customer Care seems to have a good process for managing warranty issues. Bad: 5 months late, had 4 so called builders, poor building materials, no QC, poorly managed project. Seem to have no control of sub-contractors and could never give me accurate information as to when various events would happen and did not adequately exercise quality control of their work resulting in lots of re-work. Though there were some hiccups along the way up to closing, the managers and sales rep worked tirelessly and tried to work though the issues. They've got a great team. And they got better upgrade options than most other builders, and they offer almost detached townhomes, so that's great.

For the most part very satisfied with my new home. The design is absolutely beautiful. The process to get my new home could have been better. It would have been nice to know exactly how much land I would end up with as backyard and side before purchase. Since you don't know where exactly they will place the house on the lot makes it difficult to know what space you will have around the home. There were also some issues inside the house that had to be corrected so early into moving in. Overall if you look at the big picture I love my new home and am happy with the purchase.

Our Beazer home offered features making it perfect for our 55+ life style. Our open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The home's ten foot high ceilings and eight foot high doors gives our one story home the appearance of being much larger. It was an awful experience working with the Beazer Home team . The communication was not open. Initially the team was very push. They something & then deliver something else. I hate to remind Baezer Homes that they are selling homes not used car. They only person that helped us the construction manager. I would never recommend anyone for this company. Most of the times they don’t honor the commitments. Like even if they know house construction will take an year the choose to tell that it’s December move in while booking. Also the dry wall quality check it out, I felt it’s not thick and not strong. Warranty service is very slow and mostly no one reaches back on your request.
