Beautiful, spacious house with a great floor plan, outstanding communication, great customer service. Cyndy in the front office went above and beyond on all fronts. She is the best! I love the design of my new home. Upon moving in, I've had to submit several repair requests due to things not being completed properly before I moved in. I'm thankful for the 1-year warranty service that Beazer offers so that I can get things repaired in a timely manner.

Sales Agenet : Helpful till contract is signed Design Studio Staff : Helpful till Design Addendum was signed Requested to submit size of toilet seat which they never responded. Charge extra $ 750 and got what all others bought. Builder : Never showed up after we signed letter... The home we purchased has a very long list of punch list items. Beazer staff promised they would be taken care but two months later they have not been addressed. Finish work is of poor quality. Workers building houses in neighborhood seem to be drinking all day.

Antar has been great from the start. However, I have moved in to an unfinished house since September and items are still not addressed two months later. Missing lights, garage cans, refrigerator, stove parts, washer and dryer, unfinished painting inside the house and outside in the patio and other area. Landscaping unfinished. I’m not happy!

I am a happy customer with Beazer and have bought couple of homes with them , My initial closing dates was missed by months which did make me upset . But , I ended up being happy only because of excellent periodic updates provided by Angela from sales team. She did follow up with me to understand my concerns and address them time to time. I also appreciate the support team handing few tickets after closing and acting fast to resolve them. Overall 5* for Sales and support team .Thank you Angela

Beazer was not ready to close on the date they set and my first review right after closing showed horrible marks they had earned and I still feel a certain person should be fired. After close, a Sr. Director of Purchasing, Planning and Development and the Warranty Manager for my area took over. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! They fixed everything and even were finding things that needed to be fixed that my untrained eye would not find! My home now looks better than imagined. Overall happy with my purchase - but several outstanding problems .I was very frustrated by the poor communication about delays during the building process. My closing date was changed twice - once with less than 48 hours notice. The finishes in the home are poor - lots of grout on counters, sloppy painting, exposed nails on the balcony, etc. I felt pushed to sign off during the final walk through under the threat that my closing would be delayed again if I kept pushing for the home to be properly completed. House not fully completed and cleaned at closing, it's been over 45 days since we closed and we are still trying to get thing done. Squeaky floors, tile work looks barely professional, visible drywall seams, Buying experience is great but not much support after close so don't close unless your home is fully completed.

Beazer has a pretty strong process and produces a quality home. They did a good job throughout the entire build of keeping me in the loop and trying to make sure I was happy. This was my first building experience and Beazer did a good enough job that I’m looking forward to doing it again one day.
