It was a great experience.

This was my first home purchase, I was extremely nervous and unsure of the process. Kelly was always consistent and quick to communicate. Wes called every week faithfully with updates and stopped by to help answer questions. He and his guys were even willing to come to the property and help my internet guy figure out his wiring route after I was moved in. Overall above and beyond experience and I’m so grateful for them and everyone at Beazer.

We’re thrilled to be in our new home. It seemed like the day would never come but it did and we’re extremely grateful to everyone who help make it happen. Special thanks to Kelly for keeping us informed and letting us know when issues arise. She an answer to any question we had and did a great job working expeditiously. Another big thanks to Wes and his crew. When we learned that our original closing date would be delayed we definitely disappointed. However, Wes and his team stepped up big time and worked to the bone in order to have our home ready in time. This meant a lot because I was leaving for a deployment, and getting my family in a home was very important to me. Lastly, thank you to John. My experience with Beazer Homes has been great. There was support every step of the way and staff kept me abreast every week on the completion status of my townhouse. Beazer builds a great home. We bought our home after an initial visit in November, 2022. We were from "out of state" which means a little more tension because of the upcoming move, the closing of the home and the logistics from moving to another place 1000 miles away. From beginning to end, my Wife and I were very satisfied with the final product. Kelly, Wes, Steve and Mike were great and continue to be there when something pops up.

I made the decision to purchase a townhouse at Hunt Club because I was downsizing from a larger home. I was able to close and move in 30 days because this townhouse was built and ready for move-in. From the sales agent, Missy, to everyone else involved in the process, things have happened as planned within reason. I had also done a Google search to learn about the quality of construction through Beazer Homes. They were ranked in the top 15 across the country.

We contracted in January of 2022 when the home was already framed. We didn’t close until Jan 2023. Multiple missed deadlines, false hope and family displacement is what brings this bad review from me. Overall after several people on the build team were either fired or forced out the home was finished. It was sad to see the corners cut and the constant lying to us about the status of the build as we were not able to regularly check on the home. My wife and I ended up living apart for 6 months due to this. When we contracted were promised a July close date and it wasn’t until 6 months later that we actually closed. I would never even consider recommending beezer to anyone else looking for a home. ... More

Melissa (Missy) and the sales team were fantastic! Always eager and available to help and answer calls and questions. Wesley was also a great help, dedicated to making things happen, especially in these challenging times. Also, Mike is on top of everything is needed to be done. Very happy with the team and my new home.

Our home buying experience was great and everyone we worked with was very sweet and informative! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because my home was delayed 3 months. However, it was to no fault of the builder and he made sure to keep me updated every week with the progress that was being done on my home. It was a great experience aside from the delays, but it was well worth it after moving in!

I had a professional team help me from the start to close, everything explained to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was good. The only area that can be better based on my experience is communication from lawyers office for closing. It was not easy to get in touch with someone in lawyers office to get answers I needed. Had to call a few times and email to them. I 'm a cash buyer & my question was simple. If they answered or called me back first time, it could've been really easy for me to get ready for the closing.

Loved the process of purchasing our home! It was simple since we were out of state and we love the home. We elected for a bigger home with open spaces. One thing that has stood out is the bigger yard (than expected) great kitchen design, and all the lighting overhead! The home is very energy efficient too!

Our experience was a mixed one. Firstly, it took a very long time to complete. We understand these are turbulent times with all kinds of supply issues ect. So, no one is to blame for that but maybe the current administration. We love our home and love living here. What needs to be mentioned is the people who are in charge of the trades. Their job is to make sure the trades do an acceptable job building the home. In our case the person in charge of our home missed a lot of things. There are too many issues to name here. We will now be inconvenienced with major repairs in the coming weeks. We appreciate that the warranty system will fix these issues. The home buying experience with Beazer Homes was not good. The original builder by the name of Jack was very rude, uncouth and had no scruples at all. I was sold a floor plan that included a tub and a shower in the master bath but Jack the builder did what he wanted to do and I ended up with a shower and a linen closest as a shower. The house was framed in January 2022 but didn't finish until August of 2022. No one could seem to get my house finished in a timely manner. At closing I still had a laundry list of things still wrong with the house. Most importantly, I'm still not satisfied that I was sold a floor plan with a master bath that is supposed to have a tub and a shower and only got a shower. I'm a Navy veteran that has served in the Persian Gulf War Era and I'm a %100 Disabled Veteran with multiple physical injuries and I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well. The tub was very important to help with those injuries but Jack the builder did not care about that part. This home was supposed to be apart of my healing and recovery finally, but its been more stress. I'm not happy at all. I would not recommend at all. Please beware. ... More

Overall, we are very happy with our Beazer home. It's beautiful and spacious. The experience, however, left very much to desire. We signed our contract in June 2021, and we were told that the estimated closing date would be January or February of 2022. Unfortunately, we were not able to close until the end of August 2022. A huge mistake was discovered and it literally took 5 months to fix it. Jack was overseeing construction at that time. He informed us of a quick and easy "workaround" to the mistake, but we were not happy with that. We expect this to be our "forever" home so we wanted it like it was supposed to be. We insisted on the mistake being fixed. Jack seemed to develop an attitude after this and never seemed to take construction of our home seriously after that. Eventually, Wes took over from Jack and he was able to get things moving quite quickly (after Jack had lollygagged for 5 months). On the day of our closing, Beazer called us at 11:00 am and informed us that the closing agents moved our closing from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. While this sounds minor, we had already contracted with movers to be at our apartment at 3:00 pm to move us into our new home. This was unacceptable. I called the closing agents and they informed me that BEAZER called them that morning and cancelled our closing because they said the house was not ready to close. BEAZER later called them back to say closing is back on, but the closing agents had already given our time slot to another buyer. BEAZER LIED to us and blamed the change on the closing agents when, in fact, it was BEAZER who canceled the closing. That was horrible! It makes us wonder how many other lies we were told when given excuses as to why our build took 6 to 7 months longer than expected. Now that we're in our home, there are still some relatively minor items to be resolved. Michael has been working to stay on top of the contractors to make sure these items get resolved. The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)

The communication from the team on the ground - construction team and sales team, including Jack, Kelly and Jon, was outstanding. Whatever questions or concerns I had about the process, each of them was extremely responsive and helped to settle questions in a timely manner and with respect and care. Excellent customer relations and customer service.

I’d be lying if I said it was easy. Building a new home was not. I didn’t help that I was a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process. The team made the difference. Great Lender options. Patient, empathetic and understanding when times grew frustrating as a result of supply delays. The service was outstanding and has been since. Forever grateful for the Beazer Home team.

I had not only multiple delays which I understood initially, but I consistently got wrong information and did not know what was correct and what wasn’t. I finally did close, but have yet to hear about some things in my kitchen that were not finished and can’t seem to get it touch with anyone.

My experience with buying a Beazer Homes was made easy because of working with Missy she has great people skills, and she did a fantastic job making the process go as smoothly as possible she was very thorough in explaining and and she shepherding me through the whole procedure and was with me from beginning until I took possession and still remains helpful if needed.

My experience was great! I was anxious with the process of buying a new home since I was living in another state. However, my sales consultant and realtor kept me informed every step of the way! Now that I am in my new home they are ensuring quality with customer care support for repairs and adjustments. I am very pleased with the design and layout of my home. I would recommend A Beazer home to my friends and family!

We had very few issues with the builders and when they were brought to their attention, they were immediately fixed. We love our new home thanks to Beazer.
