Purchase and move-in could not have been any smoother. New home counselor Kelly provided valued assistance throughout the purchase process. Prior to the move-in Community Builder Jack provided for a thorough walk through. A few minor items were noted and corrected without delay.

Agents and walk through with Dio

Beazer changed plans with regards to a back fence for the section of town homes that back up to the main road. That should have been transmitted to existing home owners. The individual fences are not attractive and will do very little to provide a sound barrier. Beazer can get saplings very, very cheap form the GA Depart. of Forest and with in a few years the trees will provide a thick sound barrier. I planted hundreds behind another rental to support a step hill at risk of washing away.

From the fist scheduled appoint with my realtor to th e closing and thereafter, truly was a great experience. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and most especially easy to work with. They made the overall process less stressful than I imagined. The process of looking at homes started before my Mom passed away in late November. Purchase of townhouse at The Hunt Club

I made the decision to purchase a townhouse at Hunt Club because I was downsizing from a larger home. I was able to close and move in 30 days because this townhouse was built and ready for move-in. From the sales agent, Missy, to everyone else involved in the process, things have happened as planned within reason. I had also done a Google search to learn about the quality of construction through Beazer Homes. They were ranked in the top 15 across the country.

Our home buying experience was great and everyone we worked with was very sweet and informative! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because my home was delayed 3 months. However, it was to no fault of the builder and he made sure to keep me updated every week with the progress that was being done on my home. It was a great experience aside from the delays, but it was well worth it after moving in!

Overall experience was good. The only area that can be better based on my experience is communication from lawyers office for closing. It was not easy to get in touch with someone in lawyers office to get answers I needed. Had to call a few times and email to them. I 'm a cash buyer & my question was simple. If they answered or called me back first time, it could've been really easy for me to get ready for the closing.

The sells agent was great and helpful with all of our questions, to the best of her ability (5 stars). The home building process was longer then what was told in person and the foreman didn't have any answers. Due to the long building process mortgage rates went from 2.8 to 5, (3 stars)

Good overall experience

The staff was very helpful during the whole process and took time to answer my questions. My builder did a great job of building my house and fixing any issues that came up. During the closing process there were a few hiccups with the mortgage choice process, but the staff in the leasing office worked hard to resolve the issues with their system.

Our experience was a mixed one. Firstly, it took a very long time to complete. We understand these are turbulent times with all kinds of supply issues ect. So, no one is to blame for that but maybe the current administration. We love our home and love living here. What needs to be mentioned is the people who are in charge of the trades. Initially when I started the process everything was great. Kelly and Meaghan were really great and I received weekly updates from Dio. When DIO left so did customer disappeared. For five months I visited this house everyday Andy nothing was moving. I ended up with a punch list of 33 items of which Steve worked diligently to fix. Now that I have closed it seems like I will never get my refrigerator that’s has been back ordered since February 2021. Builder don't have model homes for the buyers to tour before purchasing, because what you may see may not be what you get.

We contracted in January of 2022 when the home was already framed. We didn’t close until Jan 2023. Multiple missed deadlines, false hope and family displacement is what brings this bad review from me. Overall after several people on the build team were either fired or forced out the home was finished. It was sad to see the corners cut and the constant lying to us about the status of the build as we were not able to regularly check on the home. Not so good home buying experience

The home buying experience with Beazer Homes was not good. The original builder by the name of Jack was very rude, uncouth and had no scruples at all. I was sold a floor plan that included a tub and a shower in the master bath but Jack the builder did what he wanted to do and I ended up with a shower and a linen closest as a shower. The house was framed in January 2022 but didn't finish until August of 2022. No one could seem to get my house finished in a timely manner. I had not only multiple delays which I understood initially, but I consistently got wrong information and did not know what was correct and what wasn’t. I finally did close, but have yet to hear about some things in my kitchen that were not finished and can’t seem to get it touch with anyone.

Lack of willingness to accommodate medical condition/needs.

Our was built on an old cypress pond. In itself isn’t an issue but Beazer’s lack of interest in researching proper ground preparation snd treatment had caused several townhouses to be infested by springtail bugs and ants. When asked about it we were simply dismissed and told it was our problem even though we were granted final inspection only an hour before closing and Beazer refused to properly treat outside the homes to prevent such large infestation.
