The home build experience with Beazer was great. The Beazer team communicated with us during all phases of the build, answered all of our questions and address all of our concerns. The quality of work was excpetional and we were able to close on the home some than anticipated.

They have been wonderful in answering our concerns and questions. They have gone above and beyond time after time.

From start to finish, our experience with the Beazer team has been a great one. Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable in our initial sales meeting and Erin was incredible in helping us with our selections. Our superintendent, Scott, absolutely knocked it out of the park! Starting with his constant communication, prompt attention to any concern and ultimately delivering our home with a zero-item closing punch list we could not be happier! At this point, after four months occupancy we can happily and truthfully say, Beazer far exceeded our expectations!

Isaac and Kyler are the quality and site mangers for the community. These two are extremely knowledgeable and always extended a helping hand when it came learning about building the building process. They take the utmost pride in building the highest quality of house. In addition, they were always happy to address any silly questions and always fixed the punch list items. Lastly, once you close Kyler and Isaac are always around the neighborhood and find time to check in with you after you close. Best decision of our life was to build with Beazer. Energy efficient is real!

All aspects from purchase to move in have been made easy because of the Beazer people.

From signing paperwork to about a month left in the build process, everything was great. With about a month left, communication ceased. Construction manager stopped answering emails until I included his boss on them. Sent in concerns about the outside of the house about 3 weeks prior to closing and about half of those items were being corrected the morning of closing. Not sure what happened, but there was definitely a noticeable change in the construction manager.

The person who sold us are beazer home did not pressure us to buy. They were very informative and they just gave the facts about our questions.

I am happy with the construction and the customer service they are providing after the house was built.

Great communications! Both Scott and Laura were very communicative during the whole process. The only hiccup in the whole experience was with Beth, the closing coordinator, when I didn't respond to a question about whether we wanted the Simplwifi device or not. My my wife responded with no (and I thought that I did too) and I was not contacted that they didn't receive my response. Instead they assumed that we did want the device. Other than that issue, the house has been great, seems to be very well built and we love the energy savings features.

We had a very unique and difficult experience selling our previous house and, without going into detail, I will say that Beazer went above and beyond to help me get into our Beazer home. We've used four different home builders in the past and I've also acted as my own general contractor on 4 other homes, and Beazer's construction methods are superior to other production builders we have used.

Kyler and Isaac have been kind, communicative and responsive throughout the process exhibiting a high-level customer-centric experience. Highly recommend!

From the initial home search to finalizing, construction quality, closing, and maintenance, Beazer Homes has provided excellent service, especially for a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

I would highly Beazer Home Builders as a builder to "work with". As a group they friendly, flexible and understanding. Some builders made me fell like they were doing me a favor to let me look at their house, Beazer was always warm, candid and understanding. I would highly recommend them in all sides of the business: the Sales Department, Home design Center, Construction Management, Quality Control, Financial options and After Sales support. Highly recommended for a enjoyable buying experience.
