I would highly Beazer Home Builders as a builder to "work with". As a group they friendly, flexible and understanding. Some builders made me fell like they were doing me a favor to let me look at their house, Beazer was always warm, candid and understanding. I would highly recommend them in all sides of the business: the Sales Department, Home design Center, Construction Management, Quality Control, Financial options and After Sales support. Highly recommended for a enjoyable buying experience.

Buying with Beazer has been awesome! This is my third brand new home and the quality, price and service are unmatched.

We moved into a newly built home and thus far have had a much better experience with the quality of work, customer service, and comfort of the neighborhood than past “new build” experiences.

My wife and I were so happy to purchase a home in Monon Corner, but our timeline was narrow due to job changes, our sold home’s closing date, and a daughter due to be born approximately one month after our bought home’s closing date. Kyler and Isaac moved their schedules, expedited work, and kept a clear line of communication throughout the entire process to help make our move as easy as possible. Our new home consultant, Lynn guided us through our evaluation and decision process. She answered our questions and provided substantial information that we needed in our decision. Travis our on-site builder walked us through each step of the build and kept us informed and answered our questions. My Beazer team has been amazing! Marika, James and Phil have been so attentive and helpful. They told me they would be there to answer any questions even after I closed on my house and they definitely stayed true to their word, answering my random questions even after I closed. My new home is perfect and I could not have asked for anything more!

Beazer Homes caught our eye because it offered a condominium development in Noblesville Indiana in a great location. Our initial visit was so stirring. Laura the Representative was knowledgeable about all the Beazer Home offerings and features. We especially we're impressed with the energy efficiency of the homes. We decided on a home that fit our timeline with great features. Beazer was very straightforward about the closing steps and their strong warranty. We received weekly calls from the construction supervisor to give updates and answer any questions, which was a wonderful touch. Our final walk-through prior to closing was detailed about features and operating instructions. The warranty on the home and post-purchase support is outstanding. I want to recognize Kyler for is professionalism and attention to taking care of my warranty concerns. He was wonderful to work with and I trusted his ability to fix my issues. One of my issues was the faulty electrical wire going to my garage door opener. He and the electrician fixed the wire, reattached the wire to the sensor (which wasn't required of the work order) AND put two lightbulbs in my opener!! This simple gesture just made my day. I will always be grateful for Kyler and the electrician going above and beyond for me. You have a wonderful conscientious employee in Kyler. Please recognize him for his attention to the customer. I bought a Beazer Home because I knew what kind of homes they build regarding their weatherization and air control. What I didn't know was how easy the process would be. They have a great staff that helped along the way. Marika met us at the property at almost 10 PM so that we could put our down payment on the home. James called every week and let us know where they were at in the construction process. John and Tom I knew previously and Tom even walked through the house with us and Jace when the time came. I was very appreciative of that. I have not had a single bad experience from the time we looked at the house until the time we moved in. There beautiful and they’re houses are nice

Our pre and post purchase experience has been very good. Laura and Scott provide weekly updates during construction and invited us to visit the construction site at any time. They even gave us hard hats! After move-in Jace has been easy to work with to resolve minor issues we identified. Overall this has been great!

Lynn, Travis and Matt were all exceptional helping me and my wife every step of the way. They all deserve a pay raise! Regards, Ferrer
