Experience with Beazer was great everything was upto the mark. I really like the craftsmanship of how they build the projects. I really love my new home.

Our experience was great. James answered all of our questions. Tom even helped clean off our driveway the day we closed. We didn’t know he was an executive with Beazer.Jace and Marybeth worked to make sure we were comfortable with the process. Overall a great experience.

Any issues that have arisen after closing and move-in, have been handled immediately upon reporting them to Beazer Homes. Great Customer Service!

Isaac and Jace have been tremendous through this process. The house has been extremely high quality, and we haven’t had any problems with the house itself at all. For those couple of small issues we had in the early stages (mostly with appliances/manufacturers), the team of Isaac and Jace went above and beyond to resolve them for us, and all were resolved within our first month of living here. Grateful for the Beazer team!

The Crossroads at Southport team is an exceptional team that goes above and beyond to make sure we as their customers are happy. I truly feel valued and appreciated when working with them. Between Sherri, Ed, and Terry I really feel the commitment that they put in their work. I would definitely go with Beazer again if I built another home, and I always feel very proud when someone asks who’s my builder. 10/10 great team, company, and builder. You can tell customer satisfaction and service is at the top of their list and apart of everything they do.

Our experience was good. The construction manager Matt was wonderful! He was very helpful with all our questions and kept us up to date on everything.

We had a 5 star experience for sure. We purchased our home during the holidays and even with time off and days out of office the personnel was friendly courteous with our time and got us closed by year end. Can’t say enough good things about Natalie and Chris and their whole team. We love the house and the neighborhood

Everyone from sales to construction to the final walk through was very good. However, the outside HOA company was terrible at getting back to us on fencing the property. Over 2 months after closing and getting them the application, finally heard from them. Seems very unreasonable.

Staying with their process made things very easy. Communication was excellent with everyone involved.

Khris and Matt are great!!! Khris stayed in touch throughout the process and addressed any questions we had. Matt was extremely thorough and took care of every little detail and got our home done ahead of schedule.

From start till time of possession and even today happy with the decision and the Beazer team , secured a well constructed futuristic house that meets and exceeds our expectations . Word cannot do justice from the quality in regards to construction and towards the transaction process involved towards securing a house all very modern and at same time simplified for easy understanding for such a person as me being a first home owner . Well recommend their services to anyone .

Hi, I can’t say enough how wonderful the team was and how they supported my family during our building and relocation process!

We like the house and layout. However we were told we could have a fence and the day after we move in we go to a meeting where there is an uproar about the fact that fences weren’t really allowed according to the covenants. Fortunately we were approved because I had everything in writing. We were also told that there were rental restrictions in the covenants by the Beazer rep, Khris. Not true. I take blame for that because I didn’t read them closely after she told us that. Since moving in, these special hybrid water heaters have been nothing but a problem. We are on our third repair call. There are some issues with our floor that are being addressed. I will say our post move in rep, Jace has been great. So in general, it’s a nice neighborhood, close to everything. We like the house and layout and like every new house there are issues to repair. The things I think they could do better…make the driveway and garage wider. It would be nearly impossible to put two cars in there. Put in a nice bathtub in the primary bath! Get rid of those hybrid water heaters. They are terrible. What I like the best…the layout, the fact that they did the whole yard with sod, not just the front (although ours has to be redone as it was dead when we moved in. The client care has been pretty good so far. I liked the fact they use hardie board. As a realtor, I’ve had buyers in many different production homes and I do feel Beazer is a step about a lot of them. ... More

Recently moved into The Retreat at Morse by Beazer Homes. The experience has been wonderful and the staff is great. We are very pleased with our choice to build in this new subdivision. Looking forward to seeing this development grow and meet our new neighbors.

After shopping multiple builders, we were very impressed with the quality and energy efficiency that Beazer promises. The model home just felt like quality. Every step of the process made us feel like we made the right decision. The builder communicated with us very regularly and we never had to check up on them. The design center (Erin) was the best experience. We are extremely pleased with the decisions and finishes we chose. We’ve been in our home just a couple months now and could not be happier. The only thing I could complain about is that I feel that the back yard should be sodded like the front yard. But other than that, extremely impressed. ... More
