Beazer Homes caught our eye because it offered a condominium development in Noblesville Indiana in a great location. Our initial visit was so stirring. Laura the Representative was knowledgeable about all the Beazer Home offerings and features. We especially we're impressed with the energy efficiency of the homes. We decided on a home that fit our timeline with great features. Beazer was very straightforward about the closing steps and their strong warranty. We received weekly calls from the construction supervisor to give updates and answer any questions, which was a wonderful touch. Our final walk-through prior to closing was detailed about features and operating instructions. The warranty on the home and post-purchase support is outstanding. I want to recognize Kyler for is professionalism and attention to taking care of my warranty concerns. He was wonderful to work with and I trusted his ability to fix my issues. One of my issues was the faulty electrical wire going to my garage door opener. He and the electrician fixed the wire, reattached the wire to the sensor (which wasn't required of the work order) AND put two lightbulbs in my opener!! This simple gesture just made my day. I will always be grateful for Kyler and the electrician going above and beyond for me. You have a wonderful conscientious employee in Kyler. Please recognize him for his attention to the customer. I bought a Beazer Home because I knew what kind of homes they build regarding their weatherization and air control. What I didn't know was how easy the process would be. They have a great staff that helped along the way. Marika met us at the property at almost 10 PM so that we could put our down payment on the home. James called every week and let us know where they were at in the construction process. John and Tom I knew previously and Tom even walked through the house with us and Jace when the time came. There beautiful and they’re houses are nice

Our pre and post purchase experience has been very good. Laura and Scott provide weekly updates during construction and invited us to visit the construction site at any time. They even gave us hard hats! After move-in Jace has been easy to work with to resolve minor issues we identified. Overall this has been great!

As we were watching the building process they listened to our concerns and committed to making all the necessary corrections. Our weekly meetings were helpful for us as we were able to express any concerns and they were able to communicate the progress as we went. The final product was just as we had expected and more. Beazer Homes made buying a new home easy! They kept us informed throughout the whole building process and had our home ready early. After many years of moving around for my husbands job in the Navy, we were thrilled to finally have our forever home! I had amazing experience buying Beazer homes. All the upgrades are as expected. I mean finishing is good but could be better. Customer service is great since they have done quick jobs for repairing after move in. The grass layout could be better. Overall nice work

From the first introduction to the final closing date the Beazer team were true professionals and provided top not assistance. They answered every question we had, walked us through the entire process and made it a smooth transition. We love our new home!

I came to the game late buying a spec home, but the overall experience was great. Travis was super about keeping me up to date on the final pieces, and did everything to get me a closing date that I wanted. Dealing with the HOA has been easy. I wanted to put in a fence and a pool and they approved everything before I closed, which really helped my timelines

Brian was my salesman. I have built 3 homes and this was by far the best experience of all 3 companies. He bent over backwards answering all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was there at every turn. He really should be leading your sales force.His demeanor and approach is perfect for your company. Scott always did what he said he was going to do! I loved the call each week! So helpful! Since I have been in the home the warranty department had to come fix a window above the door that wasn’t in at closing. They were so great to work with! It was truly a great experience! The entire process was pretty smooth right from the first visit of model home and final movement in the new house. I haven’t encountered any major issue to be highlighted post moving into the new home, the warranty support team is also very responsive. The promise is what delivered though there will always be slight here and there though team is responsive and cooperative in solving them. I am overall a happy resident of the community and loving my first home through Beazer.
