Beazer Homes made buying a new home easy! They kept us informed throughout the whole building process and had our home ready early. After many years of moving around for my husbands job in the Navy, we were thrilled to finally have our forever home! We can't thank Cory, Kyler, and Mary Beth enough for all their help during this process. I had amazing experience buying Beazer homes. All the upgrades are as expected. I mean finishing is good but could be better. Customer service is great since they have done quick jobs for repairing after move in. The grass layout could be better. Overall nice work

I came to the game late buying a spec home, but the overall experience was great. Travis was super about keeping me up to date on the final pieces, and did everything to get me a closing date that I wanted. Dealing with the HOA has been easy. I wanted to put in a fence and a pool and they approved everything before I closed, which really helped my timelines

Brian was my salesman. I have built 3 homes and this was by far the best experience of all 3 companies. He bent over backwards answering all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was there at every turn. He really should be leading your sales force.His demeanor and approach is perfect for your company. Scott always did what he said he was going to do! I loved the call each week! So helpful! Since I have been in the home the warranty department had to come fix a window above the door that wasn’t in at closing. They were so great to work with! It was truly a great experience! The entire process was pretty smooth right from the first visit of model home and final movement in the new house. I haven’t encountered any major issue to be highlighted post moving into the new home, the warranty support team is also very responsive. The promise is what delivered though there will always be slight here and there though team is responsive and cooperative in solving them. I am overall a happy resident of the community and loving my first home through Beazer.

Home is good quality and value for the price. Everyone at Beazer made us feel important, and that our house was as important to them as it was to us.

All the process went smoothly, there’s inspection after every step other than the city’s inspection to make sure from the quilts of material and installation . Best construction manager I’ve met, he listen carefully, willing to do the best for the homeowner, giving more attention for the details.

I would highly recommend beazer Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision!

Beazer Homes has been exceptional to my family throughout the home building process. From selecting our lot location to the closing table, the process was fun, manageable, and educational. We were provided detailed updates regarding the progress of our home on a weekly basis and they did an excellent job answering our questions and resolving any concerns. Beazer has proven to be not only a knowledgeable homebuilder, but a competent homebuilder as well. We are thankful that we chose Beazer to build our new home.

This is the third new home we have had built and Beazer exceeded the other two by far in all aspects of the buying process! From start to finish every step of the way was smooth and seamless! Communication was easy and Laura and Scott were always just a phone call away. They were also very flexible with us and met with us quickly whenever any concerns arose! My expectations were met and in many areas, exceeded! I love our new home, and would recommend Beazer for a quality built home that also happens to be very energy efficient! And in this day and age when horror stories abound on super long build times, we closed on our home ahead of the schedule they had estimated at the beginning of the process! Kudos to Laura and Cory for calling me every single week with updates!!!! And when I had a question between calls, they got back to me quickly with the answers…that really was important to me!
