Everyone at Beazer was professional and involved me in the entire process. Lynn and Travis called me every Monday to give me updates on my home. They were able to get anything that wasn’t exactly as we discussed updated easily. I even closed early in this time where most homes are taking much longer to complete than originally predicted. And once I moved in, a few issues were found with the fireplace and dishwasher. Using there warranty program, repairs were done within a week with no cost to me. I can’t say enough about how easy it has been to build with Beazer.

Lynn was awesome throughout the entire experience. Kept me informed and she made all of my construction manager turn overs seem less. She was great to work with. Matt was wonderful through the close and last few repairs and answered all my questions with professional reserve.

Our experience with Beazer was wonderful! They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the home. Cory was always good about getting back to us anytime we contacted him, and did a great job of seeing to it that everything was completed prior to closing. Laura was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes to others.

Have had great experience and love my new house. However, the process in correcting certain issues that need fixed has been very time consuming and not very consumer friendly. I know Not everything can be perfect but please be a little more open to listening and correcting/fixing the house.

From start to finish, the building process was outstanding. The purchase and selection portion of our transaction was expertly handled by Laura. She answered all of our questions and was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. Our weekly update calls with Scott (On-site builder) were accurate, up-to-date, and informative. He was truly great to work with. Everyone from management to the construction crews were very helpful and friendly and strived to deliver excellence in service and end product. Jake and Sherri did an amazing job with timely follow up and updates. Not super satisfied though with the overall workmanship, the quality of the construction process and the material used. After sale service is fairly good, given the COVID and supply chain related constraints.

We have built 2 homes and were pleased to have both building experiences with Beazer Homes. Our last home that we closed in 2021 was not easy for the builder due to the strain of the pandemic on the work force, supplies, etc. That being said, we received weekly updates, excellent customer service and ended up with an absolutely beautiful home. You have to adjust your expectation building a new home during Covid. There were many unexpected delays but Beazer did a excellent job communicating with us on weekly calls to keep us updated and informed. Their follow up and customer care after we closed is very good. They really want to make it right with the new home owner after the sale is finalized. I was impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.
