Really liked the weekly discussion of progress with building the house, particularly because I lived outside Indiana. When moved to area, staff kept in touch with me including up to the orientation. Lots of helpful advice and answers to my questions. I would rate the Beazer staff as exceptional.

This has been the most awful experience I have had in a new home. I have had five new homes and sold new homes and represented 6 new home builders in 34 years of selling real estate as one of the top realtors in Indianapolis. Never have I or my clients experienced this lack of quality or customer service. No heat to speak of for a week of severe cold which apparently could no be diagnosed as to the problem. Now we have fire alarms going off periodically in the middle of the night. This needs to be fixed. I am letting my real estate know of these issues and other more minor issues. Laura has been extremely helpful in every way. She is attentive, responsive, respectful and helpful. All questions have been answered swiftly and professionally. She offered good guidance when we had a challenge that needed addressed. Her involvement led to a satisfactory outcome.

From start to finish, everyone was professional and very accommodating. During the buying process Brian and Marybeth were always available to answer any questions we had. Erin in the Design Center was very helpful and as we moved to the building phase, Chris kept us updated throughout each stage and was quick to address any concerns and/or questions. Kyler in warranty was very responsive and quick to address and resolve the few minor issues we had. Overall it was a very positive buying experience

Laura was fabulous from our initial inquiries of Miller’s Walk all the way through move in. We immediately felt comfortable from the minute we walked through the door. She educated us on the the benefits of Beazer homes from quality to support once we were moved in. We had a target move in date and we were informed of a few homes which would meet our needs. After viewing locations and amenities in each we quickly chose the one we wanted. We appreciated our Monday calls updating us on the progress and what was scheduled. My son-in-law accompanied Cory on a walk through and felt he witnessed quality building. We encountered an issue with flooring being unavailable and Laura and Cory managed to get samples for us to choose from and with their help we really didn’t lose any time. We needed to be in on time and Laura and Cory worked as a team to ensure that would happen. My wife and I had trust that Laura would keep us in the loop should an issue arise. Jace was very helpful explaining everything to my wife during the final walk through. I was unable to navigate that day due to illness and he did his best educating her. We have had tremendous support from everyone we have encountered. We feel that we bought a quality home which has met our needs, was within our budget, and we have a support system that is here to assist us after move in if needed. We love Miller’s Walk. ... More

Great experience good community nice

There is not cleaning outside, and there customer service also very bad because they didn't do their work properly like we ask them to repaint our front door but they just clean it and after cleaning it look very dirty then we ask them again to repaint but they didn't respond yet. There customer service is very slow.

Thanks Beazer team for beautifully built home. Jake and Sherri provided timely status and kept overall progress on schedule. Construction quality and material used inside house is of premium quality.

i will never recommend to anybody buy home to beazer home because they are laiyer or never complete their promise what they said,on last day.

Everyone at Beazer was professional and involved me in the entire process. Lynn and Travis called me every Monday to give me updates on my home. They were able to get anything that wasn’t exactly as we discussed updated easily. I even closed early in this time where most homes are taking much longer to complete than originally predicted. And once I moved in, a few issues were found with the fireplace and dishwasher. Using there warranty program, repairs were done within a week with no cost to me. I can’t say enough about how easy it has been to build with Beazer.

Lynn was awesome throughout the entire experience. Kept me informed and she made all of my construction manager turn overs seem less. She was great to work with. Matt was wonderful through the close and last few repairs and answered all my questions with professional reserve.

Seems like I have nice neighbors and I like the area. Poor attention to detail. Sloppy edge painting that I have had to correct. Poir cleaning prior to taking possession. I had to remove taped signs in the guest room window, clean the windows and blinds. Very dirty. I experienced 4 differebt leaks resulting in closing delay, wet flooring less than 48 hrs after moving in. It took 1 month to resolve, Multiple trips by plumbers, painters, floor removal/installation. This started 7/23, with me notifying people on 7/25 and trim is still not finished. Leaks in HVAC, lacking or incorrectly dobe amenities I had paid for. Terrible plants in the landscaping. Going to have to have a tree removed and pay for it myself. My duet mate had no such issues as ger son-in-law was here everyday. I couldn't oversee so clisely. Wish I had had someone to help me do that. ... More

Our experience with Beazer was wonderful! They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the home. Cory was always good about getting back to us anytime we contacted him, and did a great job of seeing to it that everything was completed prior to closing. Laura was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Beazer homes to others.

This is our 4th new construction home & although all of them had problems typical to new construction this Beazer home was truly a nightmare from beginning(lying sales girl who "forgot" to tell us the $10,000 rebate she promised was a no go) to the very end, when the Corporate Director of Construction was scrambling to get enough things fixed so we would close. I will say that the incredibly long problem list is, at least so far, mostly cosmetic in nature and fixable. However, there are some that are not fixable like the powder room toilet being so close to the wall a really heavy person won't be able to use it! Many of the problems are related to the upgrades we added, $150,000 worth more or less, which Beazer shouldn't offer if they can't handle proper installation of the product. In the end we did get a very beautiful home. Hopefully, after all the cosmetic issues are repaired, nothing structural will show up & we will sit in front of the gorgeous stone fireplace for years to come telling Beazer stories! My advice is that all the big builders are the same. If you can afford custom go for it. If not, pick a floorplan you love, like we did, visit the home during construction & inform your project manager of any problems you see ... More
