1. Overall OK initial buying experience, but would appreciate more details to be available upfront like location of electrical boxes/internet boxes. Poor information available on the equipment to be used in the house depending on the option chosen - we got a faulty dishwasher and the warranty does not include replacement with a new one. 2. OK home building supervision at the early stage of the construction, very poor supervision and management during the rest (most) of the construction time. There’s a lot of ups and downs in buying a home, let alone being apart of a build. Cory and Jenn were incredible along the way. I was living in Chicago while my house was being built in Noblesville . Since I couldn’t easily watch the building process, the regular communication and scheduled calls were great! They kept everything on schedule which was only slowed down by the inevitable supply chain issues a little bit. For me it was seamless process from start to finish. They gave me plenty of time to plan for trips to the site, closing, moving, etc. Laura, Scott and Jace make a great team and I love my new house and community!!

Questionable business practices and substandard quality

I paid nearly 420k for my home. I found overpaid 419k. My house has bowing walls, chipped corners, sloppy paint, uneven floor, cracked shower, deteriorating siding, uneven brick, etc I could go on for hours.

The quality of the building materials and workmanship were grade A! The superb sales associate, LK and project manager, SC kept me in the loop on everything happening (and not happening) in our weekly meetings from inception to closing. They put in the cheapest possible kitchen cabinets known to man, they need to think about upgrading. House needs professional cleaning services, Stanley cleaners for example.

Beazer not only builds high quality homes, they are also excellent to work with and address any issues that come up along the way. I have direct contact with anyone I might need to talk to, plus the weekly updates were surprising as other builders I've heard about never provide regular updates. You can tell Beazer actually cares about their service and product. I would 100% recommend Beazer to anyone.

Make sure that you know the quality of the standard products verses the upgrades. and the finishing results of the painting and the windows and the drywall is a little questionable. I just feel that for a home over $330,000 I should see pristine quality finishes. We have already replaced the shower heads and some faucets. We will also need to hire painters to improve the quality of the interior paint. Very disappointed with the end results we were given.
