I have the start of a new list of items to be repaired , but that is to be expected with a new home and neighborhood But overall this has been a good experience and I love my new Beazer home!❤️ And a shout out to Jace and Scott always right there when you need them! The overall process was great. Taylor, in the office, was and is amazing. She answered any questions that I had throughout the process and that put me at ease as this was my 1st home purchase. Also, Cory, has been very responsive to any questions that I've had since closing. I couldn't have asked for a better team. And I love my home! The design, the neighborhood, it's just what I need for me and my parents.

They use very bad material they give you very small car garage and a lot off scratch on your walls and floor no water sink in garage

Great Sales Team!! Had transition of Job Foreman's during our build. Need cleaning crew to do a much more through cleaning before move in.

They called and spoke with us every week to tell us how the process was going on the home.

Multiple pieces of work were completed much after I moved in. During the building process i noticed that many of the studs were cracked all through and the earlier builder (first of 3) told me those would be replaced. I was later told that the cracked studs do not impact the main structure...my question was why put damaged studs, no replacements done. Some of the doors are not aligned correctly, this is quality control The painting job wasn't good, 2 months after moving in i am still noticing color differences. This may be minor to the management, but is poor quality to the end user. If such was the "attention to detail", then i wonder what else is quality challenged and is not visible to me? ... More

LB and Joe were there with us every step of the way. We had an unusual situation and they were always on our side. To say we appreciate them is an understatement. Please make sure they know how much we think of them, their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Beazer Homes because of LB & Joe!

Beazer Homes- Very Excellent

Building a home can be quite stressful but I was so blessed to have my Beazer team Laura and Scott guide me along the way. They were very quick to respond to all my questions regarding the building process from beginning to end. They were even available beyond closing. To say that I am happy with my home would be an understatement. I absolutely love my new home! Everything from the brick to the flooring is high quality. I can't decide which room is my favorite...the living room where I can sit in front of my beautiful fireplace or the sunroom where I have a beautiful view of the pond! From the very beginning Things were great from the very beginning. Jen Hagen from the very beginning was super fantastic. She sold my husband on building the first time I brought him over. Believe me that is a hard thing to do. We live our new home. You all did a great job. Thank you so Much

From the sales rep to the construction manager we felt like communication was great. Each week they would send a status update and we valued that.

We had a great experience with Beazer. I am very happy with the workmanship and final product received. Beazer was very pro-active on getting all issues resolved that were noticed on pre-inspection walk through prior to closing.

My windows needed some adjustment and Nathaniel from Cutlers Home Improvement fixed them. He was great! Laura and Scott always help me quickly if there is a problem.

All promises is on time

I am a first time homeowner and Beazer homes walked me though homeownership process seamlessly. I had a private inspector and the items identified were fixed that are within their capacity. I had few items that needed attention after I moved in, which were taken care as well. I have not seen any quality issues with the build and am very satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent home good work

Prior to buying the home, things went somewhat smooth. We had a bump in the road with the our cash off the price. Due to some poor communication. After purchasing and moving in we had a few issues with sod and our hvac. Caleb had zero urgency in rectifying the issues which left us without AC for about a week during the hottest week of the year. In a brand new home, we felt that was just unacceptable. However, the rest of the experience has been good.

Salesperson & building superintendent called us each week, keeping us informed of the progress of our home. Always looking for our input as to what was done wrong or needed to be redone (which was minimal). This is the third home we have built and by far the best experience

The weekly feedback was amazing! The follow on and help all around was awesome. I really appreciate the staff and their commitment to Beazer's name and standard.

Our home is so beautiful and well made. We are very please with the outcome of our home and are very comfortable. If there is a problem after moving in there is a customer service you can call and they are very prompt to fix the situation. Thank you Beazer from the beginning with Brian, the middle with the design center with Erin and the many encounters with Tony. Everyone was great.
