From start to finish Beazer kept me informed in the new build process. The on site builder: Wayne and Mark checked in on me after I moved in. That made this experience personal. About a month after I took ownership Amy reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying my home. I appreciated that follow up. Ensuring my happiness is very important to Beazer.

I have had very good experience with Beazer. So far, their support has been exceptional. We found a couple of issues after moving into the house. Bob, the support representative from Beazer, followed up and scheduled the service very quickly.

The Ridge townhomes are well built based on professional mid-construction installations. Beazer employees were truly interested in helping purchase through design and build. They all were happy to teach me about the home’s design and energy saving features. This was as stress-free of a process as it could be. Very happy with this home and community!

Our experience purchasing our Beazer home was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction with Liz and Nick in their sales department, we were guided with professionalism and care. Throughout the entire selection process with Nicole and later construction with Henry, every detail was handled very smoothly. When it came time for the final completion, Henry’s expertise and attention to detail truly shined. We always felt supported and reassured, knowing we were in the best hands every step of the way.

We have been in our new home about a month now. The timeline for the build was a little longer than anticipated but the home as a finished product is awesome. We have had a few hiccups with things like the oven not working 100%, and Beazer has jumped on each issue to make sure it was addressed and we were satisfied with their response time. Overall, it has been a great experience and a really nice home.

I purchased a new buikd townhome in The Ridge and the team at Beazer was terrific. Hats off especially to Patty and Mike who led the construction efforts. They kept me informed, followed-up, and had extremely high standards for the finish work and detail. The walk through was informative and well done and the final product was better than expected. We purchased our home from out of state so couldn’t come by often, however Nick proactively sent us updates, photos, and videos so we could keep up with the progress. Henry and Eric have been extremely responsive, and thorough in ensuring they delivered a high quality build, and that we were completely satisfied with the resolution of any service requests we had. I love the home I selected, explanations during the building process, walk through explanations, acceptance of repair requests and completion of those requests. After looking at over a dozen existing homes for purchase, I became frustrated with the available inventory and wanted a home that would be more reflective of my lifestyle and needs. During an online search for a home, I came across a Beazer new construction condominium for sale. I decided to drop by the sales office one day. The selling agent Amy welcomed me. She provided me information and allowed me to tour the model and an available unit. I immediately fell in love with the 2-story condominium layout, craftmanship and all the modern amenities and wanted to proceed with the buying process. The buying process was simple and pleasant. Amy was highly informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The financial lender was transparent about his portion of the process and accessible whenever I had a question or concern. My experience was simply delightful. Gary was immensely professional, knowledgeable and tenacious in initiating the sales/process. Tina was as cheerful as she was diligent in providing timely and responsive updates. Bob was very knowledgeable and exhibited exceptional professionalism by providing detailed information on the construction process and functionalities of the home.

Overall exceptional experience. Henry was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Extremely responsive to concerns and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. made the entire process easy for me. Felt very comfortable that every issue was being handled without me having to follow up.
