Had major leak issues with 2 of the 3 toilets in our brand new home. All three toilets were installed incorrectly. Contacting Beazer personnel was useless.

No Sound Protection from Upper Floor

The esthetics of the home are beautiful, but the structure is terrible. I live on bottom two floors of condo. Despite assurances of exceeding sound barrier standards, there is no protection from every movement of your upstairs neighbors and their children. It sounds like Godzilla constantly over my head. Invest in better sound blocking next time. PLEASE.

Beazer Homes responded:
Aisha, thank you for your sharing your sentiments with us. With over 25 years of experience in continuously improving homebuilding, Beazer relies on feedback from our homeowners to better ourselves as a company. Based on reviews we purchased a townhomw from Beazer. Looks like the quality of building is way too low. If we call the service guys to fix during warranty they ask 1000 questions as if we are asking them free services.. will stay away from them

Beazer Homes responded:

The sales rep was very helpful

We are very disappointed with the quality of painting at our house. The paint is already fading off or as u see a little stain and try to wipe it you can literally see the bare cardboard or the wall. It is clear they did only a single layer of paint throughout the house. This is terrible compared to our previous house we built from Ryan homes. We thought Beazer was way better than Ryan homes. We are very disappointed. Also as soon as we moved in we started steeping on needs on the staircase and had two incident where kids were injured and I️ personally and was bleeding.

I wouldn’t buy beazer homes at all when we first came into our new home it was dirty! We had to clean it ourselves! None of our Ethernet jacks work in the house which come in Standard but they try to upsell you in sales! Customer service is poor and also management! The walk through wasn’t like it should’ve been we didn’t even put blue tape because he said we will take care of it! I’m not the only one that’s having this problem in this community! Do your research before you buy!

Absoultely Horrible Customer Experience

Decent product, but you can easily find similar craftmanship with better customer service elsewhere. I signed for building plans that were not completed correctly and then I was given a hassle for an issue that was clearly defined graphically and contractually. Project management/Builder is often unresponsive. I was treated/spoken to in a rude manner after holding Beazer accountable for poor professionalism. I unfortunately had no choice to settle on my home, but I do not recommend Beazer Homes.

Beazer Homes responded:

This will be my third time writing this review. Clearly Beazer does not want my voice to be heard. They continue to come up with reasons as to why my review can not be posted. The same review was given multiple different reasons as to why it had to be redone. However I am not surprised. You can not trust these people. So I will make this short and sweet. Do not buy a beazer home. Their sales staff is not professional. Their construction staff is unprofessional. The sub contractors that come and fix your home are also unprofessional. The job does not get done properly. But of course beazer ...

Parkside Community Beazer Home Buying Experience

This is my third time purchasing a new construction home. By far, this one takes the cake as the worst experience I have ever had for buying new construction homes. Beazer, rushed the home to meet their end of fiscal year budget deadline. When rushing, it led to poor communications. I was in the house every weekend to look for defects. One main issue I discovered with the framing was never addressed and they put the drywall up without giving a pre-drywall inspection. Furthermore, to meet the end of FY budget deadline the subs were rushed and the work was incredibly sloppy. In the military ...

Lots of problems. Water leaking, dead grass ,missing facets, damage cabinets, but still did not get fixed. It has been more than a month and we have been complaining to get them fix. No show on the day that they told us to come more than twice. I wasted my time to stay home and waiting for them. Builder just started to fix them this week.

Pathetic

Please don't even consider Beazer Homes. Good home designs but quality of work is very very bad. You have to run behind them to get stuff done. You need to repeatedly request them to make changes. Changes which could have been easily avoided. Paint work, wood work, flooring finish, tiles,... is pathetic. Not sure how other properties of Beazer Homes are but the one at Clarksville, MD is definitely very bad at quality of work.

After the actual sales process was over everything was down hill. Awful communication which delayed our close and even after move in we’re still dealing with pretty big issues with the house.

The construction manager and the sales manager didn’t care much. I had to make multiple phones calls before I could speak to them on any issues. Especially the sales manager during the whole process was very arrogant. There were few outstanding items that needed to be fixed before closing, but that never happened too.Post purchase was a similar story, no response and had to escalate but that did go too far.

I would never buy another Beazer home again. House was rushed being put together. I was forced into closing before the house was finished. If I did not close when they wanted me to they said they would take away all of my closing help. Have lived in the home for 45 days and have had numerous problems. House is currently up for sale and I just went to closing 9/28/18 today is 11/13/18.
