I have been in my home for a little over two months and I am loving every bit of it. I am most pleased by how well insulated and energy efficient this home is. I have received two utility bills and was astonished at how low they both were. Beazer uses high materials in their homes.

We had a an outstanding experience as first time homebuyers. We loved working with Wayne, who was always ready to answer our questions and was prompt in responding to our inquiries.

The Beazer Team was phenomenal! Amanda has always been available when I have questions in regards to the building process. Mark has kept me in the loop of the progress of my home! All the findings I reported, he was already on top of it. His attention to detail is outstanding! He treated my home like his own.

The model homes were great. I wish the same attention to detail was paid in the building of my home. I have found so many issues that I had to create a list and my NEW home has more patches and band aids than the one I sold before buying. The material is great, the workmanship is poor. The work done on the 10 day walkthrough which is meant to fix items missed previously was very poorly done and much left incomplete or not addressed at all.

This is my 2nd home with beazer and I love purchasing new homes from beazer, hope to make another purchase soon.

We needed minor items fixed and had some simple questions after 2 days of moving in. We called the person who conducted the Home Orientation and he had left the company. We called our selling agent and never received a call back. Come to find out they had all left or been moved to another location. I had to go to the leasing office to get an answer to my issue. Simply seemed unprofessional that no one returned our calls and I had to go to the office to resolve it myself. Hope this isn't the norm.

Excellent experience with Beazer Homes in Clarksville MD

We purchased a 55+ home and it had a lot of smart appliances. Not the best for old people. Also communicate throughout the purchase was chaotic.

Beazer takes the time to ensure that the home is built EXCEEDING mandatory building codes! Their homes are built to last, they make sure the little things like creaking floors and stairs are minimal if not completely eliminated. Unlike other builders I've walked through where the entire home creaks and pops as you walk around. I've walked through some where you hear every step from people upstairs. My home is so quiet that I don't hear people upstairs or my garage door open. Additionally, there is a lot you don't see or even think about; the home is so energy efficient which keeps utility bills low. Prior to drywall, I had a chance to walk through and noticed they had used silicone to seal between every external wall stud. I mean who ever thinks about the amount of energy loss that results from air seepage between the studs, even though they are nailed together. Imagine the entire exterior structure sealed at every crack and crevasse to prevent energy loss. Not too mention they walls where the showers are located are also insulated beyond code to ensure your shower isn't freezing when you get in on a cold morning. Bottom line is this... you get what you pay for!!!! and with Beazer you get a fantastic home for a great price!!! ... More

The home was beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it. I just feel like the work can be done neater and should be focused on a lot more by the construction workers.

Overall, wonderful job. Just some minor issues, that I can fix. I wish I could have the specifics of the carpet/ paint so I can easily replace.

Overall, the home buying experience was great! Most importantly, once you buy the house, their service has been exemplary! If there are any issues or items to fix, they repair quickly. We moved here in March, and they still are very quick to do repairs. They are very responsive!

I am not sure who thought it was a bright idea to build a partial trail so close to a home. I will say as the homeowner it was not such a bright idea. The half trail has somehow given neighbors the green light to cut through my yard everyday, all day and without hesitation; resulting in damaged grass/yard, dog feces, etc., etc.!!

It wasn't as we expected. There are so many quality and customer handling issues.

The construction of the home is mediocre at best. I am finding all kinds of issues where the dry wall is paper thin and if you press your finger in the wall, it will go straight through! I will contact the better business bureau for homes made so cheaply but, you are charging consumers upward of $450,000. This is our hard earn money and we don’t want to spend it on subpar product. There are more people complaining in this subdivision.

Good morning, I recently purchased a house with Beazer. I will breakdown 3 phases from the beginning to the end: Phase 1 - Beginning: I and my wife felt in love with the model home right after we saw it. I would say the design is gorgeous. The negotiation was hectic though due to Beazer's internal communication and price was adjusted. However, we were happy with the counter offer and moved on. I want to say thanks to the sales team and my agent to work out the deal. Phase 2 - Building: you will receive an update on the weekly basis from the Project Manager. It's great when you can follow the progress of your new home. However, the closing day was not on schedule and it got pushed back several times but it seemed like a common issue with the majority of builders. Note, you need to make sure to communicate with your lender if the closing day is changed to make sure you don't get penalty for locking your interest. There was an issue with energy efficiency for washer/dryer in our home but issue was resolved nicely. I want to say thanks to the regional manager who told me that they couldn't meet the energy efficient test for the washer/dryer so they replaced a better model to meet energy star standards. The quality control from Beazer is good and I appreciate that they are honest with us since we probably have no ideas if they don't tell us about the washer/dryer. Phase 3 - this is where I couldn't give my other two stars to get it to 5. I received my house in April and it took a couple weeks to see multiple hairline cracks on the wall. The nails was popped out due to the change in weather. I was told this is normal and covered by the limited warranty from PWSC which is the builder for Beazer. They told me to wait until the wall is completely dried out, (usually about 6 to 10 months) and request for the service from PWSC to fix it. The home we purchased was well designed and constructed and we are vey happy with it. The Beazer employees we dealt with from the salesperson to the construction liason super friendly and helpful.

Wayne has been extremely helpful since we moved in!! He is always available to address any of my issues/questions. The home buying experience was great mostly because of Carson Baus.

This will be my third time writing this review. Clearly Beazer does not want my voice to be heard. They continue to come up with reasons as to why my review can not be posted. The same review was given multiple different reasons as to why it had to be redone. However I am not surprised. You can not trust these people. So I will make this short and sweet. Do not buy a beazer home. Their sales staff is not professional. Their construction staff is unprofessional. The sub contractors that come and fix your home are also unprofessional. The job does not get done properly. But of course beazer wants your money regardless of their finished product quality. To avoid headaches and stress just stay away from beazer. I tried to give them another second by buying a second home from them and this tile was worse than the last. Months of issues and an even worse finished product than before. Just stay away. Go with another more luxury home builder. Spend the extra money, you and your family will not regret it. This review is really for ZERO stars. But they make you select atleast 1 star.
