The home process was seamless and communicated effectively week over week. The final product of the home was fantastic and we are happy with the finished product. The building team was very thorough and the inspector we hired complimented the building team on their attention to detail.

They truly made my 1st time homebuyer’s experience a smooth one. I was confident in my purchase due to Henry’s weekly updates and walkthroughs answering all of my questions and offering assistant when I needed clarification about warranty’s etc. Thanks so much!

BEAZER HOME MADE IT REAL EASY TO PURCHASE OUR home, Thanks to Angela and her team they made it really easy to purchase. They never gave up on us and they were real professionals in handling our needs to what we had to do to purchase.

This has been awful. The range was never set up. The dishwasher will not run because there is a problem with the hose. The closing process was not satisfactory. We are suppose to have new owner orientation that has not taken place.

Start to finish, the process of purchasing my home was a great experience. Everyone I worked with were professional and informative. I especially found John helpful in providing me with solutions for any problems or questions that I had. He was available at any time to help me through this process. My experience with Beezer and your staff has been a joy .

Pros: • The home itself is very nice with appealing features and amenities. • The buying process went smoothly, and customer service during that stage was great. Cons (Post-Move-In Issues): • Quality Control: Several issues were identified at purchase and more have appeared since moving in. • Initially Identified: improperly installed drywall, refrigerator door damage, freezer door missing all shelves, and several damaged doors. • Since Move-In (within 5 weeks): scratched mirror, windows not cut correctly, AC/HVAC issues, and other pending items requiring service. • Follow-Up Service: Addressing these problems has been inconvenient and time-consuming, creating unnecessary stress so soon after moving in. Summary: Beazer needs to improve its quality control before handing homes over to buyers. While the home itself has great features and the purchase process was handled well, the number of unresolved issues and difficulty in getting them addressed has made ownership frustrating and inconvenient. ... Buying our Beazer home was overall a smooth experience — shoutout to the friendly sales team and construction crew who were always helpful, upbeat, and easy to reach. The closing was a breeze, and move-in day went well (though our poor movers got a serious workout hauling furniture up those stairs!). Once we settled in, we really did fall in love with our new home… but then came the little surprises. First off, there’s a light in the entryway that NEVER turns off — basically a luxury suite for flying insects, and they love to smack you in the face every time you open the door. Not exactly the warm welcome we had in mind. Then the appliances… yikes. The oven takes 30 minutes to heat up (seriously!), and the fridge occasionally sounds like it’s about to take off from a runway. And let’s not even talk about the “upgrades” we paid nearly $40k for — they look and feel super cheap. Oh, and the carpeted stairs? A vacuuming nightmare. I also didn’t love that Beazer picked most of the customizations for us, then charged us for things we didn’t even want. That part definitely stung. At the end of the day, it’s a decent starter home, and we’ve made it ours — but I’m already dreaming of my forever home, and next time I’ll be a lot more involved in the design and appliance decisions! ... Purchasing experience with Jack was smooth and he was a great resource up until closing. Since moving in have had a great experience with Vincent from the customer care team.
