The beginning of my process was stressful but when I was introduced to Joshua that changed. Joshua made my home buying process easy. Anytime I had a question or concern he was able to provide answers for me in a timely manner. He is very attention to detail oriented when going over things and also has excellent customer service. If I was to do the whole process again Joshua is who I would work with throughout . Everything turned out perfect. Thanks again!

We were and still are very impressed with Beazer's Solar Ready NetZero home build quality. From the beautiful design, the techonology package, including Tesla Solar Roof, fully integrated energy storage system and Tesla EV charger to mention few. But what really impressed us the most, is how well insulated and air tight the new home feels, evident in how well it maintains temperature during these record breaking cold winter. Impressive energy efficiency. Secondly, the buying, designing, and even during construction phase, the entire process experience always felt very personalized and exclusive for us as if we had our own personal concierge guiding us through. Beazer's staff always made us feel welcomed, and that our opinions mattered. We were very comfortable seeing the level of transparency on every meeting regardless of delays or shortcomings during construction. We were always informed and invited to visit and chat with staff and or the new home site for an informal or scheduled walk through. All our questions were answered and we were reassured of any concerns identified in the process, from final inspections and post move in date, Beazer continues to strive in addressing any occurance post build completion included in their wall to wall 10 year warranty. The new construction is modern and built with energy savings in mind, helping to keep costs low. The buying experience was smooth—sales staff were responsive, provided regular updates, and allowed customization of the home. Walkthroughs were available to track progress, and closing was easy. Beazer also covers the first year for any issues, ensuring a hassle-free move-in. Overall, a well-built home and a great experience.

This was frankly the worst home buying experience I could have imagined. Poor communication and illegal business practices including collusion with the lender to force me into a less than favorable loan. However, contractors Mark and Wayne were very nice to work with.

From start to finish Beazer kept me informed in the new build process. The on site builder: Wayne and Mark checked in on me after I moved in. That made this experience personal. About a month after I took ownership Amy reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying my home. I appreciated that follow up. Ensuring my happiness is very important to Beazer.

It is really good buying a home with Beazer. The staff especially Patti and Shari are very helpful and supportive. I still get help from them whenever it comes to maintaining my new home or any questions related to it.

The Ridge townhomes are well built based on professional mid-construction installations. Beazer employees were truly interested in helping purchase through design and build. They all were happy to teach me about the home’s design and energy saving features. This was as stress-free of a process as it could be. Very happy with this home and community!

Nice new homes with upgraded appliances. Good layout inside the homes. Overpriced condos for shared space. Overall community needs improvement with parking and needs improvement in buying process. Choose your own lender outside of the company. I recommend buyers do extensive research before you buy with Beazer.

Dawn, our sales agent was very helpful through the whole process. The contractor, John, explained most of the systems and helped with the few things that needed fixing. Joe has finished fixing what was needed. Over all, everything has gone smoothly.
