Very responsive, attentive to detail, and great to work with the team ( Matt and team) on-site at Magnolia Creek ! Especially Matt and Bob proactively reached out before closing to ensure any questions or concerns are addressed and resolved quickly. Since moving in, They continue to check in to provide information and see if there's any thing they can help with, which is really helpful for a homeowner!

Our experience with Beazer homes was great. Everyone was professional and they explained to us everything step by step. The process was easy and fast. The quality of the home is excellent. Adam, the builder, gave us a tour of the home and explained to us everything about the home. He offered us any services such as touch ups after moving in case we scratched the walls. Our friends and family complement us about the house. I recommend Beazer homes for anyone who is looking for a good quality built home with a good design.

Sales staff was helpful and attentive and construction managers went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and settled upon and after move in. Field engineers accommodate our visits and walked us through all the details of the home building process and sales agents are prompt in providing timely updates of the whole build process. Our field engineer Mark was on top of things and the home was clean and no defects and was able to close it as planned.

Our Sales Rep Matt and Construction Supervisor, Jeff, were in constant communication, providing updates at least once a week or more. Any issues were quickly addressed. I came to visit the house while under construction many times and they would take time to walk through and explain what was going on and what was upcoming. After Settlement, we had a few issues and Customer Service Rep Eric was able to address them. Great experience and a very nicely built, efficient home.

My new home experience was Excellent! My Sales Professional and the Construction Manager paired together to ensure I was knowledge of each step in the process. This allowed me to feel more comfortable and enjoy the process. I wanted a weekly photo shoot of my home being built and the two of them made it happen. Yes, I’d repeat the process with Beazer!
