It was a great experience with Beazer. They worked me through the process.

From sales agent to construction supervisor to after closing supervisor, staff were wonderful and were dedicated to me becoming a happy and satisfied homeowner. I love the home I selected, explanations during the building process, walk through explanations, acceptance of repair requests and completion of those requests. I have been eyeing Beazer Homes since 2018. I now have one and I am happy.

After looking at over a dozen existing homes for purchase, I became frustrated with the available inventory and wanted a home that would be more reflective of my lifestyle and needs. During an online search for a home, I came across a Beazer new construction condominium for sale. I decided to drop by the sales office one day. The selling agent Amy welcomed me. She provided me information and allowed me to tour the model and an available unit. I immediately fell in love with the 2-story condominium layout, craftmanship and all the modern amenities and wanted to proceed with the buying process. The buying process was simple and pleasant. Amy was highly informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The financial lender was transparent about his portion of the process and accessible whenever I had a question or concern. The job site manager, Wayne was very knowledgeable and on top of everything and quick to respond when questions arose. I was amazed how quickly the process progressed. My experience was simply delightful. Gary was immensely professional, knowledgeable and tenacious in initiating the sales/process. Tina was as cheerful as she was diligent in providing timely and responsive updates. Bob was very knowledgeable and exhibited exceptional professionalism by providing detailed information on the construction process and functionalities of the home.

Overall exceptional experience. Henry was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. Extremely responsive to concerns and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. made the entire process easy for me. Felt very comfortable that every issue was being handled without me having to follow up.

The home buying experience with Beazer was good. Everyone I was in contact with through the process provided great customer service especially Wayne.

From day one everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions as well .

Cracked pipes. Drainage pipes that are not hooked up. Roofs that leak. Poor quality flooring. Beazer Works for themselves, not their buyer. I won’t even allow Beazer in my home and I’ve only been here for two months. I prefer to pay for quality workmanship going forward. I do everything to discourage people from buying a Beazer built home.

Dawn, Joe and Paul have gone above and beyond to help us with purchase and after moving in. We love our home and the workmanship appears to be great.

My experience was easy and hassle free. I had a strong and experienced lender who got me a great deal and Beazer gave me lots of incentives! My home is beautiful and I am very happy, but I didn’t give you five stars because I can hear the lady above me walking across the floor a lot and I hear her slamming closet doors. However, I’m really grateful to have an opportunity to own a brand new home- thank you!

My home buying experience was a simple and easy. I have no complaints. My realtor was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and she was transparent throughout the entire process. My lender was transparent and he was available when I had questions. I had a great experience. I have no complaints.

I was extremely happy with the service Eric from Beazer home provided. He was always on top of any small issues we had after we moved in. He made sure that those issues were resolved to our satisfaction and also kept us posted if there were any delays with the servicing company. The sales process experience was great and really appreciated the engagement of the pre-selected lenders to engage with. Truist was amazing in staying contact and monitoring interest rates. The onsite construction team, including Wayne were very helpful. The largest disappointment is the poor sound proofing for the Rivas model. The second disappointment is that the Rivas patio deck ceiling is not sealed, so if the condo owner above spills a drink, let's hope you are not standing on your patio deck. We will have to decide if this is a long-term home for us.

It was a great experience. Everyone involved was very helpful. They were always a phone call away ready to answer any question that came up. They were very friendly and not only cared about selling the home but about your personal well-being as well.

Beazer provided a great home buying experience from beginning to end. All of the staff I encountered were all knowledgeable and friendly.

This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.

Everyone has been helpful assisting

Had major leak issues with 2 of the 3 toilets in our brand new home. All three toilets were installed incorrectly. Contacting Beazer personnel was useless.

our contract was signed 1/18/2023. After that date the plans for our house changed. It was no longer identical to the model. Nothing was communicated about the change. Rather than build our group of houses to plan, the company decided to delay the process to build per the new plans. The sales team was not very forthcoming. Responses were not always timely. Start dates were given and missed. The operations folks were always portrayed as being too busy.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The only problem was with communication between sales and construction. It was resolved satisfactorily.
