There is 2 reason for 5 even 7 stars. One, I personally saw the employee working and building this community, I felt their hard working, commandment to quality and using the best materials. So, it is one side of the my review for the Beazer Home, and other reason I respect the people / company / entity who is working hard and making this world beautiful. Come the the point, Long Gate Overlook is a great community, clean, clam neighborhood, just across the Long Gate shopping center and next to YMCA and most important great schools.

Let me start by saying that the condo design and layout meant all of my expectations and more. It has 2 floors, a deck and my own garage. The purchasing and design process went smoothly. Two thumbs UP for Michael in the sales office. He put me at ease with his knowledge and insightfulness regarding the location, floor plan, the purchasing process, and was always available for my questions. Michael kept me updated weekly on the many stages of the construction and even sent photos. The design studio had lots of options and upgrades to personalize each room. My design consultant Nicole laid out all of my choices so I could already imagine how each room would look from the carpet, tiles, lighting, cabinets, and fixtures. The on-site construction manager Wayne walked me through my condo carefully before all the walls were up so I could see the behind the scenes look at how well made and efficient the mechanics and bones of my unit. He also explained the steps and phases of the building process and made sure I was satisfied before and after the walk thru. Oh, thanks Wayne for putting my swing chair together after I moved in. Lastly, Beazers Customer Care will respond immediately to correct any flaws that might have been unnoticed and that’s a big plus! Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. I thought Wayne was the bees' knees until I met his counterpart, Mark. Mark has been an absolute wizard with my request, I am really going to miss them when this project is completed!

My experience was outstanding, the care that Wayne and Mark have by making sure everyone is satisfied, and if they are not, they would ask “tell me your concerns and we will fix it”, now this is something most builders do not do, I have heard stories from people where their builders were cold and couldn’t care. When Wayne and Mark are working on the property, they will always ask “how’s it going “ because they care. I am very happy with my purchase.

Compared to other builders, definitely I would recommend Beazer homes because of outstanding customer service, special big thanks to Chris and Shawn and of course, all of warranty customer service center agents. In terms of quality of materials, they are so great but it could have been excellent if the construction was completed more thoroughly and delicate. You would expect to have some issues when you buy a new home but I believe it's very important to have a builder who takes care of 24/7 with honesty and truthfulness, and fixes right away, which is very satisfied.

We recently purchased a Beazer Spec Home in Ellicott City, MD. This was an EXCELLENT experience. In addition to the quality of home, the customer service was superb. We were guided through the entire process from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the fact that we received follow-ups post closing. The Long Gate Overlook Team helped to make this experience special for our family. Kudos to the team!

The home buying process to delivery was a seamless and streamlined process. I attributed my positive experience to Carson, Chris, Mike, Paul, and Oscar.

Entire process was fairly smooth. The Beazer team kept me informed every step of the way. For townhouses, these homes are spacious and welcoming. The homes are built to meet a very high standard and quality. The builder has a great team that are responsive and quick to address any concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Ridge. Beautiful, spacious townhomes, well worth the money!

Wayne and his team have been there from the beginning and always go above and beyond. They are always reacheable for questions and emergencies and they always follow up. Couldn't ask for better in both quality and genuine care for us homeowners. Thank you

The Beazer Team works very hard to ease the stress and strain of the entire process. Wayne does a great job at explaining the building process. He makes you feel at ease, like family, as he explains the details. He never gets tired of providing information multiple times.

All others are very professional too but I deal mostly with Matt. When Matt is very honest, he remembers his discussion with you at anytime. He is an asset to Beazer home. He is always very attentive and very assessable. Answers his calls and return calls even during his off time.

Mr. Wayne is awesome! He had the things that I request to be fixed before I closed done before closing. He also continues to be more than helpful after closing. He has gone above and beyond as a contractor!!! Thank you Mr. Wayne!!

Jeff in the sales office did a great job explaining all the options available through Beazer and at the community, and walked me through each step of the process. The builder Wayne was always available to walk me through my new home during the entire construction process, and was genuinely proud of the product his team was building. Wayne, Jeff, and Dennis continue to be available when I have questions about my home after move in. The warranty center has addressed all of my minor concerns/questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Beazer and their communities.

When I first visited a Beazer model I fell in love with place design, layout and options. They are a step up in design and they try hard to ensure you’re informed during the home buying process, every step of the way. They also have quality checks in place to ensure the customer is satisfied with the progress. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to family and friends!

We had the opportunity to work with Tina, Mike and Henry throughout our process and they have been nothing short of excellent in communication, updates and making sure all of our needs and expectations are met.

It was such a pleasure working with Liz and Bob. We were able to get everything we wanted in our home and we closed at the perfect time. Of course there were supply and inventory issues, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

During the building process, I stopped by regularly & observed the workers and contractors putting it together, from the foundation, and on through electrical, framing, and so on. As well, I had 2 different contractors I know and trust check it out, at different stages, including pre-drywall and pre-closing. They seemed to agree it was made well. Also, the customer service team including Liz, as well as the project manager Jeff, and currently the post-closing man Eric, have all been excellent in answering questions and keeping my wife and I in the loop. There have been some small issues that cropped up after moving, and the Beazer team and their contractors (windows, electrical) have been on top of them with prompt attention & professionalism. Go for it. It's the greatest experience. I've developed relationships with the Ballard Green and Beazer Community. Wayne is Ther freaking best in every way....He CARES!!!!
