The Beazer Team works very hard to ease the stress and strain of the entire process. Wayne does a great job at explaining the building process. He makes you feel at ease, like family, as he explains the details. He never gets tired of providing information multiple times.

All others are very professional too but I deal mostly with Matt. When Matt is very honest, he remembers his discussion with you at anytime. He is an asset to Beazer home. He is always very attentive and very assessable. Answers his calls and return calls even during his off time.

Mr. Wayne is awesome! He had the things that I request to be fixed before I closed done before closing. He also continues to be more than helpful after closing. He has gone above and beyond as a contractor!!! Thank you Mr. Wayne!!

Jeff in the sales office did a great job explaining all the options available through Beazer and at the community, and walked me through each step of the process. The builder Wayne was always available to walk me through my new home during the entire construction process, and was genuinely proud of the product his team was building. Wayne, Jeff, and Dennis continue to be available when I have questions about my home after move in. The warranty center has addressed all of my minor concerns/questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Beazer and their communities.

When I first visited a Beazer model I fell in love with place design, layout and options. They are a step up in design and they try hard to ensure you’re informed during the home buying process, every step of the way. They also have quality checks in place to ensure the customer is satisfied with the progress. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to family and friends!

We had the opportunity to work with Tina, Mike and Henry throughout our process and they have been nothing short of excellent in communication, updates and making sure all of our needs and expectations are met.

It was such a pleasure working with Liz and Bob. We were able to get everything we wanted in our home and we closed at the perfect time. Of course there were supply and inventory issues, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

During the building process, I stopped by regularly & observed the workers and contractors putting it together, from the foundation, and on through electrical, framing, and so on. As well, I had 2 different contractors I know and trust check it out, at different stages, including pre-drywall and pre-closing. They seemed to agree it was made well. Also, the customer service team including Liz, as well as the project manager Jeff, and currently the post-closing man Eric, have all been excellent in answering questions and keeping my wife and I in the loop. There have been some small issues that cropped up after moving, and the Beazer team and their contractors (windows, electrical) have been on top of them with prompt attention & professionalism. Customer Service was great! Everyone respond in a timely matter. They made the experience stress-free. I was kept informed from start to finish. The New Home Counselor to the Construction Managers were very helpful with explaining the building process.

Great customer service. Wayne, the GC is a total dream. I had a really smooth transition into my home once I closed and Wayne is still there for me if I need him.

These guys maintained pretty good quality of home building process. After closing also they always help out with any issues quickly. All are pretty good supporting cast.

Overall the home is great their are some areas I will have to fix the border on the steps needs touch up. Tina and Oscar was awesome
