From our initial tour to closing the process was suspiciously easy. the Beazer team was always available to answer questions and ease any anxieties. The final product is beautiful.

Our Sales Rep Matt and Construction Supervisor, Jeff, were in constant communication, providing updates at least once a week or more. Any issues were quickly addressed. I came to visit the house while under construction many times and they would take time to walk through and explain what was going on and what was upcoming. After Settlement, we had a few issues and Customer Service Rep Eric was able to address them. Great experience and a very nicely built, efficient home.

My new home experience was Excellent! My Sales Professional and the Construction Manager paired together to ensure I was knowledge of each step in the process. This allowed me to feel more comfortable and enjoy the process. I wanted a weekly photo shoot of my home being built and the two of them made it happen. Yes, I’d repeat the process with Beazer!

The overall experience was ok for house buying. I am in my home but it does not appear that all things promised by Beazer were delivered. Speaking with all of my neighbors we can hear sound from unit to unit. Every one express that they were advised that things would be sound proof to some degree. Overall Chris and Adam are a delight to work with. In all honesty, if they were not a part of your team I am not sure if I would have made this far. They keep their word and is extremely responsive.

I’m still in love with my new home and the builders for Beazer Homes are amazing. They were able to help me every step of my home buying journey making it a very enjoyable process.

Wayne and Mark are the best

There is 2 reason for 5 even 7 stars. One, I personally saw the employee working and building this community, I felt their hard working, commandment to quality and using the best materials. So, it is one side of the my review for the Beazer Home, and other reason I respect the people / company / entity who is working hard and making this world beautiful. Come the the point, Long Gate Overlook is a great community, clean, clam neighborhood, just across the Long Gate shopping center and next to YMCA and most important great schools.

Let me start by saying that the condo design and layout meant all of my expectations and more. It has 2 floors, a deck and my own garage. The purchasing and design process went smoothly. Two thumbs UP for Michael in the sales office. He put me at ease with his knowledge and insightfulness regarding the location, floor plan, the purchasing process, and was always available for my questions. Michael kept me updated weekly on the many stages of the construction and even sent photos. The design studio had lots of options and upgrades to personalize each room. My design consultant Nicole laid out all of my choices so I could already imagine how each room would look from the carpet, tiles, lighting, cabinets, and fixtures. The on-site construction manager Wayne walked me through my condo carefully before all the walls were up so I could see the behind the scenes look at how well made and efficient the mechanics and bones of my unit. He also explained the steps and phases of the building process and made sure I was satisfied before and after the walk thru. Oh, thanks Wayne for putting my swing chair together after I moved in. Lastly, Beazers Customer Care will respond immediately to correct any flaws that might have been unnoticed and that’s a big plus! Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. We had a great experience overall, but our new home counselor wasn't personable and rarely checked in with us. If we didn't call or text him for updates/reminders, then I don't think we'd ever hear from him.

I thought Wayne was the bees' knees until I met his counterpart, Mark. Mark has been an absolute wizard with my request, I am really going to miss them when this project is completed!

My experience was outstanding, the care that Wayne and Mark have by making sure everyone is satisfied, and if they are not, they would ask “tell me your concerns and we will fix it”, now this is something most builders do not do, I have heard stories from people where their builders were cold and couldn’t care. When Wayne and Mark are working on the property, they will always ask “how’s it going “ because they care. I am very happy with my purchase.

Compared to other builders, definitely I would recommend Beazer homes because of outstanding customer service, special big thanks to Chris and Shawn and of course, all of warranty customer service center agents. In terms of quality of materials, they are so great but it could have been excellent if the construction was completed more thoroughly and delicate. You would expect to have some issues when you buy a new home but I believe it's very important to have a builder who takes care of 24/7 with honesty and truthfulness, and fixes right away, which is very satisfied.

We recently purchased a Beazer Spec Home in Ellicott City, MD. This was an EXCELLENT experience. In addition to the quality of home, the customer service was superb. We were guided through the entire process from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the fact that we received follow-ups post closing. The Long Gate Overlook Team helped to make this experience special for our family. Kudos to the team!

Beazer Home team members were fine; my home is lovely. One of the recommended mortgage lenders was horrible; extremely poor customer service that made this process very stressful & took away from the joy of buying my first home.

The home buying process to delivery was a seamless and streamlined process. I attributed my positive experience to Carson, Chris, Mike, Paul, and Oscar.

Entire process was fairly smooth. The Beazer team kept me informed every step of the way. For townhouses, these homes are spacious and welcoming. The homes are built to meet a very high standard and quality. The builder has a great team that are responsive and quick to address any concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Ridge. Beautiful, spacious townhomes, well worth the money!

It was all good experience till the closing date. After closing there were many issues and big one was HVAC which is still not working after 1 and a half month of closing. I think Beazer should do a thorough check to test and review the home/appliances/others before closing with customer. Overall not a good experience.- Vik
