Beazer takes the time to ensure that the home is built EXCEEDING mandatory building codes! Their homes are built to last, they make sure the little things like creaking floors and stairs are minimal if not completely eliminated. Unlike other builders I've walked through where the entire home creaks and pops as you walk around. I've walked through some where you hear every step from people upstairs. My home is so quiet that I don't hear people upstairs or my garage door open. Additionally, there is a lot you don't see or even think about; the home is so energy efficient which keeps utility bills low. Prior to drywall, I had a chance to walk through and noticed they had used silicone to seal between every external wall stud. I mean who ever thinks about the amount of energy loss that results from air seepage between the studs, even though they are nailed together. Imagine the entire exterior structure sealed at every crack and crevasse to prevent energy loss. Not too mention they walls where the showers are located are also insulated beyond code to ensure your shower isn't freezing when you get in on a cold morning. Overall, the home buying experience was great! Most importantly, once you buy the house, their service has been exemplary! If there are any issues or items to fix, they repair quickly. We moved here in March, and they still are very quick to do repairs. They are very responsive!

The home we purchased was well designed and constructed and we are vey happy with it. The Beazer employees we dealt with from the salesperson to the construction liason super friendly and helpful.

Love it

Beaazer did great with my experience from beginning to ticket work still going on. They were with me during the whole disaster of a process with the mortgage company TowneBank (1 of their 5 preferred lenders) and saw it thru until it was completed properly. Carson Baus and Colin Hall have been great representatives for Beazer and have exemplified what it means to be a loyal and stellar employees to a company. Beazer is a 5/5 for me. TowneBank is a 0/5.

Kathy and Mark were outstanding! My sales experience couldn't have been better. Kathy received sooo many calls from me, but she remained patient and professional, and she knows new home construction and sales! Mark walked me through the unit and explained everything thoroughly. He walked me through the Customer Care Manual, page by page. It was a very stress-free experience.

We absolutely love our new home. The neighborhood is private and delightful. Working with Beazer has been a wonderful and simple experience. I highly recommend Beazer.

It’s what you see that you get. Great people, school system and home. Kids love it. The only downside is the community does not have a park for kids to play.

We love our new home. The construction supervisor was great throughout the construction process. Shortly after we settled, we discovered we had a drainage problem up against the house in the back. Instead of being passed off to a claims person, our construction supervisor, who was wonderful throughout the construction process, continues to work with us to resolve the drainage issues. I have no doubt that he will make sure the issues are corrected to our satisfaction. Good people.
