This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.

Sale person was very good to help me to understand what is going on with house and he tired. However, there were several issues with the house to fix and had hard time to fix couple issues that I had with house.

The overall experience was ok for house buying. I am in my home but it does not appear that all things promised by Beazer were delivered. Speaking with all of my neighbors we can hear sound from unit to unit. Every one express that they were advised that things would be sound proof to some degree. Overall Chris and Adam are a delight to work with. In all honesty, if they were not a part of your team I am not sure if I would have made this far. They keep their word and is extremely responsive.

I gave a 4 stars because nothing is perfect. My builder Adam and his team kept me in the loop with ongoing progress to include pictures with updates. There were a few glitches that was quickly taken care of and I am pleased with my purchase. The entire new home buying/construction process thought me a lot. I am glad that I chose Beazer builders to construct my new home.

Beautiful Home, Workmanship lacks pride

Tina, our Sales Rep, is the best! She was, and is still, always available to answer questions, or find the answers, and point us in the right direction. The homes are beautiful. Some of the workmanship, not so much. I don’t expect perfection but those little things, when there are so many; as well as a couple Big things, are disheartening. Oscar has been FABULOUS in having the most concerning items addressed. The smaller ones will be taken care of in our 11th month. We are a new community, not completed, so I can not comment on the advertised Community Amenities.

My Beazer home is a quality home. It was constructed well and I have had no problems. Wayne and Dennis are amazing! They are both accessible and happy to answer questions and have gone over and beyond making sure any concerns are resolved. Wayne continues to be patient when I have questions about anything.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the Beazer homes at Magnolia Creek. I have received great customer service from the purchase all the way through to closing and after closing from Matt and Jeff. I received second opinion that the builders did a great job with the build. I have not had any major issues since I moved in. If I do have concerns, Eric, the Beazer home consultant has been great in addressing any concerns I have. Beazer has definitely moved up my list of top builders in Maryland. Great job!

We have enjoyed our building experience overall. Some of the issues we had, were eventually addressed to nearly 95% complete. The one or two remaining items are scheduled to be fixed or finished soon. Overall, we like the design models to choose from however we weren't able to change much as we purchased a spec home (design was complete). Beazer did work with us quickly to change the granite and add backsplash. Overall, we are settling in nicely and it does feel like home to us.

Although we felt rushed at times I would still have to say that our buying experience with Beazer Homes has been Top Notch! The Sales team was a pleasure a to work with. Chris our sales consultant did a fantastic job in putting our deal together and making sure that all of problems / concerns where answered in a timely fashion. Mark the building supervisor has also done a fantastic job in answering and fixing and problems that we have noticed during and after our walk-thru. At the moment we have only been in our property for roughly 30 days and what an amazing 30 days it has been.... ...

Home well put together! Wish I had made the decision to move here sooner! It would rate 5 stars if not for the PARKING! Don't really know what builders were thinking {unless how to save the company money). Lacks parking for all tenants! Garage sizes entirely to small for the Dogwood models which is the LARGEST model. Parking is a deal breaker for prospective buyers,

The process was decent and the person who handled the process with us as the customer agent was very very good. There were some issues with construction related to the construction manager being provided updated and correct drawings that reflected changes that caused some issues during construction that could have been avoided. The construction manager rep was very customer focused and worked dilligently to address all of our issues.

The sales process experience was great and really appreciated the engagement of the pre-selected lenders to engage with. Truist was amazing in staying contact and monitoring interest rates. The onsite construction team, including Wayne were very helpful. The largest disappointment is the poor sound proofing for the Rivas model. The second disappointment is that the Rivas patio deck ceiling is not sealed, so if the condo owner above spills a drink, let's hope you are not standing on your patio deck. We will have to decide if this is a long-term home for us.

our contract was signed 1/18/2023. After that date the plans for our house changed. It was no longer identical to the model. Nothing was communicated about the change. Rather than build our group of houses to plan, the company decided to delay the process to build per the new plans. The sales team was not very forthcoming. Responses were not always timely. Start dates were given and missed. The operations folks were always portrayed as being too busy.

My experience overall was somehwat satisfied. The builders tried to work with us on the price of the home and the deal we got for our home was very good. Except when they didn't tell us that we needed to settle on the home before September was over or they were going to take back the discount.That was very stressful to deal with that bc loans don't get approved right away. But luckily, it was settled on time. Also, beware that the home does not come with washer and dryer, our counselor told us that it does come with a washer and dryer, but he tricked us! to get us to buy the home. I love our ...
