We had the opportunity to work with Tina, Mike and Henry throughout our process and they have been nothing short of excellent in communication, updates and making sure all of our needs and expectations are met.

It was such a pleasure working with Liz and Bob. We were able to get everything we wanted in our home and we closed at the perfect time. Of course there were supply and inventory issues, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

During the building process, I stopped by regularly & observed the workers and contractors putting it together, from the foundation, and on through electrical, framing, and so on. As well, I had 2 different contractors I know and trust check it out, at different stages, including pre-drywall and pre-closing. They seemed to agree it was made well. Also, the customer service team including Liz, as well as the project manager Jeff, and currently the post-closing man Eric, have all been excellent in answering questions and keeping my wife and I in the loop. There have been some small issues that cropped up after moving, and the Beazer team and their contractors (windows, electrical) have been on top of them with prompt attention & professionalism. I gave a 4 stars because nothing is perfect. My builder Adam and his team kept me in the loop with ongoing progress to include pictures with updates. There were a few glitches that was quickly taken care of and I am pleased with my purchase. The entire new home buying/construction process thought me a lot. I am glad that I chose Beazer builders to construct my new home.

We are very disappointed with the quality of painting at our house. The paint is already fading off or as u see a little stain and try to wipe it you can literally see the bare cardboard or the wall. It is clear they did only a single layer of paint throughout the house. This is terrible compared to our previous house we built from Ryan homes. We thought Beazer was way better than Ryan homes. We are very disappointed. Also as soon as we moved in we started steeping on needs on the staircase and had two incident where kids were injured and I️ personally and was bleeding.

From our first contact at the model home to our last contact after the closing, we had nothing but hospitable and helpful service. The sales team, the project managers, and the closing team were great to deal with and accommodating through the entire process. Thank you to Beazer and the wonderful people that make it up.

I couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience. Although, I am a first time home buyer and don’t have anything to rate against, I believe the professionalism and efficiency of Beazer Homes could be unmatched. When purchasing a home for the first time you are naturally stressed by the process and new financial responsibility to come, but Beazer Homes provided me with a stress free and seamless experience. I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone currently looking to purchase either for the first time, or preparing to move and ready for a fresh start.

Tina, our Sales Rep, is the best! She was, and is still, always available to answer questions, or find the answers, and point us in the right direction. The homes are beautiful. Some of the workmanship, not so much. I don’t expect perfection but those little things, when there are so many; as well as a couple Big things, are disheartening. Oscar has been FABULOUS in having the most concerning items addressed. The smaller ones will be taken care of in our 11th month. We are a new community, not completed, so I can not comment on the advertised Community Amenities.

I felt there was a quick response to customer concerns or questions. There was always an available contact so you didn’t feel alone in the process.

Customer Service was great! Everyone respond in a timely matter. They made the experience stress-free. I was kept informed from start to finish. The New Home Counselor to the Construction Managers were very helpful with explaining the building process.

Great customer service. Wayne, the GC is a total dream. I had a really smooth transition into my home once I closed and Wayne is still there for me if I need him.

These guys maintained pretty good quality of home building process. After closing also they always help out with any issues quickly. All are pretty good supporting cast.

Overall the home is great their are some areas I will have to fix the border on the steps needs touch up. Tina and Oscar was awesome

My overall experience with Beazer was great! My foreman took the time and still does to this day, to answer any questions I may have about my property. He and his team are the absolute best and I am very grateful and thankful that I decided to go Beazer versus anywhere else. You guys have a masterpiece here!

Wayne the builder always kept me informed throughout the entire process. He answered all questions, provided updates and even provided assistance after the home buying process was over. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling through the vent caused by the HVAC and I called Wayne. He came over to assist me with the problem. He knew Immediately what the cause of the leak was which was the HVAC and he shut off the HVAC to prevent further leaking which would have caused damage in my ceiling. I had no idea where the leak was coming from nor how to stop it. He advised me to contact Beazer customer care since I was still under the 1 year warranty and someone came out to fix the problem that evening which happened to be 8 hrs later. I definitely appreciate the assistance during and after this entire process. He checked back later that day to ensure that someone had fixed the problem. Chris went above and beyond from the time we set foot through the door. He helped us every step of the way, and continues to help us with any questions or concerns that we might have. Jeff played a vital role also, stepping in whenever Chris was not around. Adam is always helpful with day to activities and settling into our new home. Great Team! They are an asset to your organization, and if I will be heavily inclined to buy a Beazer Home if I have to move again.

Beazer was consistent from the very onset. Communication was great, and the entire home purchase process was clearly laid out. The beazer team was always available to provide any needed information.

My Beazer home is a quality home. It was constructed well and I have had no problems. Wayne and Dennis are amazing! They are both accessible and happy to answer questions and have gone over and beyond making sure any concerns are resolved. Wayne continues to be patient when I have questions about anything.

The company is knowledgeable and professional. I had an excellent experience with the home buying and building process. As a someone investing my hard earned money, I felt I was in good hands with this company.
