Beazer was patient, responsive, and helpful from the initial identification of which home we wanted to purchase, to the end when we closed on the purchase. It was not an easy process on my side, but they stuck with me, and did everything to facilitate our purchase. I am very grateful. The home itself is an excellent build, with quality products and design throughout. And there's nothing better than being on the water. The staff was fantastic. Personable and helpful at all times. I really enjoyed working with them, and appreciated their support.

Cynthia and Shawn were a fabulous on site support team - we purchased our Cambridge MD home while living a ross country in California And they both made it very easy.

During this process of buying a new home the sales and construction team were knowledgeable of the product and professional through out the entire process. Since the home I purchased was already completed, Shawn was able to walk me through a unit that was just framed and inspected for drywall so I was able to see the top quality material that went into the home. I love my house here in Deep Harbour. I moved here two months ago. The house has nice features that other new builds I considered did not have. The scenic view of the marina inside the development brings me joy and peace. Shawn the project manager has gone above and beyond to make sure I and the other new home owners are satisfied. First, a shout-out to Cynthia and Shawn. Cynthia made the sales process smooth and enjoyable. She was and is super-responsive and easily reachable at all times. Shawn, the super who runs the construction side of the operation, was super as well. Guy is great from ground-breaking to walk-thru and beyond. He communicated with us regularly during the build, sent photos to keep us updated as to progress, and he seems to be here on site 24 hours a day. The townhome itself is great. I’m actually amazed that in November, the home has maintained a 28-degree differential with outside temp with no heat on. Several mornings 38 degrees outside and 66 degrees inside. Homes are tight. Moved in about 2 months ago. I’m not a shill for Beazer. I’ve owned homes built by 4 other production builder and worked for one as well, Beazer does a really nice home. Purchase and construction went quick and smooth. I am a home improvement contractor so I know a bit about building and construction. The drywall finish is not the greatest, but overall the build quality was better than I expected from a mass production builder. I was particularly happy with the energy efficiency features included at no charge. The only negative was the title company used for closing. It was a horrible mess and we nearly postponed closing because the title company didn't give us our settlement sheet until the day of. Hopefully Beezer will part ways with this company. I rented a townhome in Deep Harbour and after a few weeks decided I would take a look at a few completed units that were for sale. Cynthia and my buyers agent and myself took a tour and after, I made an offer on a unit that was just begining construction. Cynthia was really knowledgable and helped me through the process of picking out the features and finishes for my new unit. My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience at the design center. I was out of the area during most of the time the unit was under construction but I was informed of the progress throughout the summer. Shawn went above and behind by sending me construction updates and photos and when I returned gave me a tour. The inspection just prior to closing was very thorough and Shawn has continued to help me with any questions or concerns. ... More

The home buying process was a much smoother process than I had initially thought. Cynthia showed several homes, we discussed the numbers, and a contract was started right away. I was surprised that in under a couple of hours I was getting the house I wanted. The quality of my new home is exceptional. I am a first-time home owner but I am not new to homes. This home is absolutely perfect for me and it is just what I wanted. It is spacious; I love the large windows in all the rooms, the kitchen layout is easy to maneuver and more than enough space for preparing large meals. The materials are of excellent quality throughout the entire home; stone, tile and wooden floors are attributes that makes this home impressive. My experience with the builder’s team has been nothing but a pleasure. Shawn has been absolutely a life saver. He is always there and is able to address my concerns within the same day, if not the following day. He is attentive, knowledgeable and personable. There has not been an issue that he has not been able to address with professionalism and patience. The entire process, from the first time we called to schedule a viewing to closing and getting the keys was a breeze. Cynthia in the office and Shawn the construction manager were always easy to reach, helpful, friendly, while professional, and very knowledgeable. Cynthia answered all of our questions, and Shawn took care of everything we asked for without hesitation. From our first meeting with Cynthia to closing was right around 45 days and each step went smoothly with no hiccups. Finally the quality of construction, finish, and appliances is excellent, we couldn’t be happier.

From day one, Cynthia was there, guiding me through every step of the home buying process. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond, and if she didn't have the answer, she'd find someone who did. After I closed, Shawn, the construction manager, was on top of everything, making sure any issues were fixed right away. The support from both Cynthia and Shawn was fantastic, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.
