My husband and I were not first time buyers, but this was our first time purchasing new construction. We've been so pleased with the experience! Beazer has been a good company to work with overall, and the local team here at Deep Harbour is absolutely fantastic. The sales manager Cynthia helped us select the best townhouse unit for our needs, and get through all the initial steps needed. Early on we were connected with the project manager Shawn. His friendly professionalism, consistent communication and reliability in getting things done helped put our mind at ease throughout the process from putting down the deposit in July all the way to the completion of the build and closing at the end of September. Even after closing Shawn has continued to be hands on, checking in and addressing any issue that comes up. I was welcomed when I first inquired about a property I was interested in By Cynthia. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was also introduced to to a gentleman named Shawn who was the Project Manager. They both made the home buying experience a happy decision for me. They answered any questions I had, and if they didn’t know the answer they found it with a timely manner.

My wife and I bought our home preconstruction through Beazer and we could not have been happier with the service, attention to detail, and responsiveness throughout the process. In particular, Shawn - the construction manager - was fantastic and continues to help us with all our questions and every minor detail even now months after we moved in. Cynthia kept us informed throughout the construction and purchase, happily answering all our questions promptly. We are not first-time homebuyers, and we've handled major home renovations in the past, but this was by far the smoothest construction and purchase with the most attentive and courteous team. I've never purchased a new home so this was a new experience. From beginning to end, Cnythia was a great help in processing initial documents -- and in answering all of our questions, going above and beyond when we needed extra information (like for the piano delivery). Shawn has also been very helpful during the building process and now that we are settled in the house (addressing a few odds and ends). He also has gone above and beyond to help out with several deliveries (again, the piano, plus our washer and dryer).

Purchase and construction went quick and smooth. I am a home improvement contractor so I know a bit about building and construction. The drywall finish is not the greatest, but overall the build quality was better than I expected from a mass production builder. I was particularly happy with the energy efficiency features included at no charge. The only negative was the title company used for closing. It was a horrible mess and we nearly postponed closing because the title company didn't give us our settlement sheet until the day of. Hopefully Beezer will part ways with this company.
