Jeff (Sales Specialist), Bridgette (Construction Manager),Shawn (Project Manager). From build to completion and Orientation, these three individuals created a rare, remarkable experience. In each of their roles, they were responsive to texts, phone calls, questions. Jeff was available "any time". The level of client service they provided is simply not available in most business experiences. Their commitment to the quality of the physical building was reflected in their desire to be thorough in every aspect of the building. In scheduled meetings, two weeks apart, Shawn provided updates to the timing of the condo completion. Their personal commitments reflected their pride in the Beazer process of building a high-quality product. They said the same - and did their part to make it happen. Even after purchase, Bridgett connected all owners in my building to offer paint touch-ups and other fixes not caught during the walk-through. Overall, the best experience I could have expected in a real estate purchase. It is a beautiful place to downsize into.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Justin kept us well informed and updated us regularly through each step. We were naturally uneasy about such a big purchase but Justin was always available for questions and was able to alleviate any nerves we had. We were so happy with our whole experience and are grateful to the team for making it as painless as possible.

Beazer makes top quality homes. My wife and I love everything about our Beazer home and we are confident that we will continue to enjoy our home for many more years. The Beazer team has been amazing throughout, and we were treated with great respect and professionalism. We are blown away with how well these homes are built and we were so happy that we got modern equipment that will last us for many years. If you are hesitant about new contruction but really want a new build with modern equipment, I would definitely recommend you go with a Beazer home if youre in the DMV area.

Working with Beazer was easy from start to finish. Everyone on their team is professional and knowledgeable, and I’m so pleased with my new home. Dave from the builder team has been especially great to work with. His quick response times, friendly attitude, and quality output have been a really impressive part of my experience.

Security is great. Home is solid, well built new construction. However-2 negatives. 1-garage is way too small for my vehicle (you could build them 25% bigger). 2-Road noise is problematic (nothing you can do about that). Overall: I’d likely buy here again, but negotiate a bigger garage. Me.
