The Beazer team at Sunterra were accommodating, helpful, inviting and overall made my buying experience an easy transition. Billy, Liz, Gricelda were all very attentive. Gricelda, the customer care representative, will continue to reach out to us to insure that we are happy or if any concerns were to arise. I love my Beazer home! From the very beginning, we had the opportunity to choose every detail from the corner lot to the smallest finishes like the bathroom tile. We opted for features that truly made our house feel like a beautiful nest to live in. Some of our favorite upgrades include the triple glass sliding door, a fully tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, vanity mirror lights, silver accent handles, blue wood cabinets, and upgraded flooring in the master bedroom. The yard is spacious, and the inside of the home is the perfect size for us. The entire home-buying process was incredibly smooth, and everyone we worked with was helpful and supportive. Melissa has gone out of her way to help us with any issues that have come up. She responds quickly and gets things scheduled quickly as well. She even went so far as to scrub a bathroom sink for us! Melissa has been professional and pleasant to work with. We never hesitate to ask for her opinion when something comes up.

I was able to find products and services that I needed with the help of Beasers representative. These things were very helpful as I just moved to Nevada and had no connections.
