Everyone at Beazer, the whole crew, from the ladies in the sales office to the guys overseeing the construction was great to deal with. Every question asked was answered swiftly. No guess work through out the whole buying process. They made sure any issues were resolved quickly. I didn't really know how to get the solar system up and running, Larry helped get that going. There were minor issues with little things in the house, Carl and Tony got on top of it. That's what matters...the point after. Not just selling you the house at the beginning.

Overall had a great experience with everyone in this community. I had consistent communication before closing (Tiffany was on TOP of it!) and Carl was also always very friendly. After closing, there were some issues which took some time to get fixed. However, once I was assigned to Tony for after-care assistance - he was amazing!! He is really on top of all the issues and gets things done really well. He is always on property and checking up on everyone. I would definitely recommend Gardenia to anyone looking for a well-made townhome.

We have bought 12 new homes in our lives and this was the best experience of all. Angela made the purchase very easy. She was very knowledgeable and was always there for any questions we had. Vito the customer service manager is by far the best person we have ever delt with for making things right in our new home. He is genuinely concerned about our needs and a joy to work with. I truly only have positive things to say about the entire home buying experience, Beazer was the best choice for us especially as a first time home buyer! The process from signing contract to moving in was a breeze and the entire Beazer team made us feel so welcomed, anytime we had questions they were happy to answer them. The Beazer house quality is excellent and definitely much better than other new constructions I have purchased. No new construction homes are perfect, but this home was close enough where the only issues were just minor paint scuffs. I wanted to give a big kudos out to the customer service rep, Vito, who is just the most amazing rep that I had the pleasure to work with. He will do everything in his power to make sure all quality issues were taken care of and in a timely manner.

Kathlyn was great and patient upon my arrival after seeing the Beazer Homes last opportunity sign! I came about 3 times in one day to show all my family members our new prospective home! Tobi showed me how to operate my safe and efficient new townhome and ensured any defects in my home would be corrected. Last but not least, Henry, the construction supervisor assured me that my large couch would fit into my house even if we had to knock a hole in the wall. 2x6 walls with pumped in insulation and sprayed in roof insulation makes for a quite and highly efficient home. This degree of attention to detail is seldom found in today’s construction. From the solar system to the very efficient AC you will appreciate even more when the electric bill comes. The superintendent, Vito is a pleasure to work with when and if you discover a problem.

New residents onboarding and orientation went well. Follow up inspections are conducted on time and management is always available to solve the issues.
