Experience was easy and is going well with the exception of no cable pulled through the blue hose in the primary bedroom internet and cable closet. That has been a loan in the butt!!

The experience was made fast and easy once we determined this was where we wanted to grow our family.

This has been such a wonderful experience all around. The staff in the office at the sales office were beyond helpful. And the men, both Tony and Dave immediately addressed each of my concerns before and after closing. All the workmen who came to fix or touch up were very knowledgeable and informative. Way to go BEAZER!!!

Dave is very knowledgeable on the home building process, and I am very happy to have had him as primary contractor/engineer for my home. Vito takes total care of you after purchase. He is second to none, he will do all within his power to ensure the Beazer quality is upheld.

From start to finish Beazer Homes and their associates made everything easy and convenient! Our favorite part about this experience was picking out how we wanted our home to look, and the best part, most of it was included! We added a few upgrades, but all of it was very reasonable. Other new build companies we looked at just didn't compare to Beazer and most of them charged for the building basics. We also liked being able to compare lender rates side by side and picking the best, cost effective lender for our budget. Originally, we were nervous about buying a new home because of other people's opinions, but I'm so glad the associates involved gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. High work efficiency, reasonable price, and good staff

Just moved into our new Beazer home and everyone did an excellent job walking us through everything and working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Collin helped us select the right home with the options we wanted. Tony walked us through everything with the home and is always available for our questions/concerns. Overall the whole experience was made much easier with the Beazer team.

The process to sign-up was fast for a typical home buying experience. We signed at the end of July and were in the house by September. Betsy helped us with the house signing process. Leah, our home-buying consultant, made sure to fix all of the flaws we found in the house. She has always been available if we’ve had an issue with the house, and she is currently helping us with current house issues 5 months into living here. Expect fast, friendly service with this company.
