Every step was easy. Everyone we came in contact with was great. Highlight was Biil H. who did our walkthrough and handled every little issue promptly. The build quality seems to be great. The energy efficiency is very apparent from day one. Highly Recommended.

DeAnn was great and was our lucky break after a short but hard search. We were lucky with our home buying experience and she made it into a very smooth experience. Dave put in extra care in our build and Ryan shows extra concern in making sure everything in the home comes out great. It’s a great team at Beazer.

Great experience with Colin. He was persistent as my busy schedule caused me to have to wait 6 months to finally make the purchase and it paid off. So happy I made the choice to go with this house.

Total experience satisfactory after all of the problems encountered ie delays, supply and labor problems to name a few! Making it worth the wait becomes the essence and the goal which virtually turned to a finished product that is well beyond satisfactory.

One man made our entire home-buying experience amazing. Vito. Vito could work at the DMV and make it feel warm and welcoming. He has fixed every problem we've had with our home and is always insistent that we call him if we have any issues. He's a great man and Beazer is lucky to have it.

It’s been an easy process from start to finish. From sales (Sara), construction supervisor (Troy) and customer care(Lorin), the folks at Beazer Homes have been great. After looking at hundreds of homes we came back to Beazer as pricing and quality of homes met all our parameters.

Colin, Mitch and Bill have stuck by us after the move in process. They have been extremely helpful in getting the small items we identify fixed up to our satisfaction.
