As first time home buyers we were incredibly nervous about the scope of the whole process. Everybody at Beazer were incredible from the first interaction onward. Our project manager, Javi, deserves the highest recommendations, making sure every issue (which there were very few) was taken care of with great urgency. I would definitely recommend going with Beazer if you are looking into the new build market here in Vegas.

First of all, Javier is best customer service representative you will ever find on the market. Super helpful! He goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs! I bought my Beazer home in December 2021 and I LOVE IT! It's cozy, comfortable and the price is right! What you see in the model homes is the style you get. There were no "pushy salesperson"; quite the opposite. Carmine and DeeDee are phenomenal. I looked at other new construction sites but nothing compared to Beazer. Other sites list one price but once you're there, there are add-on charges and not to mention the extensive waitlist to move in. Corey & Cesar were also very welcoming during my walk-through.
