Read the small print. Know that you will not be told everything about your home upfront. It is until after you have signed your papers, closed and moved in that you will find out so many inconsistencies with what the sales person may have told you. And you will then see that you were misled with dishonesty. There are so many issues with this home, you would think that it would be cosmetic only but it’s not, it’s bigger issues that should have been caught and not passed inspection. These homes are put together extremely fast a rush job which causes defects, failures, and problems. I had so many other options to buy a home from other builders. I regret purchasing a Beazer home. I am not happy at all with my builder of choice. The only persons that have been helpful to me at this point is Vitto and Larry. Going through the loan process was way to long. Then in the end I felt bullied into a specific lending institution. I could have been warned about having trouble transferring money to the lender from a Nebraska bank. But since that didn’t happen I had to fly back to Omaha and take care of it personally. This cost me more money unnecessarily.

This was my first time purchasing a home and I fell in love immediately when I saw the model. My new home counselor was welcoming and informative when I first stopped by. She allowed me the space I needed to look at all the models, while still providing me with all the info I needed to purchase upon leaving. She was easy to contact with questions and when I finalized my decision. She even kept me updated on the construction of my new home since I wasn’t able to visit in person. Overall, I had a great experience!

We loved the non-conventional layout of our future home. Mark and Russell helped us in a a timely manner since then by answering every question we had. Beazer Homes helped with 5% of the base cost toward the closing costs. Vito and Ryan from the post-sale team were sharp and addressed all our questions and concerns. Best home buying experience. I was included and informed on ever step of the build. I love the transparency and of course this wouldn't be without the most amazing customer service team. The entire experience was not pleasant. They lack communication and had me resend emails over and over again. I tried to get over it after I had purchased my home. However now living in it, it’s very poorly made. It was rushed to construction and it shows. My cabinets are slanted nonfunctional, my floors are not leveled, and the texture and paint on the wall is not well done. I’m upset because this was a big investment on my end.

We really love our home. The layout is dang near exactly what we needed, and there’s enough room for all of us to comfortably live. The buying process was a bit chaotic. I’ve worked with Nick before, and on the initial walk throughs he’s very informative and good at what he does. Once we were under contract though we experienced a lot of stress. We were told there were multiple walk throughs we would get. I asked about those on multiple occasions and heard “I’m going into a meeting with the builders and should have an answer for you this afternoon” with no follow up. We asked about lot 50 being opened for us since we were at the last day of February, and the answer I got was that our house choice elevation would not fit on that lot. Funny, that lot has a sienna sitting right on it now. I finally got a walk through with John and met him and Greg. They really turned the experience around for us in that moment and we were very appreciative. Near the end I would have my realtor call Nick, and he wouldn’t answer. Then I would call, and still no answer. Then my lender, WHO DOESN’T WORK FOR BEAZER even though I know there’s a referral deal for using them, would call and Nick would pick up immediately. This happened on more then one occasion. It happened more often then it didn’t. For the final walk through our floor outlet was put in the wrong spot, John got that fixed for us really quick! It was nice. Then our appraisal was another issue. It came in low, and Nick said “[Here’s our offer, take it or leave.]” No negotiating? We said we’d agree, but I wasn’t totally happy about it. I also told him I’d be totally happy if we could negotiate some of the furniture from the model home into the deal. I was told it was under contract BUT that if the person didn’t want the furniture Nick would make sure I was the first person in there. I liked a shelf set from the flex room, and the bedroom set at the top of the stairs. Greg brought us the shelves, but Nick never called me. I also found that the furniture was sold, and I was never offered a chance to bid on anything. Then closing came. We got our keys from John around 5:30 pm. Closing was another nightmare. We signed one night, and the next day it took someone ALL DAY to sign and we almost didn’t get our keys that day. With that aired, I want to EMPHASIZE how appreciative we are of Greg and John. There was a lot asked of them, and they delivered! I could ALWAYS get ahold of them both and they answered my questions. If they had to get the information first, they always contacted back with me with the answer. I never had to go looking, so to say, for Greg and John. They make a huge difference to your company and I think they should be rewarded for their work ethic. It is far above what I’ve experienced from any one else in Beazer, and out in the world of real estate. They made sure we were happy with our Beazer home, and they made sure that Beazer’s image was immaculate. It has helped a lot. We seriously LOVE our home. ... More

Mr. Gregory H______, the Maintenance manager/ coordinator was very helpful in correcting discrepancies found during inspection and performing any issues as found. I had a great time with watching my New home be built , Gregory and John were such professionals that I really don’t think you could get anyone better them !! Loved them guys. I am amazed at how well my house was and is built through Beazer Homes ! I’m so glad it all happened the way it did ! Very Happy here. :)

We purchased a new home but many things were not right on the celebration walk. We’ve been in the home for two months now and are still dealing with taking time off work for contractors to make everything right - as it should have been when I moved in. Just noticed today that most of the windows look like they have mold in them and the seals are all cut up or pinched. Ugh.

I have found my experience to be nothing short of excellent and professional. The purchase experience was easy as well as working with the mortgage company. I have lived in the new home for going on two months, and the customer service team has willingly and happily satisfied every need that I have. I really like the community that I am in and would recommend, based on my experience, that people consider Beazer. Additionally, the promised completion date was achieved without delay, which was important to me because I had to relocate from out of state in a very short timeline.
