Overall working with the folks at Beazer was great. Only one problem. We have never received the “black book” with information we would like to have or or a thumb drive containing this info. We’re hoping this review will cause someone to contact us with the info.

Everything is so great, I like the community with a pool and spa.

Overall a great experience. Home was built in less than 6 months, and came out great!

Just feels like they did a rush job. So many little issues and they all add up. HVAC & Heating system issues after 3 weeks in the home. Not just us but across the entire community. Lead Builder was upset that we had an independent inspector but they found a ton of issues. They have clearly cut the budget for our neighborhood too. What was advertised as lower end luxuary homes has now flipped. Dissapointing in all honesty.

Many steps along the way were disappointing. Seeing that the sill plate foam was only around about 40% of the house instead of all the exterior walls, while the roll laid around in the dirt for weeks after partial installation. Sales guy said the gaps would be filled with caulk, but upon my inspection during construction I found many gaps where it was stuck to the wood but not the slab, it was remedied. I was told the house would be below a 2ACH, but it tested around 2.5 instead. 1 wall switch was placed in the far side of a nook between the living room and bedroom, instead of near the door and doorway where it would actually be utilized. A 10000 hour light burned out after about 8 hours on, it was replaced. ... More

The Beazer team I was working with had amazing communication with me through the entire process. Truly went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. Even after property was closed, super fast response times to repairs. Quality of the home is next level!!! Thank you Kierstyn for amazing 5 start service.

While the home buying process was easy the home itself could be better. A lot of cheap materials were used for a house at this price point. For instance the garage door is super flimsy, the faucets and light fixtures are cheap. For the amount of money to upgrade these items would not cost Beazer much money and would have made for a better experience and a happier customer. Everything shouldn't be an upgrade. My question is the products used the same stuff the leadership at Beazer has in their homes and would you want it in your home. I understand these aren't million dollar homes but they are also not $100,000 homes either. Do better! ... More

Our home is beautiful, and the experience was mostly wonderful. I believe that the house was made solid, some of the finishing touches took awhile to get done and someone needs to teach a class on caulking, presentation, and clean up.

As with anything else, issues will arise ..this is understandable..these have been addressed and corrected in a timely manner..I had confidence with this builder since this is my second home from this builder in 26 years..Beazer does a great job and Beazer's customer service gets a 5 star rating from this happy homeowner..

Nick was great and helped a bunch with the house purchase and the purchase of the furniture that came with it. Gregory has been very accommodating fixing all the issues we had fairly expeditiously.

Very good experience before and after paper work

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

Everything was great from the start with the sales office to the very end!!!!

I have avoided doing this review because my experience with buying my home had a few bad experiences for me. Although I love the final product there were several things the sales person neglected to inform me about. The two major items were the lot he put me on and the designer upgrades he did not explain in full detail. It made me feel that because I was a female he felt he could get things past me, which he did. I would appreciate that my review not be published. Thank you.

Staff followed through with every detail to make the purchasing and move in process as smooth as possible.

Although it was stressful going through the loan process and title the team at Beazer was very supportive and helped us many times. Greg and John have been very helpful getting anything taken care of at the home and Nick was awsome explaining things and helping us through the process. We love our first home and my girls can now grow up in a nice community. Thank you all

The overall experience pre move in was wonderful. I have ran into several snags post move in with Kierstyn being less than helpful in regards to stains on my floors, paint jobs that needed to take place, and a transformer in the garage that needed to be replaced. I’ve asked several times for floors to be cleaned and spots on the wall to be repainted but I notice additional new spots on the wall and floor as well. Also I had a faulty transformer, per ADT, and we went back and forth on that for weeks. There was a vent in bedroom 3 that she helped her it fixed pretty quickly but it shouldn’t have been hanging off this early in the move in. Had a great experience with purchase, lending options and also very few issues would quality compared to other builders that I bought homes from

The buying experience was great! Our salesman was great! Our builder was great! Our customer service person was great! The issues started after we moved in. There were minor issues and unfortunately our on-site customer service person was on vacation; the person filling in did not provide the same customer service that we received from our team and what we've come to expect from Beazer. He had no sense of urgency about our concerns. Ryan needs to take lessons from Vito, Dave and Jim.

We have bought many homes over the years but never a new construction home. From the sales agent to the design studio to the walk throughs, we have been thoroughly impressed with every Beazer employee for their knowledge and way they treated us.

For the most part it’s been a good experience other than a few things that have really bothered me. For instance, my home had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but it has now been 3 months and these items still have not been taken care. I have continued to check on these and there is no communication on these items. Also upon receiving the keys to my house, nobody has walked us through setting up our gate code, or how the HOA works, or where anything is. I just feel like they handed us keys and said figure it out. For a first time homebuyer experience I have felt rushed through the whole process and then forgotten about. I did have a great experience with Sarah in sales, she has been very helpful. Everyone else has not. ... More
