Its true, they are cookie cutter homes with little options, but that helps keep the cost down. The homes are built well and I enjoy my home and nice sized lot. The discounts are very helpful. I got my moneys worth, so I'm pleased. I would buy another Beazer home.

The process was super easy and simple. The builders kept us up to date every week with photos of the home. It was great to see the building progress! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend these homes for anyone looking to buy for the first time or at all!

Excellent builder, from sales staff to end of build they helped us through the process with open arms. Upon receiving our keys they continue to follow up on issues that arise with a new home. We are very happy with Beazer, it’s the people that make a good company and they seem to understand this. Our only concern with our purchase is they should have provided a small retaining wall between home’s with elevation drop like we have, now we have to solve this issue. Thank you August, Colin, Javier all great people to work with.
