This is our first home with Beazer Homes and found that from start to finish they are very easy to deal with. Sales team - Carmine B. and Detra M. are both very welcoming and answered all of our many questions. Brett makes time for everyone even if its a quick question as he walks by our home, Tobi also is extremely helpful and available to us. Highly recommend Beazer Homes - Juniper Trails!

This is our third home purchase through Beazer Homes. The process was easy, straight forward and simple each time! This home has definitely checked off every box we imagined for in this home and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! The team at Beazer Homes have been simply the best! Russell, our home advisor has sold us two homes and has been an absolute pleasure to work with! I recommend anyone who is considering a new build home, especially with Beazer, to see Russell. He is outstanding, knows his stuff and communicates well! Maria and Suzan in the design center are amazing at what they do! They make the experience of picking design options simple and not overwhelming. Dave the construction manager is on top of everything throughout the build. Vito our customer care rep has been fantastic to work with since we’ve been in our home. He is efficient and quick to respond to anything we have post move in. Very little communication throughout the home buying experience. Home was rushed towards the end and there are a lot of problems from day one of moving in. I would look elsewhere for buying a new home.

Sales team is always pofessional and easy to work with.

Overall good experience. We love the design of our home and living outside the city. Wish the lots were bigger. Our salesman Nick was lacking in knowledge and communication. Our only regret in buying our home is due to the builder now selling homes for less than we paid and the HOA.

On time in this market was a great assest. Hit all the milestones and looks great.

Sheila and Tobi made it a great overall home buying experience

It was great working with the front office all the way through the process of choosing the interior upgrades. The build was on track with the initial ground breaking and completion date. The finish product came with no major flaws, very impressed with the service.

The start of this journey was exciting. However, the communication with the sales representative was less than desirable. I was out of state and getting detailed updates just never really happened. I was told my home would be ready by April 10, 2022. I even asked back in December 2021 if that was a good date with the supply chain issues. I was assured April was good. Long story short, I was living with my wife and 2 college age kids as a transient till we finally moved in on 24 June 2022. The home was rushed to get me in it. The craftsmanship was horrible. Doorknobs on backwards and backing not secured. Doors won't shut and get stuck in the frame. The stucco has many gaps and the parts they attempted to fill were never painted the color of the exterior. The stairwell had a couple of chunks missing on the wood. There was a massive water stain in the downstairs bathroom that they just painted over instead of replacing the drywall. Lots of other things bit these are just the few I chose to highlight. Lastly, due to the continued delays, my loan company wasn't going to honor my locked in interest rate. This caused extreme stress. We were ready to pull out as we locked in a 3% and it went to nearly 6%. It took the board of directors to look at my case to ultimately agree on the original rate. This was my 4th home purchase over my career in the Air Force. It was by far the worst experience my wife and I endured. Now we have to pray that we locate all the flaws in the home and the representative assigned to us will follow through with getting things fixed. The initial application process was great and I was kept up to date with the progress of the building. However, there were certain things I was not made aware of and which I was upset to find out later. I have spent over $12000 prior to and after moving in, to do certain upgrades that I would have liked to be given the option at the onset. I have had to install back splash tiles on the kitchen wall, long kitchen sink faucet, under cabinet rolling trash collector, hang additional lights, towel hangers in the bathroom, moving the wall sockets up to accommodate TVs to be hanged and installing a water filtration and softening system. The laundry room does not have any cabinet or sink and I am looking to get this done. It would have been easier to get these things done if the options were offered initially as part of the building project. ... More

The quality of my home is top-notch. The construction manager, Dave, was not only very conscientious overseeing the construction of my home, but the frame walk went well beyond my past experience buying a new home. I was kept informed throughout the construction and was very pleased with the delivery and attention from the customer care team following my closing. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful house built by a professional team

Sheila, Henry and Tobi are very effective and helpful all throughout the process of buying our home. We’re grateful for letting us feel that we made a right choice for doing business with them. It was a smooth and hassle free experience especially for us as a first time buyer. We feel great and satisfied with our experience overall.

As we sit in our new beautiful home it’s easy to reflect on what a great experience this has been with Beazer . From the initial meeting with Marlo who was very knowledgeable and super throughout the process. Keeping us informed with weekly updates and photos. Workmanship by John and his crew was fantastic. The Beazer showroom with so many great options allowed us to design our home just the way we wanted. And the final inspection with Bill who was very helpful and still is on speed dial for any minor issues.

I have built a couple other homes, but Beazer has been the best builder out of all of them. From the first day we signed our purchase agreement all the way to the Closure of our home, everything was great! We never had an issue with anything & all of the staff was always friendly & willing to help or answer any questions we had!

From negotiating the purchase agreement with Jim, to working through the construction process with Troy, and resolving a couple small post-purchase issues with the Customer Care staff, my experience with Beazer has been nothing less than excellent! Everyone has been knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Beyond the people, the quality of my Beazer home has exceeded my expectations.

I like the fact that Beazer has homes that you don't have to bid for, they give the exact price of the home and they have 3 different lenders to choose from. However, sometimes their customer service do not resolve issues right away, I have an issue with my A/C unit outside of my house that needs to be taken care of and have been waiting longer than three weeks for service.

Great overall experience. Don’t regret.

We live in a community where construction is still ongoing and so far, Michelle has been super helpful and informative even after us moving into the home almost 2 months ago. My husband I often talk about how beautiful the house is. We are very happy with our Beazer home.
