The sales office was very helpful during the whole process. They took the time to explain answer all my questions.

The whole staff was fantastic and answered any and all questions we had durning the process.

We had a great experience with Beazer Homes. Even with the delays stemming from the pandemic our home was done 6 months. One thing that specifically impressed us was how high quality the standard options were. We would recommend this builder to our family or friends in a heartbeat. Very happy customers!

Starting off, the guys in the sales office (Russell and Jim) were and still are great. I cant say enough about them. On to the house, I feel for Javier. He's been great, returning calls/texts, answering questions and making sure problems are solved. That being said, I feel like Javier is being handcuffed by those he has to depend on (painter, plumber, etc.). It's frustrating (NOT BY JAVIER) that the plumbers or whoever are required to fix problems are only available during regular business hours. We just moved to the Las Vegas area and work regular hours. So when someone is needed to come out to the house, I may have to take unpaid time off of work to be there for the vendor because I do not have vacation hours accumulated yet. Unfortunately, Javier is the point of contact and the liaison with Beazer. Get Javier some help that he can depend on or it will affect Beazer's name! ... More

Our experience with Beazer Homes and their representatives has been fantastic, especially Dave and Greg. They built our house faster than they anticipated, and we were able to move in with only one problem (our pendant lights were on backorder and therefore not installed). We recommend Beazer Homes.

The sales team did a great job.

The defects that were found after moving in are not satisfactory number. I hope the response and fix time will be done quickly with one-shot. That will improve the rate of your company in the coming rate chance.

We had a great experience. Jim went above and beyond with customer service and Dave and Javier were so patient and informative with every step of our build. We are truly grateful that we built our home with Beazer and we can not get over how incredible our views are! Our family feels safe in our neighborhood and we are excited to grow in this home.

The front office was outstanding great customer service with with lots of care Sarah was very helpful and very informative and caring Sarah is what made this purchase happen she's great 100% As we get into your customer service person Bill it went down hill from there I don't know how he's your customer service rep he don't care about the needs of the home owners he's all about number's and closing homes even if there not completed properly it was very difficult trying to talk to him in reference to getting something done correctly we still have have outstanding issues with negative results uneven titles Drywall cracking iron gate not line up correctly AC start hard switch missing, different ac controls units it's been very upsetting and very disappointing I wouldn't have brought this home base on the lack of quality of work after Beazer received funds I just became a number ... The oversized space for your Money, the ability to pick out your floors, countertops, cabinets, etc. the yard space, alone with the distance between each home.

The staff at Beazer Homes, Rancho Crossing DeAnn, Sarah, Michele and Bill are FANTASTIC, helpfull and EXTREMELY profesional. Always ready to cheerfully answer all questions promptly, thoroughly and completely. Marlo kept in touch with me every step of the way! Every question I had she answered and made sure I was up to date with info on my build. If I had to it all over again I would exactly the same. The design center people helped us make terrific decisions in choosing the right fixtures, appliances, flooring, etc. The walk-throughs with the builder were also extremely helpful and informative.

Everything was great until we closed now we need to get some stuff done and it's not happening
