The process from initial purchase to move-in was mostly smooth, and overall, it was a positive experience for our team—DeAnn, Dave, and Vito, whom I highly admire and am incredibly grateful for. The home is well-designed, energy-efficient, and offers great value, but there are a few minor drawbacks. The garage feels small, and my Tesla trunk sometimes hits the ceiling. We also noticed a few loose nails in the carpet—not dangerous but poking out slightly, which I easily fixed with a hammer. There’s also limited street parking for visitors. Despite these minor issues, the Beazer team is exceptional—always receptive to my concerns and quick to address them. I've been in my new home at Gardenia for a couple of months now. Tony has been great assisting with my questions and minor issues I've had since moving in. The service I've received so far has been excellent.

The process from start to finish was easy, from picking the property, qualifying for one of the preferred lenders, walking through the finished build and closing. Nick was available whenever we had questions and Tobi was thorough with are walk through. Beazer quality is top notch!

Throughout our process of purchasing and having the home built, we were included every step of the way. The house was built in a timely manner but also made sure everything was done as it should. When we moved in, anything there was an issue with, they made sure it was fixed up and made to be perfect again! We love living in this home and it makes it so much better that we know it was built with care and hardworking perfection.

Very thorough and detailed from the first visit and all other visits, especially when it came to the walk thru during construction and post as well, all the items were taken care of.
