Buying our home with Beazer has been a great experience. First off Sarah our Sales Consultant was excellent in explaining everything and going over all our options. Maria at the design center was awesome and showed us everything we could upgraded. Last but not least Bill our Senior Consultant has taken care of all our needs whenever we call him.

I like the layout of the rooms. The house is well built. I had a couple of small problems when I first moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. I am so pleased with the buying experience with Beazer. They build good-quality homes, and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly and able to answer my questions and explain the process as we went along. I would definitely buy another Beazer home in the future!

The under sized pool

Looking for a home in the Las Vegas area I found these new homes. I really like the model it had everything I wanted. They had just started building them. One of the most important part was a community pool. Living I this area of the country you need a pool for the hot summers. This community will have over three homes when finished. They just started the pool It is way to small for a community this size. The pool will be smaller then some homes have in their yards. If I known this before I bought I would have not bought. I think anyone coming to look to buy here will see how small the pool ...

We have a few issues with our home. We did not get to do a walk through when the walls were open, have a hole in concrete in one bedroom, walls painted with wrong paint. Landscaping looks terrible.

Bought first home. For most part things went smoothly. However, Promises were made by numerous people involved that certain issues would be fixed prior to closing and they were not. Was referred directly to customer service to fix the issues which are still Not fixed completely. Very rushed build and closed a week earlier than expected and was not finished. The lender and builder worked closely together, I think the builder and contractors are way backed up with not enough skilled laborers. It’s all about finishing as fast as possible. The house are beautiful and much better quality than other builders. The staff throughout the process is awesome and make you feel genuinely cared about as a customer. They provide updates throughout the process and quickly answer any questions you might have.

They made plans and commitments but never followed through with what they said they would do. We did not meet with the supervisor with the walk through as planned. There was a misunderstanding with what was advertised and what was actually included in the price. We did not hear back when we requested a contact number. The website was not user friendly and did not have a way to contact Beazer as the link to customer did not work.

Since I assumed somebody else’s reservation I was unable to select options or colors. Over all the experience has been good but there are some design and item placements and build issues that make no since at all. Staff and project mgrs have been great to deal with.
