My buying experience with Beezer was most pleasant since everyone I came in contact with, from the lady at first contact in the sales office, the gentleman who I went through the loan process with and included the man with whom I did my final walk through were all very knowledgeable, helpful and amicable people. Again, all in all an excellent buying experience.

We enjoy the quality craftsmanship of our home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too happy with the new neighbors who have at least five vehicles parked everywhere...

the home buying experience was simple and done in a timely manner. we had issues with the preferred lender, the biggest being failure to communicate with us. Also had some issues with the home after closing however, those issues are being addressed. I expect small problems with new construction however, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and condition of the home at closing. When you purchase a new home it should of been handed over in prestige condition however, that was not the case. Due to the virus, the communication was not always great

My wife and I have bought 6 homes since we've been married, but this is our first new construction. We had not anticipated the little things that go along with new home construction, but, thanks to the help from John (construction top dog)and Greg (customer service honcho), we're getting adjusted. 4 stars overall, but 5 stars each for John and Greg!

Be sure to check the progress of the build of your new home. They forgot to notify me for the frame inspection. We could not make any changes if we wanted too, to late in the build.

The process was smoth and quick, the house was ready on time and I didn’t have any problems or delate on the closing process

We are still having tile cracking in the kitchen but builder will take care of once the home settals.

The location can’t be beat. 45 minutes from LV Metro area, but also a world away. Good prices for homes compared to the inflated LVM market and you actually get ROOM in Burson Ranch. Decent floorplans and amazing views are available. Staff is much better than you expect, especially if you have shopped around. Is it perfect? No. But it is a fantastic alternative to the other alternatives on the area. I am pleased with my decision.

While Beazer does use energy efficient materials, their subcontractors rush through the building process causing sloppy work. Painter, plumber and electrician had to come back twice to fix things. Lorin on their Customer Care Team is your go to guy in Nevada.

Good experience over all

My overall experience was standard. Get your paperwork in prior to closing and you are fine. There were some additional charges at closing that were we're not expecting so make sure to plan for that but that has nothing to do with Beazer. The Customer Service team that handles service repairs could improve by being more efficient in handling requests in a more timely manner.

Five stars go to Carmine and Tiffany in the sales office because they are so customer service oriented and dedicated. Five stars also to Corey, the home inspector who is so helpful and meticulous, ensuring everything is complete with no deficiencies. Inexpensive blinds are included on all windows except the window at the entrance of the town home, overlooking the stairs. The glare coming from this uncovered window makes going up and down the stairs dangerous so we've added blinds there. Cliffs at Dover isn't quite 75% built yet so Beazer is controlling the HOA (there are three members on the Board, two are from Beazer). There are issues with the property management company, security and landscaping in the development. We've asked for copies of the budget, contracts and financials but have only received a copy of the budget so it's not clear what these companies have been contracted to do. Homeowners are wondering what their monthly fees are being spent on. Before Beazer hands off the development officially there will be repairs required to sidewalks, roads, etc. Homeowners need to be prepared to get involved in the HOA, before the project is complete. ... The home is a standard designed community. Home is comfortable but very few (plan) options to make it unique to your personal needs. Marketing Reps are comfortable to work with, can get you information you request in a timely manner. The HOA paperwork Guidelines is not always complete requiring delay in getting approvals. Using recommended lender made that process go fast and smooth. So far a good community to be a part of.

Energy star effecient and floor plan is great. It is hard to find a 3 car garage in a single story house. Just make sure to ask which one is upgrade and which one is standsrd. Over all very happy with our purchase.

The staff were/are wonderful to work with and you can tell they truly care. A special shout out to Josh and Lorin for their help and dedication. Great experience.

I bought a home because of the price and the housing market. I was a first time home buyer and the price of this home was great. Features are great, my power bill is efficient.

Having a guide walk me through the home was really an add to an excellent product. He explain every feature and innovation, including any maintenance. His presence during the walk thruway preferable to an excellent product manual you provided. The 2 bedroom townhome presented at 4542 Pencester St was move in ready in the best sense as every aspect was completed in a professional manner with eye on the details detailed. I appreciate the fire suppression systems coverage. The kitchen cabinet peninsula layout provides additional drawers and storage but they are a bit inadequate in width if you enjoy cooking. I don’t think adding a foot to the peninsula length would cause traffic problems but would allw approximately 6 inches to each of it’s storage cabinets. The laundry room is inadequate and I would have preferred a standard washer and dryer over the hall closet. I like my home but like anything else the owner will always note even the most frivolous items ... More

Excellent construction. Friendly staff.

We purchased our home from beazer after it had been built. We weren’t able to pick any details, so that was a downer but we have done a lot after the fact. Some issues have come up and we’re handled relatively quickly, reason for not five and contemplated a three. Our HVAC was not functioning properly and we weren’t given the treatment one would expect. We are hopeful we won’t have to deal with the issue again.

Construction seems sound with no visible defects plumbing is adequate with minor upgrades needed electrical is Fine so far all outlets seem operable. All appliances work dishwasher has a drying problem. Flooring And stair case are great with little or no noticeable defects. Garage and garage door opener works but will require a close eye and maintenance

Besides Michael being great. Everything else was just ok.

We purchased a new home but many things were not right on the celebration walk. We’ve been in the home for two months now and are still dealing with taking time off work for contractors to make everything right - as it should have been when I moved in. Just noticed today that most of the windows look like they have mold in them and the seals are all cut up or pinched. Ugh.
