Customer service is really great! From the realtor Harriett who greeted me when I first walked in and established a relationship with me through the approval process all the way to Greg in maintenance. I’ve had some issues within my home after closing which seems to be typical for brand new construction. As we’ve been working through minor fixes, the team seems to be really on top of everything and they’re committed to ensuring I have a positive experience as a first time buyer! Thank you!

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

The overall experience pre move in was wonderful. I have ran into several snags post move in with Kierstyn being less than helpful in regards to stains on my floors, paint jobs that needed to take place, and a transformer in the garage that needed to be replaced. I’ve asked several times for floors to be cleaned and spots on the wall to be repainted but I notice additional new spots on the wall and floor as well. Also I had a faulty transformer, per ADT, and we went back and forth on that for weeks. There was a vent in bedroom 3 that she helped her it fixed pretty quickly but it shouldn’t ...

For the most part it’s been a good experience other than a few things that have really bothered me. For instance, my home had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but it has now been 3 months and these items still have not been taken care. I have continued to check on these and there is no communication on these items. Also upon receiving the keys to my house, nobody has walked us through setting up our gate code, or how the HOA works, or where anything is. This was my first time buying a house, it is a process when things happen unexpected. The group that helped me get through it was amazing, very helpful and understanding. From beginning to end everyone stayed engaged and involved. That paperwork that has to be signed is the longest process of it all, but you get help page to page.

Colin, the Beazer Sales Rep was the best. He kept us on top of each step thru the building process and sent us photos of the progress. He IS what made this a memorable experience. The not so good side is the title company. They were uncommunicative and well, I'll leave it at that. My only complain with Beazer is not allowing buyers to increase the depth of the garage. At least 3/4 of the homes in this subdivision have a pickup truck in the driveway because the garage is too shallow to park it inside and nearly every other homeowner I've spoken to agrees.

Overall good experience. We love the design of our home and living outside the city. Wish the lots were bigger. Our salesman Nick was lacking in knowledge and communication. Our only regret in buying our home is due to the builder now selling homes for less than we paid and the HOA.

I like the fact that Beazer has homes that you don't have to bid for, they give the exact price of the home and they have 3 different lenders to choose from. However, sometimes their customer service do not resolve issues right away, I have an issue with my A/C unit outside of my house that needs to be taken care of and have been waiting longer than three weeks for service.

Starting off, the guys in the sales office (Russell and Jim) were and still are great. I cant say enough about them. On to the house, I feel for Javier. He's been great, returning calls/texts, answering questions and making sure problems are solved. That being said, I feel like Javier is being handcuffed by those he has to depend on (painter, plumber, etc.). It's frustrating (NOT BY JAVIER) that the plumbers or whoever are required to fix problems are only available during regular business hours. Since I assumed somebody else’s reservation I was unable to select options or colors. Over all the experience has been good but there are some design and item placements and build issues that make no since at all. Staff and project mgrs have been great to deal with.

This is my second new home built by Beazer. We had a very good buying experience the first time. We have been happy with all aspects of the home buying experience ... up until the end. The interior, paint-related finish work was atrocious. Beazer did try to rectify the issues, and to a great extent did. However, to some degree, the damage was done. Do NOT pay Beazer for a premium paint. It is NOT worth it.
