We built our Beazer home from a distance of 1800 miles. This meant we had no choice but to depend on Beazer's customer service staff more, perhaps, than most. Each link in the chain, from the sales staff to the construction team, met and exceeded our expectations. A potentially stressful process was made worry free due to their skill and professionalism.

From the first day of viewing the model homes, representatives of Beazer made this purchasing experience a smooth process. I was only in town a couple of days on vacation from a job which required me to work internationally. The sales person and project manager worked with me through this process and sent me pictures at every stage of the build. The communication was great. The only downside of the purchase process is(which isn't on Beazer) is some days you would recieve multiple Docusign emails to the point it would be difficult to keep track of in the end. Overall quite smooth for a first time homebuyer. The one hiccup was for the marketing. Beazer made it appear as if they were running offers on all homes when in fact it is just a headline deal for certain homes.

Tiffany from sales assisted me with all of my inquiries about the sales and ensured that we were credited with $25K. Throughout the financing process, Tierra has been incredibly helpful. Above all, Melissa, a home care professional, has been there to assist me with any queries I had after moving in and to check that I was satisfied with my new residence. When I text her, she is proactive in ensuring that the issue is fixed.

Our initial experience wasn’t the best but Ms. Tobi has been an absolute pleasure to work with as she’s been so very helpful and involved as we tackle the issues inside our home. Customer service is really great! From the realtor Harriett who greeted me when I first walked in and established a relationship with me through the approval process all the way to Greg in maintenance. I’ve had some issues within my home after closing which seems to be typical for brand new construction. As we’ve been working through minor fixes, the team seems to be really on top of everything and they’re committed to ensuring I have a positive experience as a first time buyer! Thank you!

Great house built, not so great HOA Property Mgmt.

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

The overall experience pre move in was wonderful. I have ran into several snags post move in with Kierstyn being less than helpful in regards to stains on my floors, paint jobs that needed to take place, and a transformer in the garage that needed to be replaced. I’ve asked several times for floors to be cleaned and spots on the wall to be repainted but I notice additional new spots on the wall and floor as well. Also I had a faulty transformer, per ADT, and we went back and forth on that for weeks. There was a vent in bedroom 3 that she helped her it fixed pretty quickly but it shouldn’t ...

For the most part it’s been a good experience other than a few things that have really bothered me. For instance, my home had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but it has now been 3 months and these items still have not been taken care. I have continued to check on these and there is no communication on these items. Also upon receiving the keys to my house, nobody has walked us through setting up our gate code, or how the HOA works, or where anything is. This was my first time buying a house, it is a process when things happen unexpected. The group that helped me get through it was amazing, very helpful and understanding. From beginning to end everyone stayed engaged and involved. That paperwork that has to be signed is the longest process of it all, but you get help page to page.

Colin was what made our home buying experience great.

Colin, the Beazer Sales Rep was the best. He kept us on top of each step thru the building process and sent us photos of the progress. He IS what made this a memorable experience. The not so good side is the title company. They were uncommunicative and well, I'll leave it at that. My only complain with Beazer is not allowing buyers to increase the depth of the garage. At least 3/4 of the homes in this subdivision have a pickup truck in the driveway because the garage is too shallow to park it inside and nearly every other homeowner I've spoken to agrees.
