The front office was outstanding great customer service with with lots of care Sarah was very helpful and very informative and caring Sarah is what made this purchase happen she's great 100% As we get into your customer service person Bill it went down hill from there I don't know how he's your customer service rep he don't care about the needs of the home owners he's all about number's and closing homes even if there not completed properly it was very difficult trying to talk to him in reference to getting something done correctly we still have have outstanding issues with negative results ...

We have a few issues with our home. We did not get to do a walk through when the walls were open, have a hole in concrete in one bedroom, walls painted with wrong paint. Landscaping looks terrible.

Beazer Homes responded:
Michael, it was a pleasure speaking with you regarding your concerns. While we are glad to know that our team is working with you, we understand this has caused frustration. We have shared your feedback with our team, and your dedicated Customer Care Representative will be following up with you to help. They made plans and commitments but never followed through with what they said they would do. We did not meet with the supervisor with the walk through as planned. There was a misunderstanding with what was advertised and what was actually included in the price. We did not hear back when we requested a contact number. The website was not user friendly and did not have a way to contact Beazer as the link to customer did not work.

Beazer Homes responded:

Beazer had the most amazing floor plan options and amazing Beazer workers. But the subcontractors, need to be reviewed and monitored more. It just seems like the workers rushed through the minor details, that stood out once you move in. The 1 hour walk through is not enough time to catch all issues in the home.

First off I love the house. There are some problems though our door to go into the garage one of the hinges has come off, and with the amount of money we paid for the house it’s slightly irritating the garage didn’t come repainted. Other than that I love the house so much

Beazer Homes responded:

I feel for the amount of money spent on the home the construction workers were messy they left gravel everywhere in the street. In the back yard although gravel and dirt they didn't pick up the nails, wires and left their trash. I like the peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The builders should pay more attention to details.

Beazer Homes responded:
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Connie. We are sorry to hear about the clean-up that was overlooked. Specificity left something to be desired. Seller told us we had $18,000 dollars to use at the design center but when we went, we were told we had $5000 because the first buyer made changes. We had to pay the difference out of pocket and even our independent realtor confirmed that this was the case. Was not impressed with the overall experience and sometimes had difficulty receiving information from the sales agent. But it’s a nice house. HOA’s are junk.

Our personal experience with Beazer overall was good. The only problem we had was regarding the flooring, which we never got what we wanted. I personally think that for the overall price of the house there should've been more perks, such as free upgrades(flooring, backsplash, appliances) to name a few. Since there are no community pool and children's park these upgrades would've done good. If it wasn't for Karri the sales agent, the space of the house, and location we would've stuck with DR Horton across the street.

We had a fairly easy experience from start to finish with the purchasing process. The realtors in the Cactus Ridge office went above and beyond to ensure we had answers to every questions we had. All in all, we were very satisfied with the process. Unfortunately, once we got into our home, we have noticed multiple issues with the quality of work that was done. We have received quick response from the warranty team, but to me, an unqualified/non-construction professional, these issues are easy to spot if you are an inspector, and certainly things I wish we had enough time to notice during ...

I know each person and experience is different, but I can't provide many positive experiences with purchasing a new home with Beazer. I know that in the future I would think twice and look at other builders. Now that I have moved in, I feel they care more about the sale and getting it done rather than making the experience and home good for the buyer. Be mindful about what you see if the model because they don't always provide you what you think is standard and will state "it is subject to change by the builder, and you signed that in your contract" (to me this is false advertising if I fell ...

To say that we were excited to move into our first new build, is an understatement. We were so thrilled by the salesman in the office who was helpful and informative. From the second we moved into our home we have had nonstop work orders placed under warranty. Now I do understand that things happen but the amount of time we have had to take off work for repairs continues to add up and we’re not even done. All in all, we love our home but really expected there to be a lot more attention to detail when someone is paying this much for a brand new home.

Read the small print. Know that you will not be told everything about your home upfront. It is until after you have signed your papers, closed and moved in that you will find out so many inconsistencies with what the sales person may have told you. Just feels like they did a rush job. So many little issues and they all add up. HVAC & Heating system issues after 3 weeks in the home. Not just us but across the entire community. Lead Builder was upset that we had an independent inspector but they found a ton of issues. They have clearly cut the budget for our neighborhood too. What was advertised as lower end luxuary homes has now flipped. Dissapointing in all honesty.
