Read the small print. Know that you will not be told everything about your home upfront. It is until after you have signed your papers, closed and moved in that you will find out so many inconsistencies with what the sales person may have told you. And you will then see that you were misled with dishonesty. There are so many issues with this home, you would think that it would be cosmetic only but it’s not, it’s bigger issues that should have been caught and not passed inspection. Just feels like they did a rush job. So many little issues and they all add up. HVAC & Heating system issues after 3 weeks in the home. Not just us but across the entire community. Lead Builder was upset that we had an independent inspector but they found a ton of issues. They have clearly cut the budget for our neighborhood too. What was advertised as lower end luxuary homes has now flipped. Dissapointing in all honesty.

We had serious problems with: electrical wiring (island light boxes had no caps on the wires or in two of the bedrooms), the additional cable hook-ups weren't wired, electrician didn't show up four times to do the repairs, vent-a-hood had packing materials left in it, plumbing problems (toilet and shower drain not mounted properly), damage to the microwave, dining room window appears to have a crack, paint/texture issues in every room, drywall cracks in ceiling multiple of rooms(appears that the texture would fall off if you touched the crack), inside doors sticking or won't stay shut. I’ve been trying to be patient but there are a few things that just haven’t sit right with me. First, we weren’t told that mailboxes wouldn’t be installed until a certain percentage of homes were built when we first signed the contract. We were told this after the house was built, causing us to scramble around and figure out how we were going to get our mail. Second, because of the mailbox situation, our address isn’t fully established, causing missed deliveries with packages, and causing friends and family to not even be able to locate our home using navigation other than Google ...

The house has 3 broken windows and a few things that need to be fixed, someone from the buider has been informed about and 3 weeks later no action has been taken.

Very little communication throughout the home buying experience. Home was rushed towards the end and there are a lot of problems from day one of moving in. I would look elsewhere for buying a new home.

The start of this journey was exciting. However, the communication with the sales representative was less than desirable. I was out of state and getting detailed updates just never really happened. Bought first home. For most part things went smoothly. However, Promises were made by numerous people involved that certain issues would be fixed prior to closing and they were not. Was referred directly to customer service to fix the issues which are still Not fixed completely. Very rushed build and closed a week earlier than expected and was not finished. Overall Disappointing

The finish work on our home is terrible. During our final walk the home was practically pushed on us as the contractor said that we would find things overtime and he would address and fix them later. We have a list that keeps growing as we have found many mistakes made in the finish work. Bill has been great to work with and has assured us that he will get the items fixed. Thanks Bill!

wasted time !

wanted to paint garage floor prior to moving in. could not get the keys prior to moving in even though house was finished and absolutely nothing going on five days before moving in. i would have gladly signed a waiver in case something happened and we couldn't move in. just too much for you people to handle !

My gate remote hasnt worked since it was given to me. My dishwasher leaked due to a bad seal. I dislike the HVAC system. Its either too cold or too hot. I can not control my environment. They should have put a ceiling fan in the livingroom due to the Las Vegas heat.

Home buying nightmare.

Going through the loan process was way to long. Then in the end I felt bullied into a specific lending institution. I could have been warned about having trouble transferring money to the lender from a Nebraska bank. But since that didn’t happen I had to fly back to Omaha and take care of it personally. This cost me more money unnecessarily.

Poorly made, lack communication

The entire experience was not pleasant. They lack communication and had me resend emails over and over again. I tried to get over it after I had purchased my home. However now living in it, it’s very poorly made. It was rushed to construction and it shows. My cabinets are slanted nonfunctional, my floors are not leveled, and the texture and paint on the wall is not well done. I’m upset because this was a big investment on my end.

Boo! Found out our neighbors complained and got their counters and tile sealed for free by Beazer. What a sick joke not telling people who buy properties here in advance of moving in.

Completely Unsatisfied

The pantry and linen closets has only 3 shelves. The bathroom light fixtures are very dated. Toilet tanks has about a liter of water, need to flush twice at a minimun. No light fixtures at all in any bedroom. I took care of all the modifications above to my liking on my own. There's one more issue that im dealing with at the moment. Ron and Larry don't think it's a problem. These door knobs are unreal. The plate on one side comes loose as you turn the knobs and it makes a "clang " noise. There's about 6 knobs that are like that. I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Terrible customer service

Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.
