My buying experience with Beezer was most pleasant since everyone I came in contact with, from the lady at first contact in the sales office, the gentleman who I went through the loan process with and included the man with whom I did my final walk through were all very knowledgeable, helpful and amicable people. Again, all in all an excellent buying experience.

This is our second home purchase with Beazer. Each time it’s been a easy process. The Beazer team at Ravenna goes the extra mile and the end result is a high quality built home you can enjoy! Check them out!

So far loving my house

This is a superb quality build. The townhome is solid, well insulated, sound proof, temperature controlled, i.e. when windows and doors are closed there is no awareness of heat or cold from the outside. The professionals are exactly that, intelligent, sensitive, flexible, courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely Satisfied!

Boo! Found out our neighbors complained and got their counters and tile sealed for free by Beazer. What a sick joke not telling people who buy properties here in advance of moving in.

Everyone is so nice, and professional. Quick & they work with your schedule. Good quiet community.

We enjoy the quality craftsmanship of our home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too happy with the new neighbors who have at least five vehicles parked everywhere...

This was my first home buying experience and in 3 day’s I looked at 34 homes. Beazer was the only one who cared more about what we wanted than just trying to sell us the home. We initially looked at a home and didn’t like it. Sarah said that she could show us one that wasn’t listed online because it sounded more like what we wanted. It was. Sarah was extremely helpful along the way, even when it came to working with my out of town mortgage company. Bill was extremely helpful with the in home stuff. He was patient and answered all my dumb questions

During the frame walk thru I listened carefully as Bill pointed out the details of the exterior of my new home. I’m grateful for Bills patience in answering my questions. He’s an expert in his field of the construction of Beazer homes. As with the completion of my new home; during the first walk thru. I listened & learned from Lorin as he pointed out the features of my new energy saving home. He patiently answered my questions which helped to make my new home buying experience even more pleasant. Detra has been compassionate and professional through your whole experience with Beazer. It felt like she was a family member concerned with our best interests. She did everything in her power to keep us satisfied and accomplished. Thank you Detra. Construction in the other hand could be better and improved for top notch quality.

The finish work on our home is terrible. During our final walk the home was practically pushed on us as the contractor said that we would find things overtime and he would address and fix them later. We have a list that keeps growing as we have found many mistakes made in the finish work. Bill has been great to work with and has assured us that he will get the items fixed. Thanks Bill!

wanted to paint garage floor prior to moving in. could not get the keys prior to moving in even though house was finished and absolutely nothing going on five days before moving in. i would have gladly signed a waiver in case something happened and we couldn't move in. just too much for you people to handle !

Carmine is very welcoming. One of our reasons we bought at Beazers we felt at HOME! We love Beazer homes.... its quiet, friendly people and the views of mountain hills are beautiful.

Great quality homes

Buying through Beazer was such an easy and flawless experience. Everyone was so nice and was quick to respond to questions. Not to mention I love my home! I’m so glad we went with a beazer home.

I went to see Lennar & Cottage Grove models & fell in love with features that only Beazer had such as long entry way. I loved the Master separate from other rooms, and the large walk-in closet in Master. I was happy with the purchase price on each model.

The pantry and linen closets has only 3 shelves. The bathroom light fixtures are very dated. Toilet tanks has about a liter of water, need to flush twice at a minimun. No light fixtures at all in any bedroom. I took care of all the modifications above to my liking on my own. There's one more issue that im dealing with at the moment. Ron and Larry don't think it's a problem. These door knobs are unreal. The plate on one side comes loose as you turn the knobs and it makes a "clang " noise. There's about 6 knobs that are like that. Steve came to the house yesterday and said, there's no resolution to this unless I replaced them. This is a brand new home why should i have to replace them. Im very unhappy and Beazer don't care. You are advertising a high quality home which is not true to my experience. Why don't you want to make it right??? ... More

My first home from the ground up, and I can honestly say that the Beazer people were polite and helpful. The foreman was very detail oriented, and my home is amazing. Perfect is hard to accomplish, I can name a few minor mistakes... but overall I can’t complain. The only thing I found was loose door handles, It seems they loosen easily.

I’m completely satisfied with the construction of my home and the services provided by Beazer team. They delivered on all details in the construction delivery process.
