Unwilling to addess design flaws

the home buying experience was simple and done in a timely manner. we had issues with the preferred lender, the biggest being failure to communicate with us. Also had some issues with the home after closing however, those issues are being addressed. I expect small problems with new construction however, I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and condition of the home at closing. When you purchase a new home it should of been handed over in prestige condition however, that was not the case. Specificity left something to be desired. Seller told us we had $18,000 dollars to use at the design center but when we went, we were told we had $5000 because the first buyer made changes. We had to pay the difference out of pocket and even our independent realtor confirmed that this was the case. Was not impressed with the overall experience and sometimes had difficulty receiving information from the sales agent. But it’s a nice house. HOA’s are junk.

Everyone was great in the buying process with Beazer! From the sales agent Crystal, to the builder agent Cory, we have had excellent service! They went to great lengths to keep us informed throughout the process. After purchase, the builder agent Cory helped us with any issues found and fixed them quickly. Overall, we liked our experience buying our townhome, and would buy from Beazer again if we move in the future.

We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes for our new home. As first time home buyers they really made the process easy and comfortable for us.

Our personal experience with Beazer overall was good. The only problem we had was regarding the flooring, which we never got what we wanted. I personally think that for the overall price of the house there should've been more perks, such as free upgrades(flooring, backsplash, appliances) to name a few. Since there are no community pool and children's park these upgrades would've done good. If it wasn't for Karri the sales agent, the space of the house, and location we would've stuck with DR Horton across the street.

It is like dream very easy the process to buy my house, all the team are very responsible, professional and polite. My best experience with Beazer team.

Best experience we have purchasing a home..from the initial visit thru the settlement...Home was was built from the ground up in 4 months....everything went perfect with no issues or hick ups..

Beazer Homes was wonderful to work with on our purchase, this is a second home for us and we made the purchase from out of state. The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, we were able to get the answers in a timely and professional manner, thank you, Beazer!!

My wife and I have bought 6 homes since we've been married, but this is our first new construction. We had not anticipated the little things that go along with new home construction, but, thanks to the help from John (construction top dog)and Greg (customer service honcho), we're getting adjusted. 4 stars overall, but 5 stars each for John and Greg!

Very body was great, understanding to all my needs

I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Be sure to check the progress of the build of your new home. They forgot to notify me for the frame inspection. We could not make any changes if we wanted too, to late in the build.

From the moment my family and I met Tiffany we knew we were in the right place. Her knowledge, kindness and understand was beyond many experience we'd had with any other builder. She answered any and all questions and was there when any obstacle aroused. I can only say from my family that she made the decision to buy Beazer an easy one. We had a great experience with Beazer and their team members. They were quick and responsive throughout the process and made sure everything was done correctly. They have also been available after move in for any questions.

The process was smoth and quick, the house was ready on time and I didn’t have any problems or delate on the closing process

Make sure you look at ALL of the available upgrades BEFORE you purchase. I would buy from Beazer, again, they build a very solid, nice home.
